The food: I enjoyed the Jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich. The broccoli cheddar soup and the country potato soup were tasty but not very warm. The service was excellent! Jendiya greeted us took our order and read it back to us to confirm. Ke'Asia and Jendiya brought our order to our table, checked on us, and brought us refills. Service over and above! The restaurant is clean and has plenty of comfortable seating. Try the sweet tea! read more

Really dissatisfied that the pick two has in bold words choose any salad or side but unfortunately there are items that are an extra charge. So watch out what you order. They call them premium items. Pretty sketchy read more

Dropped in for lunch this afternoon. It was my very first time here, Wow ! ! I was very impressed. Great service from the staff and the employee who took our order. Within 2 minutes of siting down and getting out lunch , a manager came to our table , she greeted us and asked how things were. Good sandwiches, sides, and service. Although, I prefer Peppers. Their club sandwiches are very similar. Good for basic soup, salad, and sandwich fare. Nothing extra special but similar prices to fast food now days and much better atmosphere inside than fast food. read more

So very disappointed. I stopped in, love McAlisters! They told me they have ZERO gluten free options. Zero! The counter employee asked someone to clarify and they said it too. I found this very odd as they've had GF for years! I did not want to push the subject and pull up their menu, or point out that they do have GF because I lost trust that I could safely eat there. Maybe it was a bad day, maybe staff wasn't trained properly, maybe a lot of things but I walked out hungry, went to eat at another place that was eager to serve me a delicious GF meal. read more

I order food to go from here pretty frequently... it's always a great go to when I want a healthier option, but don't have much time. They have a drive thru which is great. I always get a half sandwich and salad or half sandwich and a spud. One of my bright spots while in Columbus. The lady taking my order was polite even as my earring was garbled from having earplugs in all day. She had to repeat herself a few times but never got frustrated. This is customer service. I apologized and she was grateful. She even told me to have a great day as I was leaving. The girl taking our order was constantly scratching her head and we also witnessed her carrying someone's food and scratching her head over the food. We also found raw bacon I'm our fruit. When we spoke to the manager she didn't even apologize or anything about the bacon, she simply said okay and brought me another cup of fruit. This McAllister's seems to have it figured out. Their staff is extremely accommodating even with the difficult orders or last-minute catering. Thank you to the great sever who got my Son a little Mac n cheese since he was still hungry. At 10 years old a kids meal doesn't cut it. Every server was so polite and we enjoyed our meal and experience. Nicely done this holiday season!! read more

The food here is above approach. Every time I have order anything here it has been excellent. The staff is friendly and the inside environment is clean and professional. The only thing stopping me from giving them a 5 star is there time in preparing food it takes them a little to long it seems to prepare the items. But it's worth the wait if you want something good to eat in Columbus. read more

Bleh. The grilled cheese on the kid's menu was barely edible. The bread and cheese were hard / stale-tasting. I had been giving my son a hard time about not eating his lunch, but then I tried it. Terrible service! I visited this restaurant at 3:30 p.m. , September 23, 2017. As I walked to the register , two guys that worked there were leaving the area. A young lady that was at the register saw me and walked to the back without speaking. I stood at the counter for a couple of minutes and one of the guys who was there earlier came back and retrieved something and left again without acknowledging me. Two ladies were in the kitchen area also saw me standing at the counter. After waiting for five minutes, I left. I was the only person in line and the restaurant was not busy. I stopped in here for lunch while in Columbus for some work meetings. Food was great and the customer service from Steven was exceptional! He never stopped moving the entire time I was there. From delivering food to tables to refilling drinks to bussing tables to checking in on each customer, he was incredible! I would think all restaurants would want an employee like him. Had half a muffaletta sandwich that was advertised as being served on focaccia bread but looked and tasted more like a regular sesame bun. It was very greasy and mostly bread. If you like carrot cake with nuts and no raisin or pineapple nonsense, the carrot cake here is for you. read more

Pretty good food, I like the big cups. Sweet tea is one of my favorite. It goes well with "The Italian" sandwich. Service is pretty quick.

I have never cared for the local McAlister's but every experience gets worse. My wife and son like it so we do occasionally go last time for dine in the bathroom was terrible. Employees sitting at a table playing on phones so they could care less about the cleanness of the restaurant. Every time we use to go my order was never correct and by far from good. Now we have started just picking up because I refuse to go, but they like it so we pick up. The time prior to this issue we ordered on line and wound up taking 20 minutes more once arrived to pick up. They claim it was a glitch in the system after the manager said they were working on it which was a lie. They finally got it ready and claimed they credited the card for the problem which was also a lie, but no big deal. Today we went to pick up for my son which we called in and it was wrong after we checked before leaving parking lot. Went back and the lady at the window was extremely rude about the situation and it was correct on the receipt. Just incompetent workers, I will never go back the place is terrible on all fronts! read more

Wow! Really surprised. Expected the average deli but was offered excellent sandwiches that far surpassed the average. They were mare fresh and were large enough to fill a hungry man. Don't pass on the locally made flavored teas. The service was that of a very good restaurant and not the average fast food place. We will defiantly be back. The only reason I gave this place an additional star is because I've never had an issue with the service. Other than that, this food is terrible. I've had one good sandwich from here and it was the club. Had it again, and the bread was beyond stale. Also, don't ever get the fruit cup because somehow they manage to screw that up as well. Get chips, because as long as it's sealed you can be certain it never touched any of the employee's hands. Next time I'll just burn $10 and fast. read more

Terrible service and terrible food. I have my ordered there messed up 5 times in a row. Going back 5 times was me trying to be extremely understanding. The people running the registers act like they have no clue what is going on and the management isn't much better, not to mention unprofessional to say the least. went in for supper and there were four young girsl working the frount . there was a young guy there that the girls were talking to and not waiting on other people. then when we did get our food I asked for some ranch dressing the girl told me it would cost an extra 55 cents.
