Get yelled out by a manager. On 04-11-24 my order is 17607 and ask a manager to scan on my reward so I can have a brownie on the top of my order. This place (Taylorsville fsu # 03348.)is used to be good, however this manager manages the boat to be sunk in the sea by yelling and upsetting customers like me in front of his employees at the pick up window. This behavior should not existed on the floor of Chicken Filet. Sorry !!! I posted this review at the wrong place. It is for Chick Filet at Taylorsville Redwood Road about 5500 South, not at Murray. I couldn't find the way to paste this text to Redwood Road location. High Regards, Sam L read more

I came here on my lunch break today between 2:00pm and 2:15pm and I'm so glad I did. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially the very nice lady taking care of the lobby. I feel bad that I don't remember her name because she deserves to have much more recognition. The food was hot and fresh, the order was spot on with accuracy, and the restaurant was very clean. I've never been to a chick fil a this awesome! I'll definitely be back! Thank you!! read more

This Chick-fil-A location amazes me. All through the pandemic they have had drive thru lines that look like miles long but they are so efficient at what they do it takes mere minutes to order and have some hot and tasty chicken, waffle fries and a cold drink. My favorite go-to are the chicken nuggets with chick-fil-a sauce or honey bbq dipping sauce. The rest of my crew enjoy their deluxe chicken sandwiches and Spicy chicken sandwiches. The food was hot and fresh and I appreciate their efficient and friendly staff. read more

had a great experience! Sean was so fun to talk to and helpful when I got the wrong size drink and the rest of the staff was very great!

Only drive thru open due to COVID-19. They have this !!!! 10-12 cars in front of me when I first came in. Made order and picked up in less than 6 minutes!!! That's why this place ROCKS. Great food, super service and way faster than ANYONE!!! Sure it cost more, but really there is no comparison. Fast food that is actually fast. Kudos to the staff & management! read more

the drive thru service at this location is awful. I was raving to my mom about how good chickfila breakfast was and this location completely proved me wrong. First they forgot my sauce. Then when I opened up my sandwich there was no cheese. and to top it all off they didn't even give me a straw... we already drove off so couldn't do anything about it. read more

Great customer service. My visit started out a little disappointing as I waited around watching other people who came in after me getting their food, but then one of the employees came over to ask if I had gotten my food yet. I told him I hadn't, so he went and found out that my order had gotten bumped off the order screen somehow. He immediately brought me my order and also gave me a card for a free sandwich to make up for the mistake. I ordered the chicken hashbrown scramble, which was better than I expected. It was a quick and tasty breakfast. read more

I wasn't planning on giving a review today because I am the kind of person who thinks if someone messes up on something get over it because nobody's perfect, some people might disagree but that is just how I was raised. But today was the first time I had ever gone to Chick-fil-A and I was pretty excited. I had heard a lot of amazing things about it and finally got around to trying it myself. The employees were very polite and nice. I got the Chick-fil-A sandwich as a combo because they said it was there most famous dish and I wanted to be a Chick-fil-A lover like many other people I know. When I started on my fries I really liked the design it made it fun to eat but they were more on the salter side which made me sad but I ate them anyways. When I got to the sandwich it was really dry and tasted a little funny. On the way home I was wondering why everyone says it's so good because it was just average to me. I figured maybe I just ordered the wrong thing and would try again later. I did really enjoy their sauce. About 5-10 min after I got home I stated feeling really sick and spent like 15 min ready to throw-up. That is why I am writing this. Not sure what was in there but I still feel sick !!! read more

This is definitely one of the better locations. It is constantly busy, but the line moves fast and my food is ALWAYS hot. Much better than the one closer to my house. I don't have the same obsession that many others do with CFA, but the food and service at this location are good. read more

I'm not sure how someone can screw up a prepared seasoning mix created by eminent food scientists but, at this chick-fil-a, they somehow managed. We ordered a spicy deluxe, regular chicken sandwich, and nuggets for the doggos. The seasoning was completely messed up. Sweet and too salty and just all wrong. Didn't even taste like chick-fil-a. So sad. Like taking my money, throwing it out the window, and driving away. At least the dogs were happy. read more

