I appreciate the grilled onions on the side. It was all going to get tore up! My husband's burger looked so tasty all perfectly wrapped and nicely tucked in the bag. Both the fries and fried zucchini were fried nicely golden. I polished everything off my plate. The burger was savory. The jalapenos were not overly spicy, they added a nice kick to every bite. The cheese was the perfect addition to every bite. The grilled onions added a sweetness to the savory. Everything all together was a fantastic bite! My zucchini fries were soooooooooo tasty! The guy even said he'd take the order to my car for me since he saw me park. A little over $10 after tax and tip, not a bad price, I thought. He ran it over like he said, but there wasn't any sauce, no worries I just grabbed some on my out of the parking lot from him. But then I got home and opened up my food. "3" chicken fingers. I live three minutes away from this place and got soggy fries of varying warmness, a couple weren't even done cooking through yet. The quality of the food hasn't been the same since they opened up after their remodel. I hope they switch it up soon, this used to be a neighborhood favorite for my family.

I cave and allow myself to eat their chili since it's not bad. I've been going to this location on my motorized scooter for basically over a month at this point. I've never had ANY issues until tonight. I placed an order, closed up my store, and hopped on my scooter. I drove next door and pulled up to the drive thru. I was there for maybe 3 minutes with no response before I backed up and went right back into it. Again I waited a couple of minutes and still no response. So I drove up to the window. No employees in sight, I sat at the window for a couple minutes before going BACK around. Sitting at the menu board for another couple minutes before going up to the window again. I sat there for another 5 minutes before a male employee wearing a black mask (who has helped me before and has ABSOLUTELY NO personality whatsoever. Has never told me have a nice day, never said thank you or please, just disgusting attitude all over) comes around the corner on his phone. He notices me and goes to turn around before I waved. He finally came over and I tried explaining that I've been waiting for a while and how I just wanted my food because I'm tired and I want to go home. And instead of just apologizing, getting my food to me, wishing me a good night and sending me on my way. He proceeded to fight with me on how I didn't set off the sensor and how he wasn't ignoring me. Mind you I never accused him of such so him bringing that up to me seems suspicious, alongside the fact that my order is normally ready for me and this time it wasn't. Leads me to believe he was ignoring me. If I'm not allowed to go through the drive thru on my MOTORIZED scooter, than just say that, I'll stop ordering through you guys, but you can't just take my money and ignore me. And then give me major attitude when I call you out on your bullshit. From other reviews looks like I'm not alone and this location needs to write their employees up and sit them down on how to properly handle situations and just how to be nice individuals. I've never met a nice employee at this location and I've actually almost been ran over by some of the day people when I'm trying to go to work and they just whip it out of the parking lot without looking. Anyways, I'm very very dissatisfied with this location and it needs some SERIOUS turn around
