I selected all of the specific items I wanted abd prepaid. Fast forward to pick up day. The order wasnt ready. When i showed up, staff was scrambling to put the order together. They pulled the salads that I ordered from the refrigerator, cut the sweet treats bars (although they didn't have any of the bars I ordered), and threw everything in bags. Not only I didn't get what i ordered, but it wasn't presented as expected. There was no point in ordering ahead--I still had to wait. No one offered an apology or resolution beyond a simple refund. Yet again, I live an hour away. Customer service suggested "Oh it's sitting right here. Just come back and get it." They truly acted as if it were my fault that the items were left out and I was inconveniencing them. (My bad. I guess I should have counted each individual item as we loaded them into my trunk-yes. WE. I always get out and help! * Poor product quality: The fresh produce I receive is often moldy or spoiled, which is unacceptable. Not once. Not twice. But every single time I order strawberries they are covered in fuzzy mold. * Customer service: The pickup employees are frequently rude and unhelpful, which only adds to the frustration. When I went to order she kept being rude and cutting me off. I went and got a drink from the machine and it tasted like the carbonation had run out. I would have brought it up to the girl but her conversation was apparently the most important thing in the world at the time. I got my sandwich shortly after and before I could walk away with it the girl making the sandwich needed it back because she "forgot something". Apparently what she forgot was to drown my sandwich in bbq sauce making it completely inedible. I can only assume this stems from a problem a lot of businesses are having where they hire young workers and then proceed to not hold them accountable for basic rules of business like customer service. I'll just go to one of the many other sandwich places from now on. It's a shame how bad this place has gone.

And in the Starkville location you're definitely not disappointed. We are always greeted properly and have our food within a few minutes of ordering.
