Yeah - do NOT do a delivery order from them. I ordered food on 2/5 at 1pm and I was told on the website the order was delivered. I checked - nothing. I called the store and was told that the order may have accidentally been delivered to my neighbor. I checked - nothing. Three hours later (while I was at work) someone from the store called to inform me that my order was delivered to South Montgomery (on the other side of town - no where near my house). In their defense, they did ask if I wanted the order redone (by now I was no where near my house) and... nothing. I filed a complaint online and... nothing. No refund, no apology, nothing. And it was over $50.00 worth of food - just gone. I might as well start sending my business Jersey Mike's way, since they seem to at least care. read more

Did a takeout order from the website so I wasn't in the store long, but they had my order ready quick and the food was delicious. My son and I each tried one of the new toasted sandwiches and my husband had a wrap. Everyone was very pleased with their food. Jimmy John's isn't a place I would typically go, but I would definitely go back based off this visit. read more

Pretty good speed of service especially since they are super busy and handling much more volume than when they opened. The staff is great and always kind. Food is good and even better now with the toasted option. Any time my order has been messed up accidentally they fix it in a rush and always rectify any issues with a smile. I have never in my life dealt with such a rude Jimmy John's employee until today. I was going through the drive through and ordered my sandwich and immediately the guy taking my order was rude. I get to the window to pay and he mumbles my order under his breath and I hand him my card. I then question if he even said my order right so I asked when he gave my card back. He said what I ordered and I told him that is not what I ordered and then told him what I did order. He said to me "we all heard you say Turkey Tom so that's what is being made and what you are going to get." I was baffled by his response. I ordered the Country Club and repeated it twice like he rudely asked me to do at the drive through microphone. I told him that is not the sandwich I ordered and I didn't want the Turkey Tom and he just kept saying well you're getting that. My jaw dropped. So incredibly immature and not someone who should be greeting costumers in a drive through. I won't be going to this Jimmy John's again after this experience that's for sure. I went and ate here first time and the service was fine. Restaurant was clean enough however whenever I ordered my roast beef sandwich apparently they do not serve Au jus sauce because the attendant had no idea what I was talking about. Sat ate the sandwich which was bland. There was funny signage throughout the restaurant that was entertaining to read. Terrible experience. I ordered two sandwiches on sliced wheat bread exactly the same , I even had to repeat the order twice . Got to the window and it was wrong. The employees stood there and argues with each other for a good minute about what I ordered. I was in a hurry so I told them I would just take what they made, one of the sandwiches was on sub bread and not sliced bread. They finally gave me the food and the chips were not in the bag. Had to wait for the chips. They offered a cookie for the trouble but I didn't want no damn cookie. To top it off they made the sandwiches wrong from the way I ordered them. They need to quiz their drivers on places around Starkville. I can understand not knowing where my apartment is once, maybe twice if it's not the same driver, but three times in a short amount of time is kind of crazy. But the food is delicious and when the delivery knows where you live, it's blazing fast as always. Recommended for sure. read more

Hello after ordering my 16 inch big sandwich from Jimmy Js I was so hungry. Not only was I disappointed when my sandwich tasted like straight cardboard out of the ups shipping factory but also the bacon was frozen and still had ice cubes on them. I think my grandma could make a better sub with wonder bread. I mean even thought I was disappointed about the food also the price 18 bucks for the worst sandwich I have ever digested in my existence.
