Gross bathroom, and dirty play area. I go to many locations, never seen one that makes McDonald's seem clean. Until now. Play area had chunks missing in floor. Changing station looked to be on its last leg. Over disgusting. Had to ask for sauces, never at any other location. Just seemed odd, kept behind counter. .unlike other locations. Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are really well run, the customer service tends to be awesome and employees friendly and clean cut. This location seems to be an exception. My last two visits to this location resulted in a shorted order, the first time I didn't bother going back but this last time I turned around to get what I ordered. To be quizzed over less than $2 brownie is ridiculous. Chick-fil-A is easily the best fast food chain out there. They have food for everything. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catering for all events. Everything you order is delicious and filling. Even when you buy the 8/16oz bottles of their sauce, Chick-fil-A is the star of the meal and you aren't even eating Chick-fil-A. My granddaughters and I are regular customers. Yesterday we brought the kids meal book to the counter to trade for ice cream cones. The gentleman told us they will no longer give the ice cream cones unless you request them when you order. This particular Chik fil continually exhibits less than friendly behavior Last spring I watched a man waiting at the counter for a long time. He had ordered ahead of time and there was a mix up. I will never buy food from this location again. I received greasy nuggets. I called and complained and was told I would receive a credit to my app. But when I called back 2 weeks later the manager Danya (sp) told me she checked that nuggets that day and they weren't greasy. I'm not a lier and that's unprofessional to call a customer a lier. Chick-Fil-A is hands down my favorite fast food restaurant in existence. But for some reason this location is always certain in providing me with an unpleasant experience. Be it cold served food or just simply a skinny chicken sandwich. Other locations that I visit much more often have never disappointed. Chick-Fil-A/Saturday/ANY DAY... It's always good. Coming at lunch time on a Saturday was daunting, as I thought every family with a kid post-weekend sporting event would want the (as we call it in our family,) "The Lord's Chicken!" The location was busy, but is run SO efficiently!! Tables op and our food was at our table in 5 minutes. Don't know who the tall/slender/blonde manager was on duty, but she ran that place quietly and effectively. That's one thing about Chick-Fil-A, they hire the best of the best! Later we saw the location GM, and he was immediately active/helping customers right away. Even the grandkids were like, "Man, for a busy place, we don't have to wait long for anything!" I think the people in the drive-thru might beg to differ (not the location's fault so many people want drive-thru!) From the diet lemonade, chocolate milk and even the water - everything was wonderful. Our food was scrumptious...seriously, it's the best franchise food around. I think our clan wolfed their food down so they could go enjoy the very clean/awesome kids-play area...which meant I got to feast on their leftover fries...suckers! Snooze ya looze. So, I just left this Chik-fil-A drive through with 2 small children in the car. It's above 110 degrees outside. I originally asked for 2 chicken nug kids meal but changed to 2 regular nugget meals with sprites and a salad. I get home and got two chicken sandwich meals instead of nuggets which neither child wanted so I called the store and was told to come back out in the 100+ degree weather to "swap out the sandwiches for nuggets". I spoke with the manager who was zero help and basically told me there is nothing he can do about it. So, I proceeded to heat up some good old frozen nuggets quickly since because the kids just finished playing back to back basketball games. Instead of taking them for a "Treat at Chik- Fil-A" next time I'm going to the place I wanted to go to in the first place BIRD CALL on Shea avenue in Scottsdale Arizona! Solid Chik-Fil-A. I came here for lunch and ordered a Chik-Fil-A sandwich with medium fries and a drink. The staff was incredibly friendly and brought me my food when it was ready. The food was great! Just like every Chik-Fil-A I've been too. The chicken was nice and crispy. The fries were great with polynesian sauce and what can i say I'm a fan of the place, so it was very enjoyable. My family and I are Chik-fil-A fans, we have been for years. This location truly tarnishes the brands name. I can't list the times they have gotten the order wrong and/or forgotten items. The worst example is having to return a biscuit three times in the same trip, they mess up more than 1/2 of the time we visit. I spent more than $70 on my order only to get home missing 2 sandwiches and a 12 count nuggets. I get a call from the store 20 minutes later realizing they missed the items. They refused to refund and only could issue a reward in the app. So they keep my money, and I get and email saying to enjoy this reward. Ummmm, it's no reward when I paid for it. I'm not from the area but where I'm from our chick fil a has good customer service, and isn't stingy on their sauce. They give our handful. But I came here twice, employees looks to be in their teen years or early twenties. They have some attitude. Seem to not care. Second time coming here I wanted to make sure everything was in the bag and they replied so rude as if they wanted us out of there. They weren't packed like the first time we came here. The first time a young man was handling our drinks, thank god we caught how many he gave us because he forgot one, his fault because we witness him conversating with other employees. Is it a "Great Day Here @ Chick-Fil-A"? I would give 0 stars if I could, and I understand why the reviews for this location are so poor. I drove here Monday night to purchase food for my family. 4 meals, $50 worth of food, 45 minutes in the drive-thru and my order isn't even correct. They read it back at the menu correct, they read it back at the window correct. They gave me my bags and I even had asked, "is this everything? are you sure?" and they verified and assured me that everything was correct. I get home, (I live 5 minutes away), Fries are cold, chicken strips are missing, and a sandwich was missing as well. Also, I told them I needed lots of ketchup for FOUR meals, and you gave me 4 packets? Do you really only use 1 packet for a LARGE FRY AND SANDWICH? I called to speak to a manager and get this resolved amicably but I cannot even reach the store, nobody answers. Shocker seeing as how the store is ran by 16 year olds. Not sure I'll ever visit this location again, I've been to a dozen locations and this one by far has the worst service I've come across. This isn't the first time this has happened here either.
