Everyone knows that CFA makes a great chicken sandwich, but who knew they also ROCK the breakfast sandwich world?!?! I had their sausage, egg and cheese biscuit today and I'd have to say that it's the best among the various fast food breakfast options out there. The biscuit was hearty, and yet didn't feel like I was downing a pound of cement. Meanwhile, the sausage was surprisingly good for a fast food breakfast patty--it actually tasted like sausage (not some mystery press-meat portraying a sausage patty). The only downside, as with most fast food sandwiches, was the cheese slice--you can always tell the difference between fresh sliced cheese, and the fast food cheese single. By way of advice, if you like to start your day with a little kick, ask for a CFA buffalo sauce to add to your sausage, egg and cheese biscuit--it's a great way to spice up your morning. read more

I came here on my lunch break today between 2:00pm and 2:15pm and I'm so glad I did. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially the very nice lady taking care of the lobby. I feel bad that I don't remember her name because she deserves to have much more recognition. The food was hot and fresh, the order was spot on with accuracy, and the restaurant was very clean. This Chick-fil-A location amazes me. All through the pandemic they have had drive thru lines that look like miles long but they are so efficient at what they do it takes mere minutes to order and have some hot and tasty chicken, waffle fries and a cold drink. My favorite go-to are the chicken nuggets with chick-fil-a sauce or honey bbq dipping sauce. The rest of my crew enjoy their deluxe chicken sandwiches and Spicy chicken sandwiches. Great customer service. My visit started out a little disappointing as I waited around watching other people who came in after me getting their food, but then one of the employees came over to ask if I had gotten my food yet. I told him I hadn't, so he went and found out that my order had gotten bumped off the order screen somehow. I wasn't planning on giving a review today because I am the kind of person who thinks if someone messes up on something get over it because nobody's perfect, some people might disagree but that is just how I was raised. But today was the first time I had ever gone to Chick-fil-A and I was pretty excited. I had heard a lot of amazing things about it and finally got around to trying it myself. The employees were very polite and nice. I got the Chick-fil-A sandwich as a combo because they said it was there most famous dish and I wanted to be a Chick-fil-A lover like many other people I know. When I started on my fries I really liked the design it made it fun to eat but they were more on the salter side which made me sad but I ate them anyways. When I got to the sandwich it was really dry and tasted a little funny. On the way home I was wondering why everyone says it's so good because it was just average to me. I figured maybe I just ordered the wrong thing and would try again later. I did really enjoy their sauce. This is definitely one of the better locations. It is constantly busy, but the line moves fast and my food is ALWAYS hot. Much better than the one closer to my house. I don't have the same obsession that many others do with CFA, but the food and service at this location are good. read more

They were incredibly rude! I told them I needed to pay with two cards and they had me pull forward to the window with the cashiers. As I did they weren't able to take two cards and started ridiculing me for not having enough money. One of the employees flipped me off and they started yelling and cussing at me. So I started to record them.. They told me they would call the police because I'm not allowed to video tape them and they were going to hold me hostage in line until the cops were called and they threatened to have me arrested. I come here at least once a week and I have to say I love it! Obviously their food is delicious but honestly their service is great!! I've never had to wait so long my food even during the lunch rush! If I ever need a refill or anything they are always so friendly and happy to help! Do yourself a favor and download the app! When it comes to online orders, you can only place catering requests but if you're short on time and need to review the menu so you're not sitting in line trying to decide on a single menu item to get you through a bitch of a work day, the app may serve you well. In my experience, my food is well prepared, my order is always correct and customer service deserves a A+ rating. When it comes to supplying extra utensils, condiments and a displaying a great attitude at work, I am satisfied. Most of the time my order is Togo but I dined in once and nothing fell short. The bathrooms are tidy and tables are cleared in a timely manner. When it comes to basic condiments (house sauce, ketchup and mustard) you can grab what you need rather than request it with your order. If you're looking for fry sauce, honey mustard and BBQ sauce, you'll need to let a employee know. Heavy traffic during lunch hours is to be expected but you won't be waiting for your order for too long which is a bonus in my book. If you haven't tried their grilled chicken nuggets I suggest you step out of your comfort zone and give it a try- they are delicious! I haven't had a chance to try their salads but my colleagues are fans so I look forward to my next order. When it comes to fast food I not only look for quality, but consistency which is what you'll have here. Traveling from out of state so I noticed the menu boards were limited compared to others but couldn't think what I was missing. The drive thru line gets busy but during those times, they have employees come out and take your order on an iPad to make it really efficient. I was just at this location tonight and felt that a review was needed pronto. I just got done working out and needed something with protein. I was looking for something on the healthier side, but not too healthy (i.e. boring). I was driving down State Street, noticed that Chick-fil-A was still open, and busted a U-ey. I ordered the 8 count nuggets and 8 count grilled nuggets. Chick-fil-A is always consistent. Both were good. Even better, both entrees are low carb and has a lot of protein. The food definitely gets 4 stars from me. Now, let's discuss the service at this location. 5 stars to the manager, Jeannea. I've been to a lot of Chick-fil-A's in my lifetime and this one gets my vote as the best when it comes to customer service. When was the last time an employee from a fast food restaurant identified themselves and shook your hand? For me, it was tonight at this Chick-fil-A. To be honest, my experience at this Chick-fil-A didn't start off too well. The register froze up during my order and a manager had to come correct the sale. Then, my order took forever. If you've been to a Chick-fil-A before, then you know that it never takes more than 5 minutes for your food to be served. Mine took what seemed like an eternity. I finally had to see what the heck was going on. I was approached by at least two managers before I even got to the counter. They knew something was wrong. I told them that I was just waiting for my food. I looked and it was sitting under the heating lamps. Both manager's looked embarrassed and immediately apologized. They wanted to know if there was anything that they could do to fix the problem. I was just happy to get my food. They didn't think that was enough and hooked me up with 3 promotional cards, which is good for free sandwiches, and a cookie. Another manager even offered me some ice cream. I had to deny some of these freebies because, for one, stuff like this happens. It's really not an issue for me. And two, I couldn't afford the calories at the time. What impressed me the most about the management team at this Chick-fil-A was how they treat their employees. I overheard the management team thank their employees for a job well done. I love it!!! We all know Chick-fil-A is the best chicken sandwich restaurant in the world. Denying that is like denying that the earth is round. Or that we landed on the moon. Or that people in Utah come up with incredibly strange names for their children. Therefore why don't I just go ahead and rate it 5 stars? Just because the food is terrific doesn't mean the restaurant is. Each Chick-fil-A is owned by separate operators who go about making many of their own decisions. The strength of each individual restaurant is greatly dependent on the individual operator- after all you can't have a successful business without a good leader. This Chick-fil-A is a very well run restaurant. The employees are all very kind. I may or may not come here quite often and always have great interactions with some employees recognizing me from coming so often. The employees that walk around the restaurant are always courteous and actually more attentive than some restaurants where you are expected to tip your waiter! Food always turns out great, although they are a little inconsistent on the amount of ice in the sweet tea- sometimes too much, sometimes too little. The food comes out hot which is great- you know it isn't sitting around like some restaurants do. And in spite of coming here quite often, I have yet to have any order messed up so it surprises me that people would rate this place so low because of that.
