BEWARE!!! They are not at all transparent with their pricing. They'll just add charges and not tell you, then not give you a receipt. $3 to add POTATO to a curry dish, $3. Not to add a protein, to add potato. And it's a to go order, so you're not even getting a larger portion, they're just displacing the other ingredients with the potato, so you're just getting the same amount of food. The food here is pretty good, which is why I've come back more than once. Unfortunately, they seem to run out of ingredients fairly often. The first time, I received my food and realized on my own that an ingredient was missing. I had to ask about it because no one mentioned it beforehand. They didn't offer a substitute or adjust the price. On my next visit, I specifically requested a substitute instead, but they charged me extra for it and refused to remove the charge. I have no problem with the food here. It is usually pretty dang good! The problem that I have is with the staff/servers. I used to eat here 3x a week...THREE TIMES A WEEK! But there was an incident that changed all of that. I had come in to order some carryout, but had to go run an errand while my food was being prepared. No problem. Well, I came back to pick up my food, and when I got home, there was a disparaging message taped to the carryout tray. Apparently, the staff allowed another customer access to my food while I was gone, which should not be allowed UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! I have yet to contact the owner, but I will. I KNOW who did it, as she was in the restaurant (Yes, looking at YOU Amy). The REAL problem that I have (outside of this obviously insane customer), is with the server staff. They should have NEVER allowed a random customer access to my food/order, or any other persons food. There were two counter staff that day, a Hispanic girl, and a little mousey girl that barely speaks loud enough to be heard. I don't know which allowed this, but I'm sure that they were both culpable, as the restaurant was not busy, and was close to closing for the day. In what world would this be okay? Needless to say, I didn't eat the food. I SHOULD have called the police to have the food checked for bodily fluids, or some other form of contamination. I was spending almost $100 a week there. I'm sure that the owner is totally unaware of this and that his employees may have broken some law(s), but CERTAINLY violated common food service protocols. I won't return until those two servers are no longer employed there, and am still contemplating speaking with an attorney. read more

Placed a to go order, got home and noticed it was the wrong order. I called back and I could hear the manager kid saying it's the right order. I got on the phone with him to explain my order and he hangs up in my face. I called back and asked if he hung up and he admitted he did. I try to explain the situation and he cuts me off everytime being rude. After going back and fourth he starts yelling and tells me not to call back He was so in a hurry to close, he refused to listen to the issue. 100% will be back! Had the fresh shrimp spring rolls and tom yum with tofu. Flavors were great, and I added some hoisin and sriracha to the peanut sauce for more spice. Service was 10/10! They had a full house and I was attended to within moments of sitting, they refilled my water as soon as it was needed, food came out within an expected timeline, and they gave me my ticket very quickly after I was done eating. Tom Kah and Tom Yum, soup or pho. It's the best. All of their curry's are great as well. Not the cutest or coziest spot in the city, but I dig their fare. The prices trend to the more fancy, when there's nothing fancy about the place. But, in my opinion, the food is good. The apps are decent. None of the apps I would brag about, as they are normal Thai fare. So, I leave a star off for the value proposition. I think the prices could be a little lower for the dining experience. Hadn't stopped me or my wife from grabbing the Pho regularly, though. So, don't hesitate to give them a try. read more

This is easily the best Thai food in Columbus. Mind you, there's all of 2-3 choices. The interior doesn't do much and it's not always the cleanest, but they also seem perpetually short staffed. They have some of my favorite dishes and I'll keep coming here as long as they're opened and have those items. Don't sleep on the fried catfish with red curry, drunken noodles or chicken satay. I spent many years in the food service/customer service industry and would never keep a person with such poor phone etiquette on my staff.
