Wanted to add a recent review of this side of the road hole in the wall.... You legit walk up to the window to order! Old school AF! They have limited indoor seating and picnic tables for outside dining. There was a steady stream of customers as we waited for our order. We ordered burgers, chicken strips (skip these), fries, cokes and vanilla ice cream. We would definitely stop by on the way to/from the beach again! Also, they close at 4 on Saturday.

Great Food, Excellent Service stop by if you are in town and don't forget to get a milkshake or some ice cream.

This place is a great old time burger stand on the side of the highway. Glad i saw all of the posts from other folks heading to the beach. Everyone in our group raved about the service and food. The younger kids and teens all liked it as well. So they must be doing something amazing. I cant ever get kids to all like the same place.

I would leave 0 stars if I could! they NEVER answer the phone. They are never open when they're supposed to be! it is ridiculous !

The philly and corn salad, very good!

Passing through on the way back from the beach and read all the good reviews from my fellow Yelpers and it sounded just like what I was in the mood for after a week of seafood. So we ordered up the recommended Philly cheesesteak (we met in Philly when were Navy) and a large cheeseburger basket. It us LGFIT!! The burger and the Philly were very good, both had grilled toasted roll/bun, not fast food funky. The corn salad is awesome, crisp corn and onions, peppers & tomatoes, nicely done. We will be back, and I highly recommend this cool little place right in 45

Food is pretty good considering the other options here and the staff is friendly as well. Prices are a little steep though

Great Philly cheese steak with peppers and onions. Better than homemade. Looks just like a old fashioned drive in and were they ever busy.

OK catfish and good coleslaw. Now the milkshake, that was fantastic. I'd come back for a shake the next time in town.

This place was recommend by some of our other Yelp Friends, specially the dough-burger and onion…read morerings. We were in the area while visiting Elvis' birthplace and were not disappointed! Such a quaint restaurant with amazing staff that made us feel right at home. We tried the dough burger, onion rings and tots! All exceptional! They even cut our dough burgers up so we could each try some- one plain and one with pickle, onion and mustard. The Elvis booth wasn't available at first, we stuck around for a while and it was soon vacated, the waitress let us go over and sit, taking our picture... again, service, food and atmosphere were so wonderful! Highly recommend adding this stop to your road trip of Elvis!!

They even have a sign at one table where Elvis ate. Walking in, it is a tiny place, but it has a cool enough ambiance. The place is filled with Elvis memorabilia. So, they are known for their dough burger. A dough burger is basically a burger that uses flour to stretch out the meat and can be sold for cheaper. I figured that I would give it a try. I also got a cheeseburger and onion rings. The total for my whole meal was under ten dollars before the tip. The food was pretty good. Nothing great, but definitely good. The only rings could have used more salt. The cheeseburger was decent and a better choice than a national fast-food chain like McDonald's or Burger King. I'm glad that I tried a dough burger and it was okay, but I preferred the all-meat burger. I would definitely recommend here. It is a piece of Tupelo, Mississippi's history and they definitely embrace the Elvis connection.
