So usually I go to the Chic-fil-A in Murrieta but this one is a little closer. Since my wife and I are seniors, we always ask for the free senior drink with our meal. We did the same here at Manafee but were only allowed one senior drink for the two of us. So I asked the cashier if my wife and I came in and each ordered separately would we each get a free senior drink and she said that one free senior drink per order that was the rule. I know this is petty, but these petty things build up and I guess I will go back to Murrieta. Sometime ask me to tell you about the Mexican restaurant we no longer go to because they charge for a second basket of chips. By the way, they went out of business. read more

Make sure you check your orders all the time, they tend to always forget something. They tend to forget sauces even though they are ordered, they tend to forget to add food items and when I called all they said was they could add it to my account. If I could give it a negative star review I would. I will contact corporate about this one. First, the drive thru line was long and wasn't moving in high heat. It is a double lane and I was in the left lane. Customers were coming behind me in the right lane and ordering, and were cutting ahead into the left lane. They got their food earlier than I did even though I was there before they even came to the store. By the time I got my food, 15 minutes later, the whipped cream on my shake had melted, the outside of the cup was wet and sticky, the waffle fries were barely warm and stale, and the sandwich was just warm. Probably the worst chick fil a ever. Despite never having a long line like other Chick-fil-A's, they still manage to forget items and mess up orders. One time they forgot a whole combo in my order that only consisted of 3 other items. This last time they forgot to give me my icecream and because I didn't go back the same day they refused to refund or give me an icecream. On Wednesday 2/21 I went through the drive through and when I arrived home, I noticed an item missing from my order and along with the item missing, I received 2 sprites that taste really bad and an ice tea, which I ordered a Hi-C. When I called in to speak with a manager, an unprofessional manager by the name of Megan answered and hanged up the phone 3-4 times and after she accidentally and answered the 4th call and I was able to hear her conversation. I can hear her complaining about how many times I have called and then the line was disconnected. I received a call back from Megan, she was unprofessional and mentioned she couldn't give me a refund as she will need to verify what I ordered. I explained that I was able to see my order on my account and that she was able to to do the same and she mentioned she is not able to do the same and that I needed to drive back. I asked to speak with another manager and she didn't want to connect me with another manager and when I asked for her superior, she gave me the name and hang up on my face. Disappointed. I love Chick-fil-a but this location has horrible management. Basically I got home my son was missing his fries from his kids meal and the fries were drenched in salt. I called and spoke to a manager Ash. ASH Informed me I can get new fries within 30 days. I drove back to the restaurant immediately and requested the fries and asked if they could please provide me a new deluxe sandwich since I had to drive 15 miles back and it was now cold. I Basically got the run around. Everyone scrambling to see what had gone wrong. So then Director Nathaniel walked over and stated policy says only messed up items are to be replaced. SLOW! Plenty of employees but majority of them just walking around clueless as to what they are supposed to be doing. Drive thru was ridiculous so went inside to order. Only one cashier, long line. Waited 10 minutes to place an order and I was third in line. Cashier kept leaving register to get help putting the orders in. Murietta location, Temecula location, never any issues. Oh and they ran out of ranch. It was 1:30 on a Wednesday. I don't do ranch but I heard cashier telling everyone, we have no more ranch, we ran out. Holy cow ! This location gave me the best experience I've ever had at any chick fil a. Staff was really attentive and nice. Our order took a little longer but we were given complimentary cards for a free item our next visit. They even helped a customer jump there car because it died in the drive thru. The food always ends up being good as usual with Chic Fil A and I know that it's new but I've been here over 4-5 times now hoping for it to be better. The service really isn't Chic Fil A standard, when I place mobile orders it's always a way longer wait than I've ever had and I usually don't mind but it's been every time that I've had to wait longer and haven't had chic Fil a standard service. I've witnessed them ignoring people and having unprofessional talks in front of me. I understand that people have hard days but everytime is inexcusable. I'm just hoping that the service becomes better because I've been waiting for this one to open but Temecula has way better service. The last time I was there, I was waiting in the drive thru for so long because their spicy chicken filets weren't ready and was waiting in front of the drive thru windows where the workers were and were having inappropriate unprofessional conversations and completely ignoring me while we waited. It was an older lady with reddish hair and she was with a younger boy, eventually she turned to him and was like "oh i forgot about the girl" and he said "which girl" and she said "the one for the spicy chicken sandwich" and he was still confused. I was practically right next to them and I heard her with attitude saying "I forgot her name, ask her her name for me" meanwhile again I could overhear everything so I don't understand why she didn't ask me directly. So then I loudly said my name and she rolled her eyes at me and in a condescending voice said "sorry it been a long day" .
