Absolute disregard for customers. We have 2 drive through lanes. We are stuck behind a large van doing a large order for approximately 10-15 minutes. The staff instead of handling the issue makes all the customers wait behind the van yet 6 cars in the 1st lane drive up and continue to go by. So going forward people please make one lane a "mobile order line" and other lane drive up and order. Otherwise walk the van forward to the order board and then everyone else will pull up in the order as they pull in to remain efficient and to keep things going smoothly. Seriously I spoke to management she had glasses, blonde hair and blue shirt and frankly said "well we must keep the cars moving " did not remotely have a care that all of us were stuck in the lane. Train your employees how to handle a drive through or get outside yourself! They handed me a half melted cone and the medium waffle fries were pieces. I won't be back. My family and I frequent this location. Last week, 4/12/23, my husband and I were set to pick up a large order for a baseball team. The order pick up time was set for 3:45, with the bus departing for an away game 4:15... but very last minute, we found out the bus departure time was changed to 3:45! I called the restaurant in somewhat of a panic and asked if the order (25 sandwiches!) could be made ASAP instead, due to the predicament. I spoke to the manager- I'm 99% sure his name was Michael... and he was very willing to help. We arrived and the order was ready almost right away upon arrival. Michael again assisted and was so kind, even though this was in no way his fault the time got moved, and it must have been a pretty big chore to get this large order done so fast. Terrible service. Usually chic fil a has excellent, friendly and speedy service. This location has a bunch of young kids working. They stood and talked instead of immediately providing services. Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are really well run, the customer service tends to be awesome and employees friendly and clean cut. This location seems to be an exception. My last two visits to this location resulted in a shorted order, the first time I didn't bother going back but this last time I turned around to get what I ordered. To be quizzed over less than $2 brownie is ridiculous. My order was already messed up, why prolong the issue by quizzing me about the particulars and accusing me of missing it in the other bag (it wasn't there either.) read more

I will never buy food from this location again. I received greasy nuggets. I called and complained and was told I would receive a credit to my app. But when I called back 2 weeks later the manager Danya (sp) told me she checked that nuggets that day and they weren't greasy. Chick-Fil-A is hands down my favorite fast food restaurant in existence. But for some reason this location is always certain in providing me with an unpleasant experience. Be it cold served food or just simply a skinny chicken sandwich. Other locations that I visit much more often have never disappointed. Chick-Fil-A/Saturday/ANY DAY... It's always good. Coming at lunch time on a Saturday was daunting, as I thought every family with a kid post-weekend sporting event would want the (as we call it in our family,) "The Lord's Chicken!" The location was busy, but is run SO efficiently!! Tables op and our food was at our table in 5 minutes. Don't know who the tall/slender/blonde manager was on duty, but she ran that place quietly and effectively. That's one thing about Chick-Fil-A, they hire the best of the best! Later we saw the location GM, and he was immediately active/helping customers right away. Even the grandkids were like, "Man, for a busy place, we don't have to wait long for anything!" I think the people in the drive-thru might beg to differ (not the location's fault so many people want drive-thru!) From the diet lemonade, chocolate milk and even the water - everything was wonderful. Our food was scrumptious...seriously, it's the best franchise food around. I think our clan wolfed their food down so they could go enjoy the very clean/awesome kids-play area...which meant I got to feast on their leftover fries...suckers! Snooze ya looze. Even when you buy the 8/16oz bottles of their sauce, Chick-fil-A is the star of the meal and you aren't even eating Chick-fil-A. Solid Chik-Fil-A. I came here for lunch and ordered a Chik-Fil-A sandwich with medium fries and a drink. The staff was incredibly friendly and brought me my food when it was ready. The food was great! Just like every Chik-Fil-A I've been too. The chicken was nice and crispy. The fries were great with polynesian sauce and what can i say I'm a fan of the place, so it was very enjoyable. So, I just left this Chik-fil-A drive through with 2 small children in the car. It's above 110 degrees outside. I originally asked for 2 chicken nug kids meal but changed to 2 regular nugget meals with sprites and a salad. I get home and got two chicken sandwich meals instead of nuggets which neither child wanted so I called the store and was told to come back out in the 100+ degree weather to "swap out the sandwiches for nuggets". I spoke with the manager who was zero help and basically told me there is nothing he can do about it. I spent more than $70 on my order only to get home missing 2 sandwiches and a 12 count nuggets. I get a call from the store 20 minutes later realizing they missed the items. They refused to refund and only could issue a reward in the app. So they keep my money, and I get and email saying to enjoy this reward. Ummmm, it's no reward when I paid for it. I'm not from the area but where I'm from our chick fil a has good customer service, and isn't stingy on their sauce. They give our handful. But I came here twice, employees looks to be in their teen years or early twenties. They have some attitude. Seem to not care. Second time coming here I wanted to make sure everything was in the bag and they replied so rude as if they wanted us out of there. They weren't packed like the first time we came here. The first time a young man was handling our drinks, thank god we caught how many he gave us because he forgot one, his fault because we witness him conversating with other employees. Asking for sauce and not give us a lot. Overall the food is good. Just they need to work one better service and positive attitude! read more

I don't do fast food very much anymore, but I stopped here over the weekend to show Chick-Fil-A some love for standing by their morals. I was in the area to visit another store, and made sure to stop here for lunch! The employees here are very friendly and helpful, as they are at every CFA I've been to. If you're unfamiliar with their menu, they have breakfast from open to 10:30 - the awesome CFA biscuit, and bacon-egg-cheese, and others. My favorite items on the rest of their menu is the regular CFA sandwich and the spicy chicken wrap...I get them with fruit cups instead of fries, and their great sweet tea. Yum! This is a treat, not a regular thing for me, but I'm glad to support them. This location is at the corner of Tatum and Cactus, on the SEC, in the same area as the Wal-Mart and Michael's. read more

Just got back from driving up to chick fil a and what a catastrophe, not only did repeat our order back to us they then left food out of our togo bag and we didn't notice until we got home. Is it a "Great Day Here @ Chick-Fil-A"? I would give 0 stars if I could, and I understand why the reviews for this location are so poor. I drove here Monday night to purchase food for my family. 4 meals, $50 worth of food, 45 minutes in the drive-thru and my order isn't even correct. They read it back at the menu correct, they read it back at the window correct. They gave me my bags and I even had asked, "is this everything? are you sure?" and they verified and assured me that everything was correct. I get home, (I live 5 minutes away), Fries are cold, chicken strips are missing, and a sandwich was missing as well. Also, I told them I needed lots of ketchup for FOUR meals, and you gave me 4 packets? Do you really only use 1 packet for a LARGE FRY AND SANDWICH? I called to speak to a manager and get this resolved amicably but I cannot even reach the store, nobody answers. Shocker seeing as how the store is ran by 16 year olds. Not sure I'll ever visit this location again, I've been to a dozen locations and this one by far has the worst service I've come across. This isn't the first time this has happened here either.
