Slowest chick fil a I've ever been to, took 20 minutes to move through the drive thru.

Of all the franchises this Chick-fil-a is the WORST! Employees don't care for nothing. Lie that sauces are in the bag. Customer service is a horrible when I have to drive back to get sauces that THEY didn't put in bag.... this happens every time. I give them chances. It's best you just take the time and make the drive elsewhere. Employees give attitude and roll eyes. This location needs to shut down and RETRAIN ALL EMPLOYEES!! read more

Terrible service. Can only blame the management. My boyfriend and I used to go ALL THE TIME!! Had good service and got our food fast. Then I got pregnant and its obviously me and my boyfriend are going to be young parents. One day we go in and wait in line, Well the guy manager with glasses, is tall and has a gut on him ignored me and my boyfriend for 15mins EVERYONE for that matter ignored us and it's not like their wasnt anyone is front of us. The manager was helping a lady when we got into line and WALKED OFF after finishing with her. And they weren't busy literally NO FLIPPING RUSH and they wouldn't even make eye contact with us. Then another time it took us 20mins to get our food. People that have came in after us got their food before THEY ORDERED THE SAME CRAP! And they said "oh we were running behind on making our chicken sandwiches" they were given to us cold. Now this past Thursday we went in AGAIN and order our food at 11:47am. We got our food at 12:36pm. We were dining in and after 30mins we went to the counter only to be ignore for 5mins BY MANAGEMENT and when finally helped the guy said "sorry we lost power let me see your receipt" YOU LOST POWER?! We were in the dang restaurant the whole time and no lights even flickered!!! Finally got our food after literally 6 families came and went between the time we ordered and got our food. Speed of service is sluggish. I've been here many times and it slow no matter how long the line is. I still like the food but this the worse location for speed. Needs improvements. read more

The drive through lane was packed at 7:30pm. Walked in ordered a small fry, 4 piece nuggets and side salad. Waited for almost 10 minutes for my fries, the girl who took my order reminded the guy that I was waiting on fries. Got my order with a lame excuse of 'we had trouble with the fries machine' even though I saw other others for dine in go through with fries. Took my order to the car realized there were no nuggets! Per chance bumped into the manager who seemed like he really did not care. He talked to the guy they both SMILED at each other and then the guy turns to me and says 'here's an 8 piece to make up for the inconvenience.' 1. If I wanted an 8 piece I would have bought one. 2. I would have preferred genuine customer service from the manager and the fake guy. 3. Missed my daughter's swim event from the wait and service. The worst Chick fil A out there. Curios to know if corporate is interested in training the staff at this location given the bad reviews. read more

I love Chick-fil-A. I tend to do a Chick-fil-A run weekly. Since this is the closest location to my work I make a run for me and my co workers. Employees are very friendly and the regular employees I see their are very warm and kind. But time and time again something seems to be missing from at least one of my orders. I know this happens and that's not a huge deal. My issue today on Friday June 27, 2018 in the late morning was when I was addressing this issue with the manager, our conservation actually left me even more upset since I found her resolution to this issue very disinteresting to her. This is the worst chick fil a I have ever been to. Very disappointed with their service. The service is always and they consistently get our order wrong. Today we specifically asked for kids sized drinks, he even said he would ring it up different and still gave us larger drinks. Then my husband asked for a coke and got a tea. That's the last time we go to this location. Don't waste your time at this location, making the drive to the one in spring is more worth your time. Out of all the fast food that I've eaten anywhere, these are the rudest, most unaccommodating group I've ever seen. In addition the portion size has been reduced on Everything, chicken and buns, salads, even brownies. Forget about an additional condiments, they flat out tell you no, not even offering to sell them to you! Huh? What's that about? Don't you like to make money? In the past before the reduced portions the employees were so pleasant, complete different group now. Chick-fil-a always blows me away with customer service. I don't understand how they can be friendly, attentive, and nice, and other fast food employees can barely talk. Going to a chick-fil-a and a McDonald's is night and day. This Chick-fil-A has been very disappointing to me. It is my third or fourth time here and I have never waited so long in the drive thru line anywhere. My normal Chick-fil-A in Conroe has you in and out every time within 2 minutes. I waited 20 minutes in line to order and get my food. This is my favorite place to eat and the chicken is fabulous and the drinks are amazing

