The entire area is very well lit, and there is a menu board outside along with two staff members assisting with orders before you even reach the pickup window. This keeps the line moving efficiently and creates a very smooth experience from start to finish. The staff members are consistently friendly and welcoming, which always makes the visit even better. And of course, the food is a 10 out of 10! My husband and I absolutely love their chicken tenders and fries. They offer several combo meals depending on how many tenders you want, and meals typically come with Texas toast, fries, and coleslaw. One thing we appreciate is how customizable the meals are, allowing you to swap sides if preferred. Their fresh-squeezed lemonade is also a huge favorite of ours, along with the famous Cane's sauce. We always order one or two extra sauces because they are just that good! Overall, this location does an excellent job with both food quality and customer service.

I also ordered another side of sweet plantains. After paying, I received a table number marker so the food could be delivered to my table. Within minutes the food arrived and appeared appetizing. I started with the chicken leg, which was lightly breaded, crispy on the outside, and both tender and flavorful on the inside; it was accompanied by a soft dinner roll. The plantains, fried to a golden brown, were deliciously sweet. The seasoned rice was tasty and cooked to a soft consistency. The meal was satisfactory and filling, along with the cold, refreshing beverage. I felt a bit bad about leaving the plate on the table, but I didn't see any trash bins anywhere. I asked an employee what to do with the plate, and she replied that she would take care of it. I truly look forward to returning to try the grilled chicken and the other sides next.

The Mac and cheese was deliciously cheesy, and the drink was cold and refreshing. I am definitely looking forward to coming back. I was here and tried but the the sun was shinning through the windows and I could not see the menu options clearly and other issues adding more items so i decided to pack it up leave to go somewhere else to eat. I like your food but hate those kiosks. they are bad for business and you should consider allowing customers to place orders with a staff member to increase sales. I sat in the back and noticed the thermostat said 77degrees. when she delivered my food I showed her the "77 degrees " and she said she would say something to the manage. either the manager didn't want to help or didn't care but nothing was done. I'm sure that lowering it to 74 or 75 would make people come back more often. I finished my meal sweating and left. not sure I'll be back. Sorry Mark p.s. Maybe some ceiling fans would help!

The red salsa had a deeper kick and great flavor too--definitely not shy on the spice. A final squeeze of the lime wedge brought everything together perfectly. Zona Fresca is one of the best burrito/ quick service Mexican spots in Broward. Zona reminds me of the great burrito places I grew up with in California. The ingredients are always fresh and well prepared. The people behind the counter are friendly and helpful. There's plenty of seating if you choose to dine in this casual space. It's consistently clean and well kept. I'm a big fan of their shrimp and fish burritos, cheese enchiladas, and quesadillas. My family loves the pork burrito. You get chips with most meals (even to go), so be sure to hit up their fresh and awesome salsa bar. There's a great children's menu as well.

I even had the chance to speak with the manager, Dani, who explained they made a major shift away from distributors that were hurting their quality. They went back to basics, focused on what made them great in the first place, and it shows in every bite. This was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time, across any cuisine. J. I went through the drive-through today and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich when my sandwich came out the chicken was the size of a nugget! The bun was cold and the lettuce was bad! I was a former Chick-Fil-A employee at this location the quality has gone downhill for the past six months they forget my sauces all the time and the grounds around the building are just filthy!!
