I joined the rewards program while ordering online, but nah, I'm good, if this is the type of food that the employees are willing to serve.

Four stars might be a little generous, not because of anything bad, but because of the lack of anything amazing. I mean, it's good, but nothing to write home about. Same old stuff on the menu that's on every other deli menu. Again, it's fine, just not very interesting. My Southwest Wrap was serviceable, and the potato soup had a nice bacon-y flavor. If you're in the area and are not feeling adventurous, it's a good place to get something you're familiar with for lunch. The staff is patient and very friendly. read more

This is one of my favorite restaurants and is what I requested when I was in the hospital with my last baby! We love the soup, tea and California club. I go inside and the girl behind the counter (not the one making the sandwiches) is on her phone talking to someone about what streaming service she was going to pay for or something like that. When I went to order she kept being rude and cutting me off. I went and got a drink from the machine and it tasted like the carbonation had run out. I would have brought it up to the girl but her conversation was apparently the most important thing in the world at the time. I got my sandwich shortly after and before I could walk away with it the girl making the sandwich needed it back because she "forgot something". Apparently what she forgot was to drown my sandwich in bbq sauce making it completely inedible. I can only assume this stems from a problem a lot of businesses are having where they hire young workers and then proceed to not hold them accountable for basic rules of business like customer service. I'll just go to one of the many other sandwich places from now on. It's a shame how bad this place has gone.

"Oh yeah that's really good and would go well with mayonnaise." She was right! As soon as we asked for gluten free buns the man taking our order immediately started groaning and complaining about having to do an allergen free order. This already made us feel uncomfortable, but we continued on. Then the same man asked another employee to make the meal and they agreed until he told them it was an order with an allergy. This employee complained and groaned too. It was extremely disrespectful. Especially when I know my family members would LOVE to be able to eat gluten and not have to be selective about restaurants they eat at. We find a place that is SUPPOSED TO BE accommodating, but instead left ashamed. They also proceeded to tell us after all the moaning and groaning that they only had one gluten free bun available.... So after we were made to feel bad then we were disappointed because it was all for nothing. They knew we had two gluten free orders when they started complaining... go and complain in the back all you want, but do not sit there and make someone feel small because they cant eat bread and you have to clean the equipment. Also just to add, the tables were covered in crumbs and food particles. Someone's personal Tostitos chips and salsa were left out open on one of the tables. Mind you it's 3 pm. This isn't a lunch rush time. The whole experience was awful. We love Jersey mikes, just not this one....
