We just spent about an hour eating and visiting in the Chick-Fil-A on Johnny Dodd's. Never once did I see a table wiped down, much less sprayed and sanitized. We were so disappointed that they no longer do this. In light of the Corona virus, they should sanitize after each table of guests leave. We felt dirty leaving there. Always efficient, very friendly staff and the one time I had to wait (maybe 10 minutes) they walked my food out to my car with two gifts cards for free sandwiches, and were very apologetic- above and beyond customer service! Definitely the best Chick-fil-a in Mt. P. read more

I have lost my voice due to a severe case of the flu, and on my way to work I stopped by to grab some hot tea to soothe my throat. When I ordered, I was informed that they do not have hot tea, only hot water. Which was okay and I agreed to take that. When I got to the window, the young woman had mixed hot water, unsweetened ice tea, honey, and lemon for me. Such a sweet gesture to go the extra mile for a customer in need! Very disappointed in service today. Usually they are reliable but today they only got the drink order correct. 3 different meal requests and we received 2 grilled chicken sandwiches. I put in s mobile order and head straight there to get 1 biscuit and there was a large gap in between this car sitting and the lady was bent over so I just assumed the driver was looking at her phone so I go to the line beside it and then into the left lane bc they still haven't moved. Minutes later, the drive thru lady was EXTREMELY RUDE. She approached me and said "hey, uhm you literally just skipped 4 people!" And I said ok, thought it was accidentally just one, but ok (because its 10:00 am. Who wants to fight right now? And she's like yelling while she's talking in my ear bc she's angry and you see it all over. THEN, after I tell her yes I had a mobile order with one item. Paid for. Done. And she proceeds to tell me "ok well then you need to go to the back of the line (7 cars back which 6 of them pulled in after I did) your service here is good, and food is good but your drive thru people are RUDE and if they are NOT morning people they should opt out of a morning shift. I've literally eaten here every single week for 7 months since I don't have roommates and cooking doesn't make sense for 1. Now I need a new spot because this is the 3rd encounter I've had with this exact same lady who has been extremely rude. read more

I'm a regular here and have never had a bad experience until recently. I was a about to pay at the drive thru and handed my debit card to one of the two guys that were outside taking the money. The guy proceeds to throw my debit card to the other guy behind the register. He didn't throw hard enough bc my card dropped on the ground (outside)...not only was that unprofessional but it was just down right rude. He did apologize but I just couldn't comprehend what would make him think throwing someone's debit card was a good idea? smh read more

Last two visits were horrible. My salad was left off of my order, and when I went back to the location. I called the store and spoke to Malik, who told me to drive through the drive thru to pick up my order. I called back less than two minutes to tell them I was not waiting in line for an error that was made by your staff. I was already 15 minutes to home before I notice the salad was missing. When I pulled up by the window, I told Luke who was at the drive thru I was not waiting in the long line, he said maybe the line wasn't long when he told you. I'm pretty sure you can see from inside your facility how long the line was, and it was long. I visited this morning and the girl never scanned my phone for either of my order, and when I ask them to redeem my biscuit the blonde girl literally tilted the tray into my car and the bag was sliding into my vehicle. I was with my nephew, so I didn't say anything to her about it but I do want to speak to the store manager or owner. read more

The drive through at this restaurant is nothing short of amazing. They do a tag team process when you get to the window that has your food delivered and paid for in less than 2 minutes. I wish other restaurants would go there and train!!! Great Job!!!!!! and the food was food too!!! read more

I went here with my friends to work on some homework and eat some dinner, and I had a great time all because of Tierra! She made our night and was so kind and accommodating. The new drive thru runner program is not helpful. There is no way to check your order before they direct you past the window- and then the food is run forward to you by a sweaty person. I've tried it twice and will not do it again. It's gross and I'm now throwing away my $2 iced tea which was supposed to be unsweet, but isn't. read more

Disappointed!!!! I work in a medical office in the area that orders lunch for 5 people from this Chic Fil A in Mount Pleasant at least twice a month. We call in our order and a Pharmaceutical Representative picks it up and provides lunch for us. It is a nice & semi-rare occasion for us when lunch is provided and we look forward to getting Chic Fil A. When I called to order, as I always do, the man who answered the phone said they only did catering over the phone and was extremely rude to me. When I tried to explain that we were a medical office that ordered lunch regularly, he cut me off and said that was impossible and HUNG UP ON ME! I was shocked how a typical interaction over the phone turned so sour, so I thought maybe it was unintentional. I called immediately back the same man answered, I explained I had just been hung up on and was calling to place a pick up order for 5 people at a medical office.. he proceeded to tell me that it was him, that they only do catering over the phone (which I know is not true because we ordered it over the phone 2 weeks ago and they were more than happy to help) and HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN!! I have never experienced such terrible customer service from a Chic Fil A before. I am VERY unimpressed. As someone who deals with customers over the phone all day every day, I would never hang up on someone. We will never be ordering from this Chic Fil A again. read more

Went here for breakfast and got there at 10:25. Everything except regular biscuits was already out and they said they stop cooking breakfast 5-10 before 10:30. Drove and waited in line for nothing. If you don't serve breakfast til 10:30, then change your sign. read more

Okay, I LOVE Chicfila so this is a little hard to do. The service at the Mount Pleasant Chicfila is not pleasant at all. I understand that lunch hour is hectic and people want their food quickly in the drive thru line, but that's no cause to basically throw the food into my car. This happened on two separate occasions (The first time the attendant at the window became annoyed when I checked to make sure my order was correct, and it wasn't). The second time (today) I didn't check my bag after it was thrusted through my car window and low and behold the order was wrong. I really hate doing this, and I can let it slide one time bc things happen, but I feel like Chicfila hold itself to a certain standard when it comes to their employees and how they treat their customers. Just breathe and slow down, I'd rather wait a minute and have my order be correct than get it quickly and not have what I wanted. read more

You wont believe the line that forms around lunchtime and extends through the afternoon. However I have never seen a more efficient crew. The only thing that slows this drive-thru line up is the occasional bonehead who blocks the exit to the drivethru window in their haste to get that juicy chicken sandwich. read more
