We love Chic-fil-a's grilled nuggies. Hershel(my dog) loves grilled chicken so I get a 12piece so we can share. I change up the sides depending on my mood but I do love their Mac n cheese. The waffle fries, side salad or kale salad are great options too! We def recommend the Ice cream-I get a cone and Hersh gets a side but only just a little bit of it when we get home. The staff is friendly and service is always fast! They recently redid the outside-the drive thru has a nice canopy over the area where the Employees take your order and it is well lit. We usually order at the drive thru but I have also used the App and picked up curb side which is also nice. I have yet to go inside the restaurant. read more

We ate dinner here in August while out with friends in Topeka as it was requested by the kids. I don't often eat inside of any fast food restaurants as I usually just go through the drive thru for the kids and then get something else at home for the adults, but this was an exception and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was inside. This one happened to have a play area which the kids liked, and it was nice that they brought your food out to you. I can't say that dining in at a chick-fil-a will ever be my top choice, but if you have to do it, this one is a pretty good experience overall. read more

CFA is my go to fast food. Its typically clean, fast, and friendly, which aren't things you can always say about other fast food. I always order ahead in the app, but at this location they then read back your entire mobile order to confirm it, and then print you a receipt before you pull around to the window. This is unnecessary. I know what I ordered in the app. On my last visit, when I pulled around a guy repeated my entire order a second time and then handed me my drinks. Before my food was handed to me, my order was read off the bag for a third time by a third person. I'm not sure what problem they are trying to solve with this... the name on the bag confirms it is for me. It just feels like it slows down the process. I love getting their salads, and usually get the southwest salad with the spicy grilled chicken. On another recent visit I got a couple of salads, and I peeked into the bag to confirm everything was there and drove to my destination. When I actually took the salads out of the bag, the lettuce was brown and gross and the salads clearly weren't fresh. I drove back to the restaurant and the manager confirmed they were unacceptable. I then watched as he looked through a fridge full of salads, examined them, and put them in a stack on the counter. He finally found two he liked, and threw the rest away. It didn't inspire a lot of confidence in the overall freshness of their salads. I assumed they were made in advance, but not so much so they were going bad by the time I got one. I was offered a free cookie for the trouble. I filled out the survey I later got in their mobile app, but never heard anything else. Overall, a good location despite my recent experience with their salads and the annoyance of having a mobile order being read back to me multiple times. read more

My first time having Chick-fil-A and all I can say is this was amazing. Excellent service, they are nice and serve quickly. Only waited 1-3 minutes for my food after ordering, and the food was AMAZING. Chick-fil-A sauce was amazing, I took some home. They give little stickers which was neat. The place was clean, cleaner than a pastors language. The bathrooms were extremely clean, and they had COMPLIMENTARY MOUTHWASH. Cashier was nice. They cleaned tables less than 5 minutes after someone left. Great lunch. read more

Paul was at the window and took our order through the speaker box. He was super nice when we added something on to our order last minute at the window before paying. We pulled off and parked about 200 feet away from the building to eat. We opened the bag and realized our last minute item had been forgotten. No big deal, mistakes happen. Out of all the Chick-fil-A's, I go to this is around the poorest. I stood in line at the register with one worker behind the register for 15 minutes, gave up and walked out. I recently came here with a plus 1 and ordered A Sandwich with American Cheeses, A macaroni, as well a two piece chicken strips. I was delighted to see the interior was clean and the employees treated me like family. When I received my food I was delighted to find that they had given me a four count of chicken strips instead of the two count. Unfortunately they put the wrong kind of cheese on my sandwich. I alerted a passing handsome young employee, I believe his name was Walker or something of the sort. He happily fixed my order. Worse than a McDonald's in the hood. Got off work and wanted to eat somewhere with good service. Boy was I wrong. Walked in and immediately heard a bunch of screaming in a foreign language across the restaurant. Waited behind TWO people for 11 minutes. The woman taking my order must've had a learning disability or something because it took me repeating my order THREE times for her to finally ring it up. Keep in mind my order was a #1 with a Powerade. The most simple meal ever. Disappointed in the management because chic fil a's are typically incredible. Chick-fil-A might technically be a fast food restaurant but it is certainly in a class of its own and their customer service is heads and shoulders above most fast food chains. I stopped here around 7p on a Monday evening and the place was really busy. A sign indicated that the dining room was closed but they were running an amazing drive thru operation. Two lanes for ordering with 2 ordering positions in each lane. At least 6 employees working to take orders. After ordering, you pull around to the other side of the building where there was another group of 5-6 employees running orders to each car. The order receipt had a description of your car on on. SUPER EFFICIENT. And the food was excellent - as it usually is at Chick-fil-A. This is my go to favorite fast food restaurant. Good food with outstanding customer service. read more

Really clean and attractive Chick-fil-A that has a sizable parking lot. Breakfast was better than most fast food places you'd know. The chicken biscuit sandwich wasn't greasy but still tasty. The hash browns were very good as well. The atmosphere is quite good for eating and even though it is fast food, you don't feel rushed here. Service is standard for this establishment, which is very friendly and prompt. There's a play area for the kids and lots of condiments/items that they offer (like after dinner mints!). read more
