My Mother in law frequent your restaurant and on this past Monday June 30th, 2025 around 5p Mama went to order two meal with two apple pies . Once Mama made it to the cashier she asked her to pull up to the front and park at the area marked #1 . Mama said why do I need to pull up the cashier stated that the pies were cooking and it would be about 10 minutes and she would bring them out . Well Mama didn't have ten minutes so she asked for a refund . Then a man walked up and offered her two cookies or strawberry pies. Mama explained to him she doesn't like strawberry pies and didn't want cookies. Although Mama didn't want the cookies she didn't want to spend days looking for her refund so she the offer of receiving two cookies but then she was told by the Manager he had to go to the back to get the cookies so still waiting for them to give her the cookies after 10 minutes of waiting she went on and left with nothing and your restaurant kept my Mama's $5. Now we are totally confused about what took them so long to get the cookies or why didn't they just give her the pies after having to wait so long. This is not acceptable..
