When I went to go place a to go order with them, they told me I have to do it all online, even though I was face to face with someone who could easily place my order. Instead, I had to download an app, set up an account, enter my email address, verify my email address, enter my phone number, get a verification code, figure out their confusing software to read the menu, and then manually enter my credit card number. After about 10 minutes of setting it all up, I went to go place my order but it said they could not accept my order at the time. Huge pain in the rear and a giant waste of time, but at least I got a very average gyro out of it.
