A Well Run and well-Managed Location Chik-Fil-A is one of my goto fast food joints when I'm on the road. After eating at Saltines in Jackson the night before and driving most of the morning, I needed a place for a quick bite. I choose this location as it was on my way to another customer visit. The parking lot was full when I arrived just after 1:00 pm. Starkville is a College Town so this was expected. The location is clean, bright, and the crew right from the Cashier to the manager, who came out to check on me and my lunch is top-notch. Another great location awaits all who enter. read more

I am a Chick-fil-A regular and frequent the Starkville, Flowood, and Brandon chick-fil-a. Out of the three, Flowood and Brandon always have amazing fries. The Starkville fries are always burnt tasting like they used old oil. I thought it might have been a one time occurrence, but every time for the the past few months they have had this almost cardboard like taste. I don't know what they are doing different from the Flowood and Brandon locations, but something needs to change. I have checked in to a lot of Chick Fil As recently when on work trips. I don't review all of them but this one is worth it. Five stars for a very clean building as well as fast and efficient service. The food is also fresh as expected. What really stands out is the employees go out of their way to be friendly, and even the guy who was walking around sweeping the floors came by to ask me how I was doing and if I needed anything else. This would be my favorite fast-food place. In any Chick-fil-A you'll find clean and prepared place. Chicken nuggets very delicious. Fries are no words but amazing.Drive thru is super organized and easy if you're new to driving. Ice Cream is high-made in other words, delicious. Their lemonade is great!
