One of the best locations Chick-fil-A has to offer! The order is always right and the staff is always so friendly. Using the app is always simple and curbside pickup is super convenient! read more

Delicious food. What Chick fil A stands for is truly amazing. Great service. Spicy chicken sandwich all the way!

Staff is friendly, never had a problem at this establishment. It takes a minute to get your food but what Chik-fila-a isn't?

What can I say but Chick-fil-A. Chicken sandwiches and salads so good. So popular their so busy. Friendly service every time I've came in to dine. Food taste better than many other fast food restaurants. I mean that in a good way. A special way. It's hard for me to find the right words. Listen, "their different". It's good! If you love chicken, don't be a chicken. Come on down! read more

This chick fil a is the worst one you can come too was waiting in line for my order in drive thru the didn't get no order when I got to the windows still had to wait another 45 mins!!!!!! And am still waiting outside right now smh read more

Their customer service is awful. Staff and management is completely overwhelmed and it shows!

Chick-Fil- Ehh, I don't really understand the hype behind this place guys. The food is not that great and I honestly feel some of these Chick-Fil-A cult followers are brain washed. I do luv there cris-cross fries. The line for this place is long, on the count of this whole pandemic but I felt like the line was longer than the wait time because the staff is on point, kept things moving and in order. A+ for the staff, not so much for the food... not impressed 2 Out OF 5, Great staff tho. read more

Chick-fil-A - Fast Food Near Me - Riverside, California

The gentleman who was outside on the drive thru made my drive through experience exceptional. As a baseball fan and San Diego Padres fan, today was a big day for our team. My wife and I chose to drive thru and Jordan, made our experience so personable. If any managers or higher management see this review, this team member should be regarded for the highest accolades for his excellent guest service and kind gestures. Would love to be contacted to talk about how excellent Jordan was read more

I came to the drive-through today and one of the ladies told me to go to the side I literally sat there for over 45minutes as I watched all the cars that came behind me go before me I ended up asking for the manager she came and told me that she didn't have enough workers yet they had enough workers to work on the side and get everybody that came behind me out first Horrible customer service not worth it read more

Pretty packed in the drive thru, but they had 2 employees outside taking orders and the line went quickly. I had a coupon to get a free chicken sandwich and it was great!!!! I also ordered some waffle fries which were hot and fresh. read more

Kind of upsetting compared to the Chic-fil-A memes. The workers sound so tired and dead when I came at 1:00pm. They did not even say "my pleasure" or looked happy to work there. Food was okay, but the service here was upsetting. They sounded like they just woke up from a long nap and were about to fall asleep. The girl taking my order was kind of rude, but my food was okay. read more

A pleasure to eat here but always busy because it's good. Chicken sandwich is always good with honey mustard sauce and fries & soup.

Awesome food healthy salad and chicken yummy fries and the best customer service I could ask for so sweet I i couldn't believe it I thought wow I wish they had a chick fil A in my city, this place is Great read more

ZERO rating I went for the first time with my family to this location, I love chick filet, I love the sandwiches, I love everything they have. But unfortunately they've got the worse manager ever Mary, I have never seen someone so unprofessional, unethical, rude impolite manager ever. At 11pm as we started to finish our meal, she came to us with a very rude tone and just waved with her hand and told us we are closed please leave now. read more

Chick fil A is a fast food joint of its own kind! The food is delicious, service is fast and friendly, and environment is always clean! My go-to meal always consists of the spicy chicken sandwich+criss cross fries+ cookies and cream milk shake. Cannot go wrong with these items! This specific Chick fil A also gives free burgers once per week for you starving college students! Seriously as good as it gets! :) read more

They say my pleasure a lot. Very nice people. Good chicken. The service here is very good. A person came by and refilled our drinks! Definitely worth five stars and will come again. read more

Isn't it just the worst when you crave Chick-fil-a the most on Sundays?! This Chick-fil-A is located in a semi busy plaza so be careful around the parking lot! A lot of cars are always speeding through. There's panhandlers in this area sometimes but they're not so bad. Anyways, this chick-fil-a has a special place in my heart. I'd come here almost every Monday night when I was a UCR student because Monday nights were their college nights! That meant if you show a valid college ID, you get a free original chicken sandwich! Starving college students & free food are a match made in heaven. There's this meme that I've seen online that says "Chick-fil-a employees treat you better than your own family" and I could not agree any more with that LOL. Seriously! Chick-fil-A employees are one of the nicest beings ever! I mean, I know Chick-fil-a is known for being anti-gay, but I cannot deny that their customer service always leaves me feeling happy. I always order the same thing here: #4 with a lemonade. For those that have no clue what #4 is, it's the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe. I tried their new frosted lemonade a few days ago and boy oh boy was I impressed! Thinking I was going to get a slushy/icee freezey sort of drink, I was surprised to see that it was mixed with their soft serve ice cream. Such creamy texture. Much tasty. Cold, refreshing, sweet. Thank you Chick-fil-a! read more

