We came here during opening weekend from Montreal and I was very impressed at how efficient and organized the whole restaurant was despite the mass crowds. Parking was full, drive through backed up and the line inside the restaurant was almost out the door but it moved suprisingly fast. The decor is modern and family friendly, there is a playground for kids and a mix of booths and tables to dine in. You can also sit outside. Having never tried the food at a Chick fil A before, I opted for a deluxe burger trio and cobb salad to get some variety. The burger and everything tasted so fresh and juicy, it was one of the best chicken burgers I've ever had. Even the salad and variety of dressings were top notch. The avocado lime ranch dressing is amazing! There are so many sauce options and little extras like honey, smuckers jam, hot sauce and Purell anti bacterial hand wipes that are free to take yourself, those were nice touches that stood out from other fast food chains. Prices for a combo are around 8 to 10$, similarly for salads, in line with some other burger joints but if you are Canadian this is on the expensive side. For two people, two combos and two salads cost us upwards of 45 CDN$. At that price, it's up to you if you want to go to other family friendly restaurants in the area. It'll come to about the same. Glad to have more options in Plattsburgh- Chick fil A isn't reinventing chicken but it sure is tasty and fresh. Highly recommend. read more

This has to be hands down my favourite fast food restaurant. You simply can't beat chicken and good values. The employees are simply amazing, they're nice and respectful and the food is heavenly. What really makes this place stand out from other chicken restaurants is the wide selection of sauces that are really quite delicious and give the food a special touch. Their fries are really good and their lemonade, although a little too sweet to my liking, is quite good and tastes like real lemonade. Went here twice during Quarantine for drive thru and both times they were perfect. The order takers were very pleasant, the chicken was HOT and both times the orders were correct. I do wish they'd salt their fries more but I can live with that. And of course I could live on their lite lemonade. Coronavirus specific- the interior is completely closed. I love chic-fil-a! It's the best fast food restaurant I've ever eaten at. I used to eat here a lot when I lived in NC. Of course I had to make the trip! While the food was exactly as I remembered, the atmosphere was not. Opening weekend is bound to be crazy, but it was but handled with grace and incredible efficiency. There was a guy directing traffic into the parking lot or into the drive-thru lane. Parking was easy with multiple spots to pick from. Someone holding the door for people walking in. 4 employees handling the registers. They gave people things to indicate you were waiting for food and had you sit down at any table. Food was to me in 5 minutes or maybe less. Chicken deluxe, 8 pc nugget, waffle fries and sweet tea! Delightful. Sweet tea is exactly what southern sweet tea is like, how I remember it anyway. Haven't found a sweet tea quite like it in the north. I would gladly drive the hour and 20 minutes to have chic-fil-a once in a while. read more

I favored their signature sauce and Sriracha sauce. Most others were tasty but a bit too sweet for my taste. The Buffalo hot sauce was also good. The chicken was juicy and tasty and definitely not pressed chicken. The flavors were pure and simple. The buns were soft and squishy. The waffle fries are ok. Not bad but not crave worthy. I enjoyed the chicken but nothing screamed "WOW". I'll definitely go back if I'm craving chicken but probably not often since the prices were highish for fast food and the flavors were good but nothing really stood out other then good quality chicken. Let me start with the rude drive through boy. He was simply petty and had horrible customer service. Upon receiving my food, we noticed that the chicken sandwich we ordered had NO CHICKEN! I'm not really sure what everyone else is talking about, the workers here are some of the nicest I have seen in this town. Normally I go through the drive-through and it's always super fast even though it's a huge line. The people outside during the summer are so kind and Polite. Every time they mess up they are very apologetic and correct the mistake and give it on the house. I have only had a problem with the food once during rush hour the frys were very undercooked. I waited for it to die down a little and then they remade all the frys at no cost. You don't see a lot of places like this in the area so it's nice to go somewhere where the workers are decent humans who care. To also mention it's amazing for kids with a giant play area, the food is freshly cooked homemade and none of the main food is frozen. I almost forgot the lemonade and tea are homemade and very good. If you don't like pulp stay away from the lemonade because it's handmade with real lemons. read more

Ordered a #2 (spicy chicken sandwhich), regular with a large fry and large ice water. After the 42nd + times I've ordered a large ice water with my meal they tell me I can't order one as they can't combine it with the meal. I said "okay that's fine". I pull up and ask for an ice water and they hand it to me no problem free of charge. I get home to find out my order is completely wrong... not even a spicy chicken sandwich but an original chicken sandwich, and they didn't even give me a large ice water, they gave me a small. Terrible service, very out-of-whack and apparently no one intelligent enough to get one meal right works there. Go to a different chick fil-a, if you can even find one within a 100 mile radius. read more
