Today I placed a grubhub order for a single large cheese dip, I even waited 10 to 15 minutes after it said it would be done so the restaurant had time since it is a Friday. I went to the pick up counter and stood at the counter for over 5 to 7 minuets before a hostess finally acknowledged me asked if I had been serviced yet, when I told her no she informed me that she was new so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. She tried to help me but she didn't know what she was doing so another coworker tried to come sort it out, then decided to take a phone call in the middle of her trying to retrieve my order leaving her helpless. She got the manager for me and in the middle of him helping me the young man comes up to him and they proceed to have a full conversation, completely ignoring me. And on top of that the manager had the never to scold me about ordering on grubhub suggesting that next time I should use Uber eats , trust me there will NOT be a next time. It's ridiculous that these works can't seem to take a few minutes of their time to actually interact with the customer and get them situated before they break off in to their unnecessary conversations!! Something that should have taken 5 minutes at MOST took over 15 minutes!

The food is good it's the Manager that's the problem I'm not sure what his name is but he's a white guy in his 20s and he's a straight idiot he even closes when he feels like it and rushes people off on the weekend way before closing time and you also have to coach the bartender or he will just throw your drink together and it will not look nor taste nothing like the picture in the cocktail menu but over all it's that one manger that needs a good firing cause he's a complete azz hole and the 2 stars are mainly due to the food so kudos to the chef and all the waitresses are good except for the one male Mexican waiter he also need to be deported out of no way Jose staff lol just my .02 about it read more

Service was a little bit better than average and server was good but we had to ask a couple of times for certain items. And it wasn't too busy at the time. The restaurant has a bar with multiple tables and booths and can get pretty loud during "happy hour" or dinner time. It can be fun with a lot of people or hanging at the bar. With specialized drinks, the bar tender is happy to make it for you. Though we didn't get any speciality drinks. We will come again to try other meal options and review once again. I think the restaurant can get a higher review because they have different regional meal options.
