My first time eating Chick-fli-A food and I faced a huge line. But to my surprise the line went fast and the food was awesome. Now the customer service. I experianced 3 different employees and everyone of them was very customer oriented. They all smiled and really made me feel welcomed. The cashiers have zero personality and the customer service is very sub par for chick-fil-a. It took 10 minutes to place an order and I was second in line. There were other cashiers ready, but they never called me up. The cashier I got needed the manager 4 times, and the order was ready before I paid for it, and hence cold. She gave me the plastic bucket thing, and I asked why. She said it was too make it easy to find me. I told her that my meal is already ready and had been waiting, but the zero personality kicked in and she gave me a blank stare. I walked over and found a seat and my meal was right behind me. CFA is known for their training and customer service, but not this experience. I only hope that the e cashiers I encountered just standing with blank stares were just hired today. I order from here regularly, but this was my first time walking in. Worst CFA experience by far, and I love the chain. Get it back on track CFA. read more

Was so excited having this store open so close to home!!! Went this morning to find out they don't have waffle fries in the morning and the girl on the speaker acted like this is normal. I told her I'm going to the one by the district. Don't go here. Poor customer service and no fries in the morning. Seems trivial but your brand should be uniform with the rest of your stores. 15 minutes behind one car in the drive through. Could have had them pull forward to wait. Not worth the overrated chicken salad.

Continuously forgets at least one item in my order. This has happened multiple times and is very frustrating.

Where do I even start. I've gave this place too many chances. It's the 3rd time i've got food poisoning. This time wA the worst. Not a coincidence you hear horror stories about food poisoning from chick fil a chicken. I'm tired of hearing about this. Also people are very rude at this location. I've gone a few times since opening & each time there is a minor problem. The most recent one was not getting our frosted lemonades which we ordered instead of our drinks until we went and asked for them after our meal. This happened on my order and my friends order, which was disappointing. I want to start by saying I'm a huge fan and go multiple times a week. Unfortunately the last few times I've gone I was treated so poorly by the employees. I have been taking my children in for the past month on Tuesday and thursdays to participate in their buy one get one breakfast promotion. The first time I went a young man told me I didnt have to buy anything to get the free breakfast item. I said that felt too good to be true so bought a large drink also. One our 3rd visit they only would give us 1 free item even though we bought 2 meals. Then today to top it all off I was able to sneak out of the house and buy my family breakfast. I put in my order and only after finishing my order did "emily" tell me I wouldn't be able to get my free items because my family was not present. I understand you need to have a set of rules for a promotion like this but as a mom of a newborn who just wanted to snag a quick breakfast for my family without having to wake up our baby and load up the entire family it was super frustrating. If there was more clear communication throughout the team I wouldn't be told a bunch of different and incorrect qualifications. So now I'm home after waiting in a long ass drive through line with no breakfast to show for it. Will be traveling to other locations or might just stop going all together. Updated: my husband told me I should take our 3 year old back so we could still get breakfast and have 2 people present. I get back into the drive through line after only being gone 15 MINUTES and they tell me they sold out of the free breakfast burritos. read more

There's not a mandate anymore so now it just comes down to greedy owners saving money by not opening lobbies and needing more employees. It definitely took them some time to iron out the kinks. Like others, I wasn't able to order fries in the morning but I was assured as the kitchen staff gained experience, that would change. The past several times I've gone there I've experienced what is expected of a typical Chick-Fil-A--fresh, hot food, polite staff, clean surroundings. They are definitely slower than the District location but I anticipate that will change as well. I'm glad to have a CFA closer to home! read more

This was our first time visiting this Chik Fil A; restaurant # 04011. We live very close and it was very pleasant and clean. We got our food fast and everything was tasty. Once we finished our food and the kids were done playing one of our kids ice cream melted and she was crying as we were leaving. One of the workers saw and asked what was wrong and I told her unexpectedly she said she would go and get her another one free of charge so effortlessly. I thought this was definitely going above and beyond. Thank you Zoie! You made our experience amazing! We'll definitely be returning. read more

Chick-fil-a usually has incredible service but that was not the case with this one. I showed up a couple minutes to close, which was bad on my part but I expected that they would serve me considering there was another car in the drive thru and the drive thru had a green light showing at arrival. The car in front of me took many minutes to take their order and i could see several people in the car so it was particularly a large order i assumed. As soon as I got up to order they told me they were closed and could not take my order even though i pulled up before closing, and waited many minutes for the large order to be taken patiently. The girl working was extremely rude even though I was being kind and asking why I did not get to order even though I was there before closing, and she proceeded to get her manager who was also extremely rude and inconsiderate to the fact that I was there before closing but waited for the person in front of me. I will never return to this chick-fil-a, it left me with the most sour taste in my mouth, ESPECIALLY because they preach great service. read more