These guys were genius during the Covid outbreak! I grew to have a greater appreciation for them than I had previously. I am a sit down and eat person and enjoy the service I get inside. The drive thru is amazingly efficient as they developed during Covid as I said so it is a great option if in hurry or on the run. The employees are always nice and seem happy! We bought a few meals here. First my daughter had raw chicken and noticed when she bit into her nugget. I asked the guy if we can have cooked ones. The. My other daughter had a raw chicken sandwich and he gave her a new one. Then we had hair in our milkshake. Disgusting. I told him we didn't want anything else because my sandwich was raw too but sure enough he brings out another milkshake. WTF? I got sick for 3 days due to food poisoning. Since my review i have gone back multiple times and seen many changes! The food quality was better, I've have the owner/operator reach out to give consistent rewards, extremely welcoming. Its super nice to know they take feedback! My experience was great and friendly. updated to 5 stars read more

I ordered here twice and both times they gave me the wrong food, no sauce, and poor quality ingredients. The employees were very careless from what I could see. Compared to the many Chick-fil-A's I've visited in the past this is the worst run Chick-fil-A. I would highly not recommend, and would suggest the Sugar House location instead. read more

They were incredibly rude! I told them I needed to pay with two cards and they had me pull forward to the window with the cashiers. As I did they weren't able to take two cards and started ridiculing me for not having enough money. One of the employees flipped me off and they started yelling and cussing at me. So I started to record them.. They told me they would call the police because I'm not allowed to video tape them and they were going to hold me hostage in line until the cops were called and they threatened to have me arrested. I was being treated so negatively and horribly it was insane how they were going to hold me hostage in their line and cussing at me. Their GM was condoning such behavior! Times are thought right now due to Covid and to be yelled at saying how I shouldn't be able to eat there because I "can't afford it" was embarrassing and sad. read more

The food is good, but it's really pricey. The service was good too. If I want to pay that much for food again, I think I'll go to Olive Garden instead. Chick-fil-A - $2 for this?! Really? This isn't even a full serving. This is their 4 piece grilled chicken nuggets. - Fast Food Near Me - Murray, Utah

I come here at least once a week and I have to say I love it! Obviously their food is delicious but honestly their service is great!! I've never had to wait so long my food even during the lunch rush! If I ever need a refill or anything they are always so friendly and happy to help! I have a 2 month old but when I go with other mamas I'm impressed how clean they keep their play area. Also they have people come around cleaning tables and sweeping! Really impressed with the place! This place sucks I ordered a Dr Pepper and they gave me some piss water or something it was just super sour and didn't taste good

I love Chick-fil-A, it's amazing however I've never had an unpleasant experience until now, the reason why I give 4 stars and not 5 is because service and wait time here is unmatched always incredible and amazed every time, the loss of the star is because of the chicken I got, it must have been a bad batch because some pieces of my 12 count chicken nugget meal was grey, almost all the pieces were very fat and chewy and not an appealing texture or flavor, Chick-fil-A as always you are awesome but I won't be returning for a little while, because I was left with such a bad taste in my mouth, literally. read more

The food was great, fresh and tasted well. But on top of it, the sweet employee named Julie was very nice and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. She asked us if we needed refills, sauces or anything else. She's super sweet, smiley and you can tell she likes her job. This girl definitely deserves a bonus or promotion! Do yourself a favor and download the app! When it comes to online orders, you can only place catering requests but if you're short on time and need to review the menu so you're not sitting in line trying to decide on a single menu item to get you through a bitch of a work day, the app may serve you well. In my experience, my food is well prepared, my order is always correct and customer service deserves a A+ rating. When it comes to supplying extra utensils, condiments and a displaying a great attitude at work, I am satisfied. Most of the time my order is Togo but I dined in once and nothing fell short. The bathrooms are tidy and tables are cleared in a timely manner. When it comes to basic condiments (house sauce, ketchup and mustard) you can grab what you need rather than request it with your order. If you're looking for fry sauce, honey mustard and BBQ sauce, you'll need to let a employee know. Heavy traffic during lunch hours is to be expected but you won't be waiting for your order for too long which is a bonus in my book. If you haven't tried their grilled chicken nuggets I suggest you step out of your comfort zone and give it a try- they are delicious! I haven't had a chance to try their salads but my colleagues are fans so I look forward to my next order. When it comes to fast food I not only look for quality, but consistency which is what you'll have here. You're walking distance from IMC so if you need a quick lunch and on a time crunch this is your place and much better than Mc Donald's down the street. Your stomach will thank you. read more

