I've been here a few times. The food quality is hit or miss. The last time I visited on 9/15/23, it was busy. We decided to go inside to eat this time so we could enjoy our food before we headed to Raleigh. It took awhile for our order to be taken & the cashier seemed upset, but I got her to laugh. So, that was a good thing. We got the wings and things combo and a kiddie finger meal. They gave us a number & eventually brought it to our table. The fries were fresh, but the chicken wasn't. Neither was the toast. For all the customers in the drive thru and inside the restaurant who got food before us, I don't understand why it wasn't all fresh. After we ate, we got some chocolate chip cookies to go. They were yummy. I will probably be back soon. Hopefully all of our food will be fresh then & I can update this review. read more

Had a Sunday late Lunch at this location - first visit. This newer location appeared neat and clean. Moderately busy. Staff was pleasant and efficient, I ordered the Kickin' Chicken combo, which was ready with a minimum wait. I like the Zaxby fries, which are crinkle cut and not heavily salted. The Kickin' Chicken sandwich is a little bit messy (have plenty of napkins) and a good flavor. Good experience. read more

I've lived in the N Raleigh neighborhood for years but had not tried Zaxbys. I picked up a to go order a couple days ago. Chicken strips, seasoned fries and fried cheesecake. The food was ok but not anything particularly special. Drive through service was good. I may go back to try a salad at some point. read more

I went all the way to Zaxby's sat in the drive through for 15 minutes to get 2 tacos meals and was very disappointed 10 minutes after I got home and opened my boxes and the tacos were a mess nothing but a piece of chicken laying on a tiny bit of lucttuce. Ordered online..live close..usually ready by the time I get there. I even called when I got there to let them know we were there.told it's coming right out..not busy at all..15mins later still no food! Icalled again was told its just getting ready, I them to refund my money and next time not make me wait 30 mins for an online order. Ridiculous! read more

My wife and I stopped here for a meal while traveling through the area. We both had salads with fried chicken which is my standard Zaxby's fare. Both of us enjoyed our huge salads very much. A young man got on the speaker around 9:30pm last night he expressed that he was sick of us coming up there. The lights were off on the outside. The only way you know that zaxby was open simply because the drive through light that said open in one lane was on. The Hispanic female manager allowed this young man to continue on his rant about he wish the customer would go home. I feel like if you don't want to stay until the close at 10:00pm find yourself another job. I won't be going back. read more

This is a brand new Zaxby's in Nashville, NC. The food is great and the service as well. Hopefully both will continue over time. I really enjoy the Blackened Blue Salad with the Mediterranean dressing. They have some of the best salads for a fast food restaurant. read more

First time visiting this chain and the food was not bad for the price. Had 6 wings, fries, bread and celery sticks for less than 15 bucks and it was pretty tasty. The wings were spicy and juice and the fries was a pretty good portion. They have different wing sauces and you can choose depending how spicy you want it. The place is new and was very clean and the staff was friendly and service was fast. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was sorta full but the wait for the food wasn't long. read more

haven't even got home to eat my food yet. very disappointed in the service. ordered curbside pickup. waited over 30 minutes. had to walk in, interrupted the two cashiers talking to ask about my order that was just sitting on the counter. she handed my my bag of cold food and said they didn't get the notification. Very dissatisfied with my customer service. I have never had an issue with getting different flavor wings with the same 20 wing order at other locations. This was an issue and was told I would need to order separately. Also after ordering and 30 wings it seem to be an issue that I asked for more than one Zaxby sauce! read more

first time ever at this restaurant. went through the drive-thru on a sunday afternoon. was in a car full of people and we ended up being the annoying customers: asked for 3 separate orders. i know. i know. we should've gone inside and made it easier for everyone. but, no. we were on a time crunch and we were determined to make it work. did i mention this was our first time at this restaurant and didn't know at all what to order? even though it took us a LONG time to make decisions and complete our orders, the ladies that helped us were EXTREMELY patient and SOOOOO understanding. not once did i sense an eye roll or a sigh. they tended to our needs and our orders were on point. we got: cobb salad with fried chicken; boneless wings; chicken strips; and chicken strips with onion rings. no time to take pics. everything was devoured. fries had seasoning that resembled old bay (yum!). chicken fingers seasoning had a good bite. onion rings wasn't beer-battered (which my daughter liked). everything was dipped into the orange zaxby's sauce:) very satisfied with this visit. read more

New restaurant to the town of Nashville. There's one a town over in Rocky Mount but the Nashville location is nicer and in my opinion the food is better. The establishment is clean and the service is good. They were welcoming and came around to ask if we needed anything. Right off of Hwy 64 so it's super convenient. read more

I wasn't sure that I would like Ribeyes; but concluded that there are more plusses than minuses. Let's start with the Salad Bar. The only 'green', iceberg lettuce, was fresh and crisp. The rest of the 30+ items were just the basics; but there was a nice assortment of toppings (croutons, crisps, peanuts, bacon bits, raisins) and all the usual dressings. Acceptable, but not especially impressive. The Ribeye Steaks were very good. Nicely trimmed, tender, juicy and cooked to order. All steak entrees come with the 'endless' salad bar, 1 Side and Texas Toast. The featured Side is a large Baked Potato, which you can overload with any of the cheeses and other items on the salad bar - a real winner. The Cole Slaw, however, was dreadful. We sorta liked the Shrimp Skewer. The shrimp had an agreeable chargrill flavor, but were not worth the price. My favorite was the grilled Boneless Pork Chop. I agree with their menu description: "marinated in our special brine, seasoned and grilled to juicy perfection". Both the seafood items we tried were delicious. The Fried Oysters were spot on. Lightly battered with a crunchy outside; rich, briny, and slightly sweet inside. The Grilled Scallops were sweet and tender, but a little dry. Ribeyes also has a full bar and limited outside seating. Not my go-to steakhouse but definitely one that I will go to from time to time.
