Good quality food for a reasonable price. We go there fairly often. One complaint about something they get wrong about 30% of the time which is way too much I think. If you ask for unsweet ice tea you better check it. That they get wrong with SWEET tea, and it is way too sweet. This is a real serious problem for diabetics! read more

I love chickfila it's really great but I went yesterday and all I wanted was a fry so I got them and when I left I pulled them out of the bag as we were driving off and when I did so a used cigarette fell onto my lap from the fry and when I brought it back in to tell them the workers weren't buying it and believing me but they should have I mean yeah okay you don't let people smoke but that doesn't mean they don't smoke and it was in my fry which was very nasty and smelt really bad but yeah I was just surprised at their reaction to it and all read more

My boyfriend and I loved Chick-fil-A until yesterday September 29, 2018 when we ordered our usual for this establishment went home, got comfortable, started eating and noticed that there was mold on the chicken nuggets and mold on our chicken sandwich. We went back to the fast food restaurant located on route 301 in Waldorf, MD asking for the manager to come outside so we don't cause any conflict inside. Once he saw the food he made a excuse that it was blood that was cooked with the chicken (which i will not believe because it was green) and tried to replace our order (which i did not want). We then called corporate the owner tried to tell us that it sound like it could have been the gristle from the chicken which was a lie again. I been sick since! read more

So after I drop my kid off at daycare, I usually put in a mobile order for my fiancé and I. Yesterday was like any other day. I went through the line for my order and pulled off. I never looked in the bag. I had another stop to make before I went home. When I looked down at my phone I was getting a call. It ended up being Chick Fila. They were telling me that my order is all wrong and that they feel bad about it. Come back and they will rectify the issue. When I come back , not only do they bring my fresh hot food out, they also gave me 2 free cookies and told me to keep the food they have given me that was wrong. I have gone to many other fast food places that have given me the wrong food and demanded to have the food back. (Idk why. It's not like they can resell it). I would like to Thank Chic Fil A in Waldorf Md for their wonderful hospitality [something you don`t get much of anymore.} My Husband went inside to order lunch today with my 4 Grand kids to take home. It was very busy as usual.When they got home we found that my salad was not in any of the bags, so of course your thinking now you got to go back and get it or they will take your name down and when you ever go back they will give you that item if they don`t misplace the paper or book or even write it down. So my husband called to let them know, not only did they deliver my Salad to my house they gave my family a free bag of their delicious chocolate chip cookies and a free card for a free salad. Now I know why Chic fil A stays in business not only do they have delicious food they care about their customers. Thank you so much for all you did and God bless you and your family. My husband and I ate here on 31 Jan 14 and it seems like their standards have dropped a bit. Several tables were dirty and there was napkins on the floor. The chicken tortilla soup was luke warm and the chicken nuggets were luke warm as well. I usually like this chickfilet over the others in town because now you can get your own drink refills. I might have to start visiting the one in Brandywine instead. read more

So disappointed in this location and I am a devout Chick-fil-A consumer. My family was visiting from out of town and we went around 12pm (all 8 of us!). We are inside had a wonderful time and when we left, about ten minutes later four of us got really sick (diarrhea). Even my 8 year old son. I had the Cobb salad and the other three had the regular chicken sandwiches...#1 combos. I called the store and spoke with the manager and all he could say is did you seek medical attention. Dude we all had diarrhea almost on spot in TJ Maxx! I proceeded to ask was the chicken left over from breakfast and the staff need to wash their hands more and change the gloves often. He said oh we try and tell them that. What do you mean you try and tell them that. Needless to say I am done with this location. I did not expect a refund but felt that the manager on duty on 9/4/17 at 2:26pm could have been a little more compassionate. Instead he said you should monitor your health. Since y'all are nasty and don't enforce staff hand washing practices, I hope you monitor your health. I am totally done with this Chick-fil-a on Crain Hwy in Waldorf, MD. I guess these managers don't really care about the consumers at all. All I wanted was a little compassion and not an attitude as if I'm being a pest. I've unfortunately become very disappointed in the service at this Chick-fil-a. I don't know if ownership has changed, but this location used to be on top of everything. The past 6 or so times I have ordered here, orders have been wrong, forgotten, etc. I have even had my orders repeated back to me for clarification, and once I get my receipt at the window, several parts of the order are either wrong or not even on the ticket. I don't understand what is so difficult about wanting a non-toasted chicken salad sandwich with tomato and lettuce; it used to be an option called "deluxe" on the menu. I understand that people make mistakes, but when this happens several times in a row, it starts to be really frustrating. It seems like there is a lot of disorganization and miscommunication here. It's just very disappointing. I really hope things improve. I don't want to take my business elsewhere, but I may just have to. read more

Worst service ever. Not normal for a Chick fil a. Long story short went for breakfast on Friday. I do t normally eat breakfast there and think I only have done so 1 other time. Some staffers standing outside taking orders. Didn't see a menu and let him know I was not sure what was offered. Ordered a Chicken sandwich and a yogurt. He said $11.96. I told him could I see a receipt or something because that sounded high and he said Ma'am just drive to the window. Got to the window and a lady who I later found out was the manager threw 2 food bags at me and clapped her hands. Didn't say 1 word but the clap was suggested to me as to go. I was upset and asked for a receipt and she clapped again. Drove down the street and pulled over at Grill 13 to see why I had 2 bags for a sandwich and yogurt. Noticed this was not what I ordered. Drove back took the food in and waited over 10 minutes. She Gina came over and said "yes". I explained I never saw a receipt and everything is so rushed. No one has time to talk. I explained this is not customer service. We want fast service but to throw food, clap, and no one has time to talk or give a receipt. She never said 2 words. I waited and waited a guy asked was everything okay and I told him I wasn't sure the lady gave me the wrong food, I was charged $12.00. Gina who he called clapped her hands at him and then Gina handed me $3.00 and waved me off. I said $3.00, she hand me my yogurt and sandwich. So basically I was overcharged, waved off, never got a receipt, and no one/ Gina I guess doesn't talk. Horrible customer service. No one said sorry or anything. You need new management. This is sorry service and it starts at the top down. Never would I think I could have a bad experience at Chick-fil-a but this experience topped them all.