Second day in a row they forgot something in my order..first time accidents happen (lost $4). Traveling from out of state so I noticed the menu boards were limited compared to others but couldn't think what I was missing. So today we get a stale biscuit and while we were still in the parking lot we go in to replace it (30 seconds after leaving drive through). Wife walks in and the woman asks for our receipt...what does she think we stock stale chicken sandwiches in our trunk and just swap them out for the heck of it?!!? So we have to go out to the car get the receipt and then go back in and wait 5 minutes. No one even gave us a sorry or a Comp of any kind. Sorry not impressed...Chick-fil-As in Maryland have their acts together. Clean but crappy service and don't represent the Chick-fil-A brand at all. read more

I love Chick-fil-A, the food is always good. The employees are always nice and serve you with good attitude. The drive thru line gets busy but during those times, they have employees come out and take your order on an iPad to make it really efficient. GRILLD NUGGETZ R GRILLTASTIK! First of all, I love Chick-fil-A's marketing. The messages from the Chick-fil-A cows are hilarious. EAT MOR CHIKIN!! I was just at this location tonight and felt that a review was needed pronto. I just got done working out and needed something with protein. I was looking for something on the healthier side, but not too healthy (i.e. boring). I was driving down State Street, noticed that Chick-fil-A was still open, and busted a U-ey. I ordered the 8 count nuggets and 8 count grilled nuggets. Chick-fil-A is always consistent. Both were good. Even better, both entrees are low carb and has a lot of protein. The food definitely gets 4 stars from me. Now, let's discuss the service at this location. 5 stars to the manager, Jeannea. I've been to a lot of Chick-fil-A's in my lifetime and this one gets my vote as the best when it comes to customer service. When was the last time an employee from a fast food restaurant identified themselves and shook your hand? For me, it was tonight at this Chick-fil-A. To be honest, my experience at this Chick-fil-A didn't start off too well. The register froze up during my order and a manager had to come correct the sale. Then, my order took forever. If you've been to a Chick-fil-A before, then you know that it never takes more than 5 minutes for your food to be served. Mine took what seemed like an eternity. I finally had to see what the heck was going on. I was approached by at least two managers before I even got to the counter. They knew something was wrong. I told them that I was just waiting for my food. I looked and it was sitting under the heating lamps. Both manager's looked embarrassed and immediately apologized. They wanted to know if there was anything that they could do to fix the problem. I was just happy to get my food. They didn't think that was enough and hooked me up with 3 promotional cards, which is good for free sandwiches, and a cookie. Another manager even offered me some ice cream. I had to deny some of these freebies because, for one, stuff like this happens. It's really not an issue for me. And two, I couldn't afford the calories at the time. What impressed me the most about the management team at this Chick-fil-A was how they treat their employees. I overheard the management team thank their employees for a job well done. I love it!!! On my way out, Jeannea apologized again and wished me a good night. Now that's service. Boom!!! 2017 Yelp Review #8 read more

my visit at this place wasn't as i had supposed it would. when i ordered there was a new girl that was working there. (don't mean to be rude but the new people should start cleaning and then make there way up) she took so long that the manager had to pretty much help her during every order. after i ordered someone already had gave me my food when she was still trying to process my order. i had ordered a frozen lemonade and chicken nuggets. they had messed up my order and gave me only the lemonade. let's just say the was a 3.23/10. read more

I usually dine at the Chick-fil-A in Ft. Union but had errands near this one so I hit the drive-thru about 20 minutes ago. My normal meal there are the chicken strips and waffle fries (and diet coke). Usually Chick-fil-A is on target with these, but the ones I got today were LOADED with grease. So greasy that the grease seeped through the container to the bottom of the bag. YUCK. They were so bad the breading fell off. How is that possible? Oh yea, they're grease-bombs. I ate about two bites and chucked them. The fries were good as usual but after two bites of the grease-strips, I lost my appetite and chucked those too. $6 wasted. I feel like I need a shower. One star for the girl at the drive through window. She was polite, smiled, courteous and seemed genuinely happy to be working there. OK, two stars for her. read more
