When I got to the window to pay, I asked for a honey mustard to be added to my bag. I was scolded by the girl at the window, who informed me that if I needed condiments, I should have asked for them when placing my order. My order was rang up incorrect, I was charged for a hamburger when I ordered a wrap. When I brought this to their attention. I was told that the money, for the difference would be added back to my card. I said that would be fine, I would like a receipt showing that it was going back into my account. For lack of a better description, she looked at me as if I were an idiot and told me that was not possible. She would have to have her manager refund the money in the store and that I would not be receiving a receipt showing that the money was going back into my account. When I looked into my bag, my order was still incorrect, I had not received the french fries I had ordered. I was given an attitude as she walked away to grab my french fries. She placed my fries in a bag, handed them out the window to me without another word spoken. When I pulled away to look the rest of my order over, my wrap had tomatoes and was not a honey mustard wrap. I have no idea if this money will actually be refunded back into my account, it has not been refunded as of now. I am Very disappointed with my customer service this evening.

In that time, I've developed a soft spot for Reuben sandwiches and have enjoyed them in more than 10 states. It took me two tries and three trips around the block to finally find The Older Brother, but the effort was absolutely worth it. I think I've found one of the finest Reubens I've ever eaten. A beautiful, fresh marbled rye held finely shredded corned beef, juicy sauerkraut, and their special dressing. It was one of the juiciest--and yes, messiest--Reubens I've ever had, and my mouth is watering just thinking about it. I even sent my compliments to the chef. The trendy little café, with its wide-open windows and bright, airy feel, made it seem like outdoor dining on a beautiful day. Service was friendly, attentive, and right on time.
