BRAVO BRAVO!!! This place has their stuff together!! The organization at the drive thru, the swiping stick to swipe your card in order to minimize your exposure and contact with employees. The person handling transactions does not touch your food AT ALL! The person at the window is secure and provides the food to designated employees who provide your food to you on a tray, which also minimizes any type of contact! I've seen some UNSAFE practices, but I'm thankful that this place goes above and beyond to ensure our safety during this pandemic!!! Other places should take notes and apply them to their practices! Absolute best Chick-Fil-A I've ever been to. Can't speak to the drive through but workers inside were EXCEPTIONAL. Very warm & inviting. There were fresh cut flowers on all of the tables & the nice ladies who were working came over to the table to check on how we were doing & asked if there was anything else we needed like actual restaurant service. If chick-fil- a wasn't already good enough, these employees made the environment & experience a hundred times better! This is so upsetting. I usually love chick-fil-a and i go out of my way to go to this location because they are usually do good but not anymore. This new wave of employees they've brought in have been rude, not attentive and honestly do not care about being there. I waited for over 5 minutes just to get a refill of my drink while they were behind the counter talking and one person was on his phone. Then when someone did come to the register, he didn't even ask if he could help me, i had to ask him if i could please just get a refill. I told him i had a sweet tea and he took my cup, filled it, and brought it back. I thanked him and left and once i was in my car and took a sip realized he had filled it up with lemonade. To me seemed purposeful since there was still a little sweet tea at the bottom of my cup and i verbally said can i please have more sweet tea. Hard to mess that one up. I asked for 3 times extra egg and then I asked for extra cheese (1x) and was given 3 times extra cheese. My bag was also missing napkins and it was disappointing as I went through the drive thru. Visited chick-fil-A for the first time and the service was amazing! Mckenzie helped us at the counter and she took care of us. She told us what was good and gave us a sample of the Mac and cheese and a couple of every one of their sauces so we could try each of them. Way above what you expect from a fast food restaurant. The whole staff was great and seemed to really enjoy working there! While I've never stepped foot into a Chick-Fil-A (sorry guys, I'm not into fast food), I have ordered from various locations many times, at the request of my clients. Last October, I placed an order with this particular location, and the delivery, presentation and food arrived as it should. Between then and now, the receipt for my purchase became lost in the shuffle, so I made a phone call to the restaurant in hopes that a copy of my receipt could be tracked down. Not only did Kevin take down my contact information and promise to return my call within 10 minutes, he found the copy, faxed it to me and did this all in about 5 minutes. It has been officially the 3rd time I've done curbside pick up and it's taken them 20+ minutes to receive my order. They haven't been hitting the button to notify when they are coming to my vehicle shortly, and I receive a notification an hour later after I've gotten home and eaten saying "someone will be out at my vehicle shortly". The drive thru line is moving way faster then the curbside everytime I go. The people on the road have finished before me. I love Chick-fil-A and eat it multiple times a week and am very said that this is the outcome for me these few times. read more

They took the spicy nuggets and spicy breakfast biscuit from the menu along with the basic spicy chicken sandwich.. now I have to order a deluxe spicy with none of the deluxe crap on it. CHECK YOUR ORDER! Especially in the morning. Over the last few weeks it's like they have flipped a switch and my order has been wrong the last few times. If they can get the service back to where it used to be, they'd be a 5/5 review. Awesome healthy breakfast options are avaliable. I think it's admirable to give opportunities to the local youth but they need to be supervised better than they are. She was so incredibly friendly and helpful even getting a placemat for my son, bringing us napkins and periodically asking if we needed anything with a big smile! I went here on a Saturday afternoon on a hot summer day. One of the hottest days so far, actually. Everybody and their MOMMA was at Chick Fil A!! The drive thru line was all the way by the old Rite Aid building which made it hard to get into the actual parking lot. I swooped around so I can use the curbside spot and ordered there. The wait was a little lengthy but it was extremely busy and I was in no rush. My order came out separately because I placed two separate orders (forgetting an item on the first one). My milkshakes were brought out first, then he told me my sandwich would be right out. A few minutes later, a young employee comes rushing out with my order and apologized about 3 times for the wait. I assured her it was fine and that I was the one that placed another order. She still apologized for the wait and handed me a free milkshake coupon. Chik-Fil-A is what it is! A great establishment. In a day and age where good customer service is no longer the norm, these guys go above and beyond...even if it is just policy. I just left the Chick-fil-A on Crain Highway in Waldorf Maryland and let me tell you the service level at this particular Chick-fil-A has gone south. Back in the day when you would approach a cashier you would be greeted with a smile and always made to feel like your order was being taken as though they were serving themselves. Here lately you hardly get a hello, a smile and the typical "my pleasure", response has gone out the window. Fry containers are half full and more times than not cold. My order is typically wrong which makes it less convenient because you end up having to go through the drive-thru and then get out to go into the store to correct the order. I don't know what's going on here, but hopefully they will soon address the issues. You cannot leave reviews on Chick-fil-A website if so I have not been able to figure out how. My family loves Chick-fil-A and we are regular visitors each week I hope that management will get wind of customers valid concerns and begin to correct the issue. Just because you sell healthier fast food and have become the top fast food chain pretty much in the US does not mean that you can get the big head and start having poor customer service. What can I say that others havent? I mean it's Chick fil A. Lots of chicken-y goodness and the sausage gravy with biscuit for breakfast is awesome. The milkshakes are delish. My kid worked here during high school and they treated her great. As a company they seem to care for their employees. Its nice they are closed on Sundays (not so nice for customers craving a chicken sandwhich) I wish they had locations in Honolulu where my daughter lives. She is missing chick fil a something fierce. Came in during a busy lunch hour. They have this 2-line drive thru system with 2 people directing cars into either lanes to take orders. It's a crap shot. Which line is faster? Left or right? The short line or long line? I chose the short line duhhhh. But before you know it, 6 cars who came in AFTER me got their orders placed first and was directed to the drive thru window BEFORE me. Normally I don't care but that day I was "HANGRY AF". The girl taking orders in my lane was a chatty Cathy, with all smiles, flirting and laughing with all of her customers. The other girl was nice I'm sure but much more methodical, efficient and QUICK. I LOVE Chickfila, and this location is at the top of my list! They have fast friendly service with good food. Whenever the drive-thru line is backed up they have people outside taking orders and add a booth to pay so all you have to do is pick up your food at the window. When you eat inside, they often have someone come around to check on you which is unusual at a fast food place. read more

Let me first say that I love there food , in fact lately I've been visiting them twice a week however the Location in Waldorf has been having poor customer service so much so that I will drive to the one in Brandywine Md just to avoid being frustrated. Why do customers have to argue with the employees/Manager for extra sauce? For a Company who has build there name off of " My Pleasure" and who's known for Excellent customer service, this particular site has fallen real short. It's always something, either there slow, the regulation of the drive thru lines are off or your made to Beg for extra sauce , napkins etc which ruins the whole experience. I went as far yesterday to say to the MANAGER ; I'm sure if the Owner was here, he would say " Give that customer her extra sauce" with No problem... Now when they say "My Pleasure " at this Waldorf location , my thoughts are YEAH SURE IT IS... If I'm paying for my food, I want to enjoy it and if that's with extra sauce SO BE IT !