This was the first time I had actually gone to Chick-Fil-A and gotten something other than their waffle fries, and the hype around this place is correct. I went with my cousin (via drive-thru #america) and got a cookies and cream milkshake and 8 nuggets (two of which she ate smh) because of their current coupon deal (get 8 free nuggets - grilled or original - with a purchase of a handspun milkshake until Dec. 31, 2015). I thought the nuggets were such a good proportion because 1) it was 3pm so it was a good pre-dinner and 2) despite how good their CFA sauce is, it does get tiring like all other sauces! The milkshake was really rich and thick like all milkshakes should be in my opinion, and it was topped with a thin layer of whipped cream and a maraschino cherry. I thought they could have done without the whipped cream and cherry but eh - it made it authentic/special and gave me the feeling that I wasn't just going to another fast-food joint. read more

Super friendly staff Super good food Super healthy food Kid friendly VERY clean! This place is amazing! Its a rarity in Riverside :) They even have nights dedicated for children where the cow comes out and have little events in the back of the building at least every week. They had a cinderella carriage once giving anyone a ride. read more

I had a gift card for a free salad so I stopped here on my drive from San Diego to Las Vegas. Oh my God this Chick-fil-A has the most attractive women working for them that I've ever seen. Is the entire school like this? I might have to stop here on my way back to San Diego next week. really good customer service for a fast food restaurant. read more

They had good service here... not sure what happened but the have like 10 people on drive through and somehow it's slow, I should of just passed by Mc Donals :/ I would have gotten my food already. The cars I saw when I passed are gone, they had about 6 cars and I was just #2. read more

Chick fil-a is definitely one of my favorite fast food places. Consistently good quality, workers who are friendly, and food that comes out promptly, even when the place is really busy. I used to come here frequently as a high schooler and get their kids meal. It wasn't that I wanted a toy, but I wanted the ice cream. You can trade in your toy for an ice cream, so I'd get my nuggets, fries, and free ice cream and it'd be a nice snack at the mall. Now a days I usually get there deluxe chicken sandwich or their nuggets, but I definitely always include those delicious waffle fries. The chick fil a sauce is like my favorite fast food sauce, I put it on everything except in the drink. This one has college nights occasionally on Mondays in which they give out a free sandwich or nuggets, which is pretty awesome. I've only had one bad experience here in all the times I'm visited. I waited for my food for over 25 minutes which is unheard of for fast food, especially chick fil a. However, they apologised and even gave me several compensation coupons, and so they have redeemed themselves. Overall, bottom line is, eat more chikin, go to chick fil-a. read more

The staff is always nice and friendly. Chick-Fil-A Nuggets - The best nuggets you will ever taste. Definitely better and healthier than McDonalds and you can see that it's actual chicken meat! Spicy Chicken - This is my go to sandwich. It's not really that spicy. I pair it with Honey Roasted BBQ sauce or Chick-fil-A sauce. read more

In the three years that I have been patronizing Chick-fil-A since its appearance in Southern California in 2018, this is only the second time that I have received less than Chick-fil-A exemplary customer service. Chick-fil-A has always been a top-tier hard to reach level of incredible service matched by no other fast food chain or independent food provider. I have even been in the precarious position of placing my order whike unbeknownst to me not having my debit card. Chick-fil-A members comped my order on two separate occasions for the same reason. Moved by their generosity I proceeded to pay it forward on my subsequent visits to Chick-fil-A by paying for customers behind me in the drive-thru. An unfortunate and unnecessary interaction occurred with Miss Veronica who wears glasses this evening. The interaction was unnecessary because I was already being helped by another Chick-fil-A associate When Miss Veronica rudely jumped into the conversation I was having with the very nice Chick-fil-A associate who was attending me and providing me with my order. It was unfortunate because Miss Veronica failed to exhibit the customary Chick-fil-A customer service that I had become accustomed to. She was neither apologetic for the inability to fulfill the request I had made to the other associate, neither was she courteous or kind in relaying her message. In fact, her tone was void of friendliness. The way she spoke to me was so embarrassing. Other customers waiting for their orders were looking in shock. Even the person that I placed on hold on my phone was taken aback so much that they mentioned it to me when I returned to our conversation. Based on this interaction with Miss Veronica, it is clear that there is an opportunity for retraining in customer service and customer interfacing. In no way shape or form will this interaction sully my opinion of Chick-fil-A given the consistent and exceptional way that I have always been handled in previous visits. However, this visit involving Miss Veronica was a -4 out of 5 and Chick-fil-A will always be a 5 out of 5. read more

mmm all their sauce selections are delicious, and they have so many! But besides that, theyre ALWAYS really nice, their food is good, and they have the best iced tea ever! I always get the chicken salad sandwich and criss cross fries and I'm always satisfied. I suggest the carrot and raisin salad and the bagel breakfast sandwich as well. My only gripe is that theyre not open late and not at all on Sundays, and I work and go to school odd hours. But if I'm in the area, more often than not, I'll make a bee line for Chick-fil A PS Best mascot by far, always so energetic and entertaining :-) read more

