Quality has slipped at this location. Does not meet McAlester's standards. Caesar salad typically not fresh. Salad always has rotten lettuce included. Please do better. read more

Horrible service DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Food was cold And hair in the food And the ambiance was horrible couldn't even tell if it was midnight or midday read more

Our food was very good. Especially the pecan berry salad and the brownies. The guy who took our order was super nice. When he brought me a go box, he brought extra salad dressing. we would definitely eat here again. read more

Food came with almost none of the topings, friends food came with no onions that she asked for dont recomend.

Came for lunch on our way back home from vacation and experience was quite disappointing. As soon as we entered the dining room, we were told by the cashier they did not have certain breads or other things on menu (I don't recall specifics). Part of our order was three kids pizzas and they told us they only had two pizzas left. My third child had to get corn dog nuggets which he did not really want. When they came out, they were still cold so we had to return them to the kitchen. They were even out of Doritos. read more

Pretty great for a chain! Sandwiches and salad were great ! No photos but I have never eaten here coming from the northeast...and I'm bummed it's not easily accessible. read more

Absolutely incompetent staff. I paid $15 for a box full of stale tortilla chips. How is this acceptable in anyway, how is someone even ok with serving this. They deserve to all be fired and shut down. read more

McAlister's Deli - Ultimate nachos - Salad Near Me - West Point, Mississippi

stopped through coming back from the beach, and walked into this location @ 2:30 on a Saturday. A big family (maybe 8 people ) were in front of us. there were 2 girls on one computer taking their order. During this time I looked into the back and see 4-5 cooks in the back all just holding up walls with their backs talking and laughing. a customer who I guess had already been here longer than us went and asked for a refund. A manager or 2 came out and had attitudes trying to provoke the upset customer. the 2 hosts were slow and took 5 minutes to make 4 drinks it's been 30 minutes and still no nacho apps on the table only maybe 15 people in the whole store but we are told it's going to be a 45 minute wait. terrible service I see now why this place has 2.5 stars, the General manager better make a change if they ever wanna make money here. would give it -5 stars if I could read more

Got here at 7:20 there were out of tea and said they were not making anymore for the night. They were out of fruit. They did bring out one of our potatoes after ten or so minutes i when to ask about it and they they forgot about it and acted like it was our fault. They didn't have the correct change and had to give me my change in coins. Normally McAlister's has decent food and good service. Avoid this location! read more

If you eat at night at this restaurant, bring your earplugs for the kitchen staff has a way of using the English language that would make a sailor blush! Very unprofessional treatment of a customer that might have been in the wrong but was a customer nevertheless! Will not eat here again read more

ZERO organization!!! BYPASS!!! Yelp said my review was too short. Wasted enough of my life writing the first line! read more

I love this particular McAlister's! I usually order through the app and use the drive in window. They always have my food ready and rarely make an error. They're friendly and nice and even have given us ice cream pints as a thank you. I don't understand the negative reviews. The only issue I have had is that they often run out of things, like mac and cheese or, strangely, chicken and turkey. read more

Stopped on the way to work to pick up a quick sandwich. Placed my order and waited, and waited. Other folks came in , placed orders and received their food. I asked twice where my order was and the staff seemed not to know. They told me they would check and then disappeared. Finally has to leave without my food. Won't be back. read more

Freshest "fast food" around! Place was incredibly clean and the staff was SO KIND. Dollar for dollar best deal for miles!

Out of literally everything. No lettuce or tomato at a place that has a menu that is half salads? Checks out. Especially when a super Walmart is across the street, literallly. No bread bowls with 8 soups on the menu? Don't worry, they don't actually carry all 8 - they are just on the menu. Friendly staff, very clean - but incredibly slow. Food is not good quality. My club sandwich was bread, cheese, meat, and one slice of bacon. Recommend giving this place a while to get up to speed. read more

Traveling through, stopped for a bite. Newer building, clean. Also clean restrooms. Service was nice and fast. Food was great, soup was hot and sandwich was delicious. Overall positive experience. read more

Customer service was horrible. No expectations set on the time-frame or update. The worker at the front, ignored my husband's question. (Three times before I asked loud if she heard him). Workers in the back were the complete opposite of efficient. It took 35 minutes and four other customers had complaints with their orders during our wait. Be warned. read more

Dirty restaurant, the water was dirty. woman at register wouldn't greet, WOULDNT SPEAK. she never said a word, this restaurant needs to be reemployed. Took 30 min to get food and there where only 2 other duo couples inside. this location needs to figure their stuff out. read more

I know Covid has affected a lot of retail business. However, not making more tea when it is an hour until closing is unacceptable at a restaurant like McAlister's. Manager needs to think about the image. read more

Avoid this establishment. Trust me, they are always out of products and the manager is not forthcoming about the situation. Why allow people to order and purchase items they know are not available? Majority of the time have to wait for tea to be made. This is the first McAlister's I have ever been to that you constantly have to wait for tea! read more

Arrived at 11:45 to order food. The woman taking orders just stood there and was not polite - did not welcome us or ask us what we wanted. They were out of chips, rotel, and wraps. It took 45 minutes to get our food. We asked for the crustables sandwich for the little one so she could go ahead and eat and the woman in the kitchen yelled at us that it wasn't ready - all it took was simply grabbing it out of the fridge and adding the cup of applesauce. I know the staff was overwhelmed, but there were about 6 people working and many complaining customers. read more

Awful. Absolutely awful. First of all the cashier was so rude and unwilling to help. she acted like she couldn't hear us and we were talking plenty loud. I would say need to get a appointment at the ear clinic. My sandwich was missing two toppings and I wanted potato chips they were out so I got jalapeño chips and I received barbecue. My friend ordered soup and the one bowl was wrong and then she got it and it was cold and the other one burned her tongue. And the other person I was with she didn't get her food till we were done. Won't be going back. read more

THis used to be a favorite stop of mine between FL and my home in TN. However the last few times, the service has been horrible. I always do an online order for pick up. It has never been ready. Today I had to wait 30 mins, ask for my food 3 times. Had to ask for my tea 4 times. Once I was told the other cashier will get you as I'm doing re-fills. There were a line of customers waiting to place orders. I realize originally they may not have had enough employees but I counted 3 in the back and 2 up front. They kept taking orders as though I wasn't there. The 3 in the back making food were standing in a group several times, doing nothing. One had earbuds in his ears!! I asked if there were a manager around and was told. I realize it can be busy at times, but this problem has been consistent now for close to a year. Today was the last straw and I won't be back. Oh, and all I ordered was a club sandwich and a 1/2 and 1/2 tea which was all sweet and they had NO lids. The bread was stale for the sandwich, but it did have substantial meat. Someone needs to get hold of the manager here and straighten it out or it won't last. read more
