The overall experience was okay. The only issue was a staff member named Tiffani. She was extremely rude to every customer, giving them attitude when asked questions. She had no patience for anyone and was quite literally yelling at me when she was "talking." Tiffani needs to be fired. All of the other workers were kind and patient. Tiffani, on the other hand, was so, so rude bad mannered. This issue with Tiffani must be fixed or something needs to be done. Just went through the drive through and needed to place three orders. Normally we would go inside for this but due to the current situation. You cannot do that. I started to place the order and was told we can only do two. I said normally I would understand this however we cannot go In to do so and I am not going to order and drive back around. This place is fine. The food is always good. They have two ordering lanes which increases volume, but the line goes around the building at times blocking off the exit for those coming out of the pick up window. I am surprised that doesn't cause a stand still during busy hours. I had to wait in the "ordering" line until I could exit. Always amazing service! I absolutely love the salad options at Chick-fil-A! My personal favorite is the Cobb salad with Avocado Lime dressing. But well beyond the wonderful food is the amazing service I get at virtually every restaurant I visit. Chick-fil-A gets it right when it comes to customer service. "How many I serve you" is a common phrase I hear when I visit both the drive-thru and inside the restaurant, but the tone and facial expressions on the faces of the servers show the sincerity and the level of employee hiring and training - and THAT is where Chick-fil-A shows their founder's roots, and is head and shoulders above their competition. read more

I love Chick-Fil-A. Have eaten at many locations. However, this one did not live up to the service I have received at all other locations I've been to. We waited for more than what seemed reasonable for our order to be filled even though there appeared to be plenty of staff. And then our order wasn't correct. I pointed it out & was told they would correct it but then the young lady went on to do something else. I went to the counter to have my order corrected. There appeared to be chaos & confusion behind the counter. The worse part, another couple came in with 2 young children. One of them wanted ketchup but they had run out. What restaurant allows themselves to run out of ketchup? The food was however just as good as I would expect so they get 3 stars. But not 5 like I would have given any other that I have been to.