I love Chick-Fil-A. Love love love. I don't care about the controversy (they sell Coke products, after all, which is a huge supporter of LGBT rights). I LOVE ME SOME CHICKEN! This location is great. Friendly staff, scrumptious food at fast food prices, free WIFi, fun stuff for the kids... The only thing that could make this location better is a playground. Even without the playground, they have a little play area with a tv, books, and toys. I'll keep on coming back! read more

You can't order at counter. Says it all but apparently have to put 85 characters to be able to post my review

I love this location. I work for postmates and get anywhere from 1 to 6 orders a day from here. The staff have all gotten to know me and ask how things are going when I come by. I do the drive thru and it can be a long wait sometimes but if I don't want to wait then I should go inside. I am terrible with names so I will just say that every employee I have talked to has been awesome. read more

Can't go wrong with ChicFilA. Best fast food on the planet. Great company, everyone is super friendly.

The best fast food you are going to eat without a shadow of a doubt. Coming here just reminds me of home (Atlanta, Georgia) and the fantastic feeling that a chicken sandwich can leave you with for the day. This place beats out the nasty McDonald's next door in every way so head on over here. The breakfast here is to die for (chicken biscuit or bacon, egg, cheese) are at the top of my list. For lunch check out the spicy chicken sandwich which puts other companies one to shame. From a fountain beverage perspective they also have Coke Zero and Diet Dr. Pepper here! The drive-thru is always fast no matter how many people are in line here and the inside is clean and neat regardless of how many customers are inside. During dinner rush last night in fact someone walked around to check on how we were doing and offered us a free refill on our beverage. File that under never going to happen at McDonald's or any other fast food chain in the Day Street area. I am not saying you should be eating here but if your going to opt for a night of fast food then make this your stop compared to elsewhere in the Moreno Valley area. Their is a reason I am the mayor here on Foursquare, it is just too damn good. read more

Closest Chick-fil-A to my house, don't really have many options on locations. Today has been the 5th time they have messed up my order and also forget to give me my complete meal. I called right @10pm around 7-9 times, no answer straight to voicemail after the 3rd call. I get to the location @10:10pm and they told me all they can do is give me a meal recovery, while the worker who took my order admitted to being at fault. Manager came out and took my info, as he walks back he hand shakes his coworker who admitted to messing up the order. "Dabbing up his coworker" this Chick-fil-A is a joke, they have to really step up their game and hire better employees. read more

Coming back from business in Riverside, my wife suggested we stop at Chick-Fil-A. Although this location is listed as being in Riverside, and I suppose it really is since it is on the west side of Day Street, just south of the Route 60 freeway, I prefer to think of them as being in Moreno Valley. Because they essentially are. Basically, they are on the southwest corner of Day and Canyon Springs Parkway. The place is bright and cheery, and they have some bacon or sausage biscuits on their breakfast menu for non-chicken-eaters. You can even get a chicken salad sandwich if you don't care for a slab of chicken, like you might find elsewhere. Since I had never eaten at a CFA before, I thought I would try their basic CFA combo; my wife thought the grilled chicken sandwich, with no breading, might be lower in calories so she got that. Lower in calories, but higher in price -- 70 cents more to be exact. The reason for that was probably because it comes with lettuce and a couple of slices of tomato. On the other hand, my basic sandwich was, well, basic. Chicken on a bun with a couple of pickle slices. It was good but rather plain. The honey barbecue sauce helped. I could have upgraded but wanted to try the standard issue first. It came with cross-cut fries which were not at all crisp. Knock off a star for that. Otherwise it would have been five stars, especially for the cheery, friendly service. So, Chick-Fil-A gets my vote, and I wonder when we can get one in Palm Springs? read more

This place is the best! I love the chicken sandwich(I put honey on it) and get half-n-half sweet/unsweetened tea. Its great that they're a Christian-owned company but play relaxing acoustic/piano music that are the worship song I grew up hearing in church. So it isnt shoved down your throat and all the employees are very nice amd caring! I love how, when I ask for something, they reply with; 'Of course, my pleasure to help!' read more

Why can't I find decent food in Moreno Valley? I will only eat from the Chick-fil-a's in Orange County from now on. The chicken was almost raw/rubbery and made me sick. I will not be attending this location anymore. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I wanted to warn people so they don't get sick. Hopefully management sees this and they cook their chicken thoroughly. read more
