I will never visit the Wilson Chick-fil-A again. I drove 313 miles without stopping and chose to stop at this restaurant location, which I have visited several times over the last several years when traveling to and from Baltimore and sc. I ordered online as usual and pulled up, nobody brought my order or spoke to me so I pulled over. Apparently my mobile thru code didn't scan. The lady then told me the kitchen was closed- I had ordered 15 minutes ago and paid for my order. I also just watched her take a credit card from the car behind me. Having family working upper management in the fast food industry, I think she was lying. I was driving alone with children and no other adults and I'm more than dissatisfied. For a first time visit it was above average. Parking was plentiful and clean. The walk-up was debris free. The drive-thru was extremely busy. A short line inside and a friendly counter experience. A couple of #1 for breakfast was cranked out and brought to our table. Tasty food, but I must say the biscuit was overly greasy on my chicken biscuit sandwich. So messy I needed to wash my hands. They have double land drive-thru with attendants, a row of reserved parking for gig delivery (Door Dash, etc.) and online order pickups, and a dining room. All lines moved lightening fast. After 5 hours on the road, my family and I were initially pleased to see a Chick-fil-A option off the Route 264 exit of Route 95. We were going to use the restrooms and purchase a hearty lunch for our family of 5. We saw the drive-thru was backed up into the service road, two across, so we thought one of us would order while the others used the facilities. Think again. Really disappointed to see that CFA used Covid as an excuse to close not only their dining room and counter service, but the entire interior including restrooms is not available to patrons! Even curbside pickup was not an option even with the app. Do yourself a favor, I-95 travelers: save yourself the wasted time and aggravation of having to double back to a different location; just go to the McDonalds two doors down. Bathrooms were open and clean, social distanced counter service was available, as well as the drive-thru. read more

This Chick-Fil-A is so disappointing. Every experience here is sub-par and inconvenient. For some odd reason, this Chick-Fil-A can not make fries before 10:30am? My entire pregnancy--the other CFA near Walmart had no problem making me fries at 7am. It's the same owner--so I know the standard is the same. My husband walked in (since they would not give us fries in the drive-thru at 10:26am). When he did, they made him stand at the front register and wait until THEIR clock turned 10:30am. It was 10:29am. HE HAD TO STAND THERE FOR A WHOLE MINUTE JUST FOR THE EMPLOYEE TO RING HIM UP. Once he got the fries (which was immediately), they were cold. Which means they were already prepared. I suggest Christy get it together at this store--because honestly the impression of this store around town is really embarrassing. read more

This location is right off of 95 so people who stop he are usually traveling. There was no chicken I repeat no chicken in my CHICKEN wrap! No spoons provided for yogurt or ice cream. No napkins. My husband ordered via cellphone and we parked upon arriving. Shortly after a staff member came out and said our food would be ready in three minutes. When the food arrived the staff member mentioned they had included a dessert for our wait. We were shocked since we hadn't waited too long . Next , I assume was a manager, came and gave us two complimentary meals. We both felt the customer service was outstanding and they did not have to do all of that. Never have I had to wait SO long in a drive thru, especially not a Chickfila one. This place is ridiculously slow. Like genuinely took me over 20 minutes to order my food and I was only about 4 cars back in one of the lines. You could tell how poorly it was being managed.
