BEWARE!!! They are not at all transparent with their pricing. They'll just add charges and not tell you, then not give you a receipt. $3 to add POTATO to a curry dish, $3. Not to add a protein, to add potato. And it's a to go order, so you're not even getting a larger portion, they're just displacing the other ingredients with the potato, so you're just getting the same amount of food. I like to try a place more than once before I can make a final decision. I've tried this place twice and can say it's not for me. This is the first place I had pho and didn't like it, decided to try pho at another place and it was amazing. The service was not the best, it didn't feel welcoming, normally I'd turn around but I was picking up at to go order. Placed a to go order, got home and noticed it was the wrong order. I called back and I could hear the manager kid saying it's the right order. I got on the phone with him to explain my order and he hangs up in my face. I called back and asked if he hung up and he admitted he did. I try to explain the situation and he cuts me off everytime being rude. After going back and fourth he starts yelling and tells me not to call back He was so in a hurry to close, he refused to listen to the issue. Ordered pho. Received the same size bowl as normal, but half the noodles and half the amount of meat as I remember. I normally cannot eat it all, but today I walked out still hungry. Next... When I asked for the bean sprouts and basil I was told they didn't have it. This should have been told to me when I ordered. Since basil is for sure a must have. First time here, today I tried the chicken pho and I'd like to say I did enjoy the broth it was very flavorful but the chicken was a little tough not velvety and tender. 100% will be back! Had the fresh shrimp spring rolls and tom yum with tofu. Flavors were great, and I added some hoisin and sriracha to the peanut sauce for more spice. Service was 10/10! They had a full house and I was attended to within moments of sitting, they refilled my water as soon as it was needed, food came out within an expected timeline, and they gave me my ticket very quickly after I was done eating. I can't think of many other times at any restaurant that great service has stood out like this. VERY well done. read more

Tom Kah and Tom Yum, soup or pho. It's the best. All of their curry's are great as well. Not the cutest or coziest spot in the city, but I dig their fare. The prices trend to the more fancy, when there's nothing fancy about the place. But, in my opinion, the food is good. The apps are decent. None of the apps I would brag about, as they are normal Thai fare. So, I leave a star off for the value proposition. I think the prices could be a little lower for the dining experience. Hadn't stopped me or my wife from grabbing the Pho regularly, though. So, don't hesitate to give them a try. read more

This is easily the best Thai food in Columbus. Mind you, there's all of 2-3 choices. The interior doesn't do much and it's not always the cleanest, but they also seem perpetually short staffed. They have some of my favorite dishes and I'll keep coming here as long as they're opened and have those items. Don't sleep on the fried catfish with red curry, drunken noodles or chicken satay. I spent many years in the food service/customer service industry and would never keep a person with such poor phone etiquette on my staff.
