Stopped in for dinner when we were in Gilbert last weekend. The place was busy, but very clean. The food was hot and fresh and came out really quickly. All the servers working were very friendly and the added bonus of the play place area for my girls was a nice touch. They both thoroughly enjoyed their kids meals, one got fries and the other fruit and they shared. My husband opted for the spicy chicken tenders and I got a deluxe chicken sandwich with pepperjack cheese. I ordered my meal with no pickles and I got pickles I am allergic to pickles I got a bad reaction! Never eating at this location they can't follow simple instructions, and on top of that we asked sauce and we got no sauce. read more

This is the best chicken sandwich on the planet. I think they brine the chicken. It's always so soft and flavorful. And even though the line is always around the building, the service is quick and the food is fresh. Only complaint is that they are closed on Sundays and there isn't one anywhere near Kanab, UT. read more

Honestly really disappointed in how downhill this place has gone. We ordered a PEACH shake and received an Oreo shake, this usually would not have been a big deal but considering that we have a major gluten allergy (my fiancé more than me) it was disappointing. Called in about it and the PM crew on 9/3/22 and around 8:30 seemed anything BUT conceded or sorry for their mistake. Told them we would be in to pick up our peach milkshake and was not apologized to at all. The young man with curly hair handed us the shake with no straw and said "here you go bud" and then called for the next person. Honestly I don't know what has happened but this is sad. Usually they are pretty good here, although they get the order wrong almost every time. If you go here, make sure to check the bag. Also, today they ran an ad on Facebook for a free sandwich because the Dbacks won their game. I drove over and they said they would not honor it because it was a problem with their software. It is unethical (also illegal) to run ads to get someone to drive over then say you can't honor it. read more

Usually it's such a treat to have Chick-fil-A! But lately, it hasn't been good. I just ordered a vanilla milkshake and what I got was nothing I'd seen before. It was all liquid! I came in with two special needs kids and the cashier had no patience for them as they were ordering. He messed our order up and didn't get what we needed when we asked him to fix it. APP USER BEWARE!! I placed a breakfast order at 9:58 am. I got to to the restaurant at 10:31. The app cancelled my order because they stopped servicing breakfast at 10:30 am. I went in and spoke to the manager and was told this happens daily as the app does not actually send your order to the be made until you arrive at the restaurant. I asked what the point of placing an order ahead of time was then? "Blank stares" I'm also highly disappointed that the manager would not do anything about it and said they stop serving breakfast at 10:30 am on the . So even being a minute late they would not make my order. read more

Having met and worked with members of the Cathy family that founded and own Chic Fil A this is hands down the best Fast Food Chain in the industry. This location at 4908 Power rd in Chandler is like being served by old friends. The relaxed atmosphere, Quality of the food, it's presentation, cleanliness of the restaurant, and the friendliness of it's staff, make it my home town place to go. Even during the covid nonsense the owner of this store complied within the CDC guidelines, Chic-Fil-A corporate standards for it's stores nation wide, and went above and beyond to stay open and stay loyal to it's customers. Not an easy task. Yes sacrifices had to be made but now that the Covid pandemic is easing into the background, this store is coming back in to full power for its customers. Hats off to Josh the owner, for meeting all the demands set forth by the government during the pandemic and for remains loyal to the customers who have stood by him. The worst chick fil a in the area. Ordered an 8 piece meal and a sandwich in the drive thru, only to get home and realize they forgot the nuggets. I called up there so I could send my husband up to pick up the remake of the meal, after Julie offered for us to come back tonight or at a later time. Their idea of making up the meal, is just replacing the nuggets which weren't even warm to go with our already cold fries... Definitely not the standard chick-fil-a. Can't even get the remake of their mess up correct. Time to find a different location, even if it means driving out of the way at this point. read more

This place is usually so packed, but they are quick and insanely friendly. Today the line was relatively low.when I went (5/8 515 pm) so I gave it a try because I knew I'd need help. Chris, my order taker, was so patient and kind. He helped find what I wanted and did so in such a friendly way, regardless of the fact that it was 98 degrees, and he was standing outside.
