Today was my second time going to this location (third time EVER going to any Jersey Mike's), and I again had a good experience that I think is worth noting. Yes, Jersey Mike's is a little pricey, but the food is amazing with even better service. I walked in there wanting to get something different from what I got last week, and the girl who took my order was so helpful and offered a specific sandwich that fit my mood. While they were making my sandwich, the staff was eager to answer questions and was prepared to give suggestions concerning, in this case, the pepper relish (which was great!). "Oh yeah that's really good and would go well with mayonnaise." She was right! Again, I don't know if Jersey Mike's is new to Starkville, but this place is amazing and my new favorite place to get a sandwich (former fave was Jimmy John's). They knew we had two gluten free orders when they started complaining... go and complain in the back all you want, but do not sit there and make someone feel small because they cant eat bread and you have to clean the equipment. Also just to add, the tables were covered in crumbs and food particles. Someone's personal Tostitos chips and salsa were left out open on one of the tables. Mind you it's 3 pm.