Came in with a coworker for dinner Friday and was sadly disappointed. The sweet tea was out-which never happens. My coworker ordered cheese on her sandwich and the girl that took our order did not add that to the order. She also upsized her drink which was not put in her bill so my friend did not receive that as well. For my order I wanted to use my freebie and pay for the rest of the meal separately. When I asked if it went through-the price on the screen was the full meal price- she sharply said "I already put it down so it went through". When I had check my receipt she had not given me the item from my app-which I made sure to tell her I had before we finished the order- and had charged me full priced instead. Had it of been a busy night I would understand some of the mistakes being made but there were less then ten customers inside the restaurant and the line in drive through was extremely short compared to their normal wrap around line. When the food came out it was hot and the fries were fresh which we were thankful for, even though her cheese was missing. When I ran into the lady's room before we left the stall I first walked in had the role of toilet paper on the floor and there were none in the holder. I'm sure we'll come back in again eventually but I think for now I'll just stick to mobile and drive through orders. I honestly was going to give the specific experience a 1 Star but the gentleman that checked and got me sweet tea before we left and told us to have a blessed day (in the nice way lol). He was trying to get a lot done it seemed like, but he took the time to check on us and be kind and I'm thankful for that. read more

If I could rate this chick-fail-a a zero I would..... I've come here multiple times and been disappointed every time. Had to stand by the register for a while when the cashier and multiple other employees just passed by me. Any chick fil a I've been to always takes my refill asap.. I also ordered lunch during breakfast which I understand they don't expect but because we ordered lunch it was like they were mad at us. IM STILL PAYING FOR IT SO GET OVER IT... then when I said our order was dining in they gave us a bag instead of tray. I walk up and ask for a tray nicely and they say they don't have any clean trays... okaaaaay sooooooooo CLEAN ONE? and how do y'all not have trays clean there's barely anyone in here. It was insanely busy there today, which is fine, I know kids are out of school today for holiday. Not only was it loud and crazy, though, but our food took about 30-40 minutes to come out. And when it did, it was cold, and the incorrect order. My husband asked an employee about fixing the mistake (we paid extra for cheese on a sandwich but didn't receive any), the employee appeared flummoxed and said she couldn't help us and said to ask someone else. So we ate the food the way it was: cheated of cheese, cold, and full of disappointment. I thought they pride themselves on their customer service? Apparently not today. For a fast food place, the food is good and service is exceptional. The staff is always polite, I really appreciate a business that is closed on Sundays so that its employees can go to church. I also like the fact that they do alot for the children in the area. My kids frequently have coupons for free food because of good report cards. Not liking the fact that if you go during certain times of the day the lines are long, but they do try to move things along quicker. read more

When it's my turn to pick where we eat, I ALWAYS say Chic Fil A. This location is one of the best. The food is always fresh, you get free refills, and I've always had a pleasant experience. I'd like to share an experience I had almost a year ago at this location: I went to Chic Fil A for an early dinner with my grandmother. She had been in the hospital with my grandfather all day and hadn't had a chance to eat, so I told her I would meet her after work and buy her some supper. We order, get our food like normal. She said she wanted some ice cream. I went to the counter to order her an ice cream cone and I had a conversation with the woman behind the counter. I told her I wanted a milkshake but I didn't know what kind. She suggested the peppermint milkshake. I told her I'd never had one and quite frankly it didn't sound good at all. She asked me if I would like a sample, and I said sure. I wasn't in a rush. I get my grandmother's ice cream cone and take it to her. I went back to the counter expecting a small sample and I expected not to like it. She brought me a SMALL milkshake that looks like it came out of a magazine. Beautiful presentation. I tried it in front of her, prepared to fake a smile so her effort wouldn't be in vain. To my immense shock and surprise, I absolutely love it. To this day, their peppermint milkshakes are my favorite holiday treat. The milkshake she gave me was obviously a sizable shake, not a sample size. It filled me up. I offered her a $20 bill to pay and she declined payment. I think she could see how much I enjoyed it. I was so overwhelmed with emotion. My grandfather was in the hospital and all. I offered her the $20 as a tip for her kindness. She declined even when I asked 3 times. She said it was against policy. I put the $20 in the collection area for the charity at the cash register and asked to speak to the manager. I told him my experience with tears in my eyes. The kindness of everyone at Chic Fil A was outstanding. I told my grandma that day (and I still believe) if Chic Fil A would pay me when I'm making now, I'd work for them in a heart beat. It seems like an amazing place to work. I truly believe everyone there enjoys their job! Great job Chic Fil A. I'll see you next time it's my turn to pick the place! read more

After spending 35 minutes in the drive thru, I get to the window and was asked to pull around to the front and wait some more. This location has progressively gotten worse.
