We've been visiting this location for years and it's been a major part of our healthy, quick, and easy meal to pick up when we're in a pinch on time. For the last two years we have strictly used the drive through. Yesterday we dined inside for the first time since the lockdown began years ago. I was a little bummed about the remodeling. For example, there used to be a single live flower on each table, which has now been replaced by a fake plant. For me it somehow set the tone for the rest of the meal. The sandwich and fries seemed flavorless even though I dipped everything in a sauce. The food was warm and the staff is always friendly, patient, and efficient so that's the reason for three stars. We'll continue to visit as usual, but I'll be encouraging my kids to try other places too. read more

Probably the busiest Chick-fil-A in Montgomery currently. This Chick-fil-A is located in the shops at Eastchase it is very busy during lunch hour. So take that in mind. They do have a very organized system for a drive-through, you can also use the app to check in and order so you don't have to go through the longer line you scan a QR code and you just drive around and pick up your order. But of course during the lunch hour it is still going to be busy. I really love their macaroni and cheese. read more

If you want to waste your time and money, by all means, go ahead and order at this location. Placed an order in the drive-thru. Waited 10 minutes at the window kept asking where my order was they stated they didn't know (horns were honking behind me). They had given my order to someone else. The person who received my order brought it back into the restaurant looking for his order giving my order back to the manager. But instead of throwing that order away and making me a new one, they gave me the same bag that was brought back in by that same customer. When I returned home the food was cold and not edible. Just went to what was supposed to be drive-thru express. My order and all the cars behind me were delivered. The car at the front of the line had an issue. I asked them to have them pull over to the holding spot so we all could get out. No can do. They just came out and held a conversation, not once but twice. All the while our food was getting cold. This is the most pimped out Chick-fil-A I have ever been to! Located in the Shoppes at Eastchase it's the perfect place to dine in or drive-thru and take away. They are super efficient with employees standing outside to take your order and with a double drive thru you'll never wait long. They have it down to a science so that nothing is overlooked. Someone takes your order, then the next person gives you all the sauces and your receipt and finally you get your food all with a "My pleasure" and a smile. Will definitely be back. read more

Check your order before you leave the drive thru window! After spending 45 minute picking up dinner, 30 of which was spend in the drive thru lane I arrived home to discover part of my grand-daughter's meal was missing. When I called the store, which required 3 calls before someone answered, the best they could do was place the missing item in their system so I could pick it up next time I visit the store. Much worse service than their local competition who has offered extra food or had the missing item delivered right away at their expense. read more

The popularity and location of this Chic Fil A have ruined it. There's always a line wrapped around the building. From 11am-1:45 it's going to take about 20 minutes minimum to get food. Despite being constantly jammed packed they do a good job being polite and getting your order correct. Management should consider taking over the abandoned Del Talco location and having another dedicated drive thru since this location cannot handle the volume of traffic adequately. I have bypassed going there several times during lunch just because the lines were too long. read more

I visit Chick-Fil-a's quite often and was not impressed by this one. I don't come to this location often, however when I went today it seemed like the cashiers weren't in a good mood. The girl who took my order seemed bored and like she wanted to be anywhere else except here. She didn't ask the usual questions chick fil a employees ask, such as asking if we wanted any sauces, etc. The food was excellent. The restaurant was clean thanks to Latricia (I believe that is the "hostess's" name). The place was packed at lunch. I had to walk around the restaurant a few times before a table opened up. I sat down immediately after people left the table. Right after I got the table Latricia came over and offered to clean it for me. She was very nice and seemed to be in a good mood. read more

Napkins always in the bag, my order has never been wrong, servers are always polite, and both the drive thru and the inside are extremely efficient no matter if its lunch rush or near closing time. When i ask for extra pickles, they give me EXTRA PICKLES, not just one or two more than usual. This specific chik-fil-a sets the standard for ultimate drive thru service. The store is always clean for the amount of traffic coming and going and the bathrooms are always clean when i go. I can appreciate good workmanship and it shows through the way they serve their customers and employees! This chick filet compared to others in Montgomery is about the same... their salad is super fresh, but the one in mid-town had 2 people doing refills in the lobby, which makes for less of a wait to get a refill. Lately, this location has gone downhill. I'm afraid that since they are in Eastchase in a high traffic area that they feel that they no longer have to strive for higher standards like the surrounding Chick-fil-A's! Yesterday, I ordered 5 meals in the drive thru (totally over $40). The teenagers taking orders were running around (in my opinion) unsafely around cars. I get up to the window and the lady in the car in front of me hands her large fry back out the window and it's visibly not filled up. She asks for a fully filled fry box. The employee at the window asks the employee outside if the lady ate the fries, which naturally infuriated the lady. I mean have we really grown that petty to not provide exception service AND argue with the customer?! When I got up to the window, ALL 5 of my fry boxes were not filled completely either. I visited this Chick Fil A on Oct 24 while on a business trip to Montgomery AL. It's was around lunch time and I am very familiar with CFA lunch traffic. We chose to dine in as we were in no rush. I order 12pc nugget meal with a Lemonade and requested my nuggets well done. To my surprise I was told by the gentleman cashier that He couldn't request my nuggets well done because they are on a timer. So I was literally standing there confused. I have been getting my nuggets well done for over 20 years and this was the 1st time I had ever been told this. He went on to tell that it's just that particular location that has that rule. I proceeded with my order but was very disappointed that my food wasn't to my liking especially at Chick Fil A. I ended up only eating my fries and throwing my nuggets away. My expectations of service only reiterates their "My pleasure" motto. Well at this location it doesn't apply. I will not return again to this location and their rules. Great service , even better food! I love the chick fil a and Polynesian sauce . I usually just get the 4 Ct. finger combo but others have said the other menu items are tasty.
