Every time I order through the drive thru there is an issue at this location. From forgetting whole meals of chicken strips and fries from my order to NEVER putting sauces with the order. Service from these kids seems like they've never been trained before, sodas are flat, sauces are missing, and food is missing multiple times. How can this be the third time in a month I've gotten no sauce with my order? I would rather drive to murrieta's chick fil a than risk going to my home town chick fil a. The people are nice , just need to practice with the fast service . I did drive thru and when I received my food at the window I was going to check that everything there. The girl told me that everything was there so I don't need to check . I guess to not hold up the line ? I checked in the parking lot , they forgot 3 biscuits lol So I went inside to get them . CLEARLY I'M NOT PAYING $2.39 MORE TO NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR. I double check the bag 2 sandwhiches. we pull over and no bacon, so i go inside. explain the situation and hell yeah i want my $2.39 cents because what i got was the $7.99 grilled sandwhich with bbq sauce. the cashier calls the manager and is unable to refund the $2.39, so the entire SANDWHICH is refunded. I WAS NEVER GIVEN AN OPTION THE CASHIER JUST REFUNDED THAT SANDWHICH AND THEN ASKED TO THROW IT AWAY. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE. I TELL THE CASHIER: NO! WHAT IS MY MOM SUPPOSE TO EAT?????? The drive thru line was ridiculously long and the cashier had the nerve to ask if she could throw my mom's samdwhich away since it was refunded. wtfk, are u for real u fcked up my order, my mom is waiting in the car, i waited in a long driver thru line, and had to double check for your screw up, correct the overcharge for a crap job, stop eating to correct your mistake, drive back from where i parked, come inside correct your mistake, get rightly compensated, and u want to throw away my mom's sandwhich you screwed up on. The attending cashier was unable to complete the task assigned by her manager to refund the difference of $2.39, so the entire sandwhich was refunded. the sense of entitlement, lack of training, and inability to deliver customer service is prevalent and pervasive. your service sucks and is a reflection of privileged brats, who can't read, can't problems solve, and definitely have no business in customer service. read more

This location doesn't prioritize mobile orders. The other location has a separate line for cars picking up mobile orders. Like what's the point of encouraging people to order on the app if I still have to wait in line for people who are just barely ordering while my food gets cold and old Their drive thru is set up for multiple lanes but each time I've gone it's blocked off for single lane. No matter what I do my order is always messed up! I always explain to the employees and show them my receipt but they say it's always my fault! So much for "good customer service". Came in tonight and was served nearly cold chicken, that tasted like it had been sitting for a long time. The nuggets were hard and even looked old and dry on the inside. Believe me, I LOVE Chick-fil-A and in all my years of going to different Chick-fil-A locations, this has never happened to us before. Even my young son asked why his nuggets were hard and cold. This should not be happening especially with the recent price increases of your meals, your customers should at the very least be getting hot food. I am very disappointed. I absolutely love Chick-fil-A and I was excited to one a little closer to my home...... however this location falls seriously short of their usual customer service standards. There was only two cashiers on during lunch rush. They did not greet anyone or say "my pleasure" to anyone. There were employees standing around behind the cashiers just talking. The guy that took my order walked away from the register to deliver a drink to a table. Even tho I had table marker and it was very clear in bold print on my receipt the lady walked my tray to the middle of the restaurant and started yelling my name. The staff members were nice and attentive but unfortunately I guess the staff that was preparing meals did not get the memo I was hoping to enjoy this location since we now finally have one so close to home I had absolutely no problem with waiting as long as the food would be served correct and hot and after work all I wanted was a decent chicken sandwich and did not get that the chicken and bun were completely burnt dry no condiment or cheese, I understand the traffic and overflow of orders can be a bit overwhelming but they do not seem to be under staffed and with such a simple order I expected better unfortunately I will not come again. read more

Bad experience today. I ordered online ahead of time for breakfast and my order was canceled by the girl in the drive through line. I understand the reason, but once they "canceled" the order their hospitality died with the meal too. Noticed how quick their personality changed. On top of that they never canceled the order. I had to cancel it myself on the app, making me wonder if I was able to get my food to begin with because they said I was good to go but never confirmed with me the cancellation. This is the worst location ever. We've given many chances to try out this place again and again, but I don't know how they manage to mess up our order every single time? From serving us no sauces and cold food to even missing a whole order. There is no hospitality or even good quality served here. I hope their management changes and their employees get retrained because honestly you'll have a better experience at any McDonalds. Food good managers bad. Okay so we all know fast food attracts social outcasts as employees. Chick-fil-a seems to have their own special type. My nephew is one been there done that twice. They are encouraged to call work their family and jump into zippy cooperation and starry eyes. The biggest kiss ups get put in manager spots and use their pretty much false confidence to give out iffy instruction. I have seen this scolding and insulting as customer. This location seems just the same. Clumsy managers making employees uncomfortable but scared to peep. Chick-fil-a head office management you are rewarding the wrong things. read more

I placed a mobile order for pickup but had to return my kale crunch salad because the container was barely filled, almost like someone had already eaten from it. I've ordered this salad many times before, and it's usually full at the Murrieta CFA. The staff remade it, but claimed that the first empty container was standard because they measure by weight. Chick-fil-A in Murrieta is great. There fast and always have the food fresh. Sometimes there parking lot can be dumb but that's okay. Anyways, onto this Menifee Chick-fil-A. The parking lot was designed by someone with extremely Low IQ. It's crazy but all my Menifee's parking lots are really really extremely poorly designed. Such a disappointment this chik fil a is becoming. They just opened up and I've been there 3 times and the food is just not worth it. This last visit I ordered a chicken biscuit with large hash browns and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. There was only 1 person in front of me in the walk thru and I believe they forgot about my order because 16 minutes later I had to walk back up to the counter and ask for my food. The cashier was polite and apologized and said they were working on my 3 items order. It took Almost 20 minutes total just to get my items and to make it worse I bit into the chicken biscuit and bit into grizzle. Not once not twice but 3 separate bites and each bite had grizzle in it.
