The wait time was excellent. I didn't wait long at all which makes me happy. The food was nice and hot, steam still coming off the sandwich and nuggets. We were given napkins and our drink. Everything was perfect but one thing. We asked for sauce. I was distraught when I realized the barbecue sauce and ranch was not given to us. I wasn't mad I just wish I had the sauce. I've been to several different ChikFila's and this is by far my favorite. The staff here is AWESOME. They are the friendliest staff I have ever come across and I know walking in I will be made to feel at home. I'd never been to a fast food restaurant where they have someone going around asking if you need a free refill. The chicken, of course, is great. It's never gristly or fatty and the portions on the sandwich are always a good size. Recently Mcdonald's came out with their own version of their chicken sandwich and it doesn't even come close. Also, other people must know how much better this location is.. This place is Always packed for lunch. It's faster to order inside than go through the drive thru. read more

I love this place but am not thrilled with their reduction of filling in their wraps. I order these most of the time and have noticed over the past months how they have gotten thinner and smaller...for the same price of course. Basically u are paying for a tortilla and not the chicken. Don't punish the ones who want a healthy option by shorting us the same amount of chicken if we were to have purchased a grilled chicken sandwich. read more

It's pretty much par for the course as far as Chick-fil-A goes. The staff is always a pleasure, pardon the stereotype. They were quick even during a peak time of day, and the restaurant was noticeably tidy. I think the drivethrough at meal times is the toughest part. They get the job done, but there's only so much possible with lines like that. read more

Since they changed the setup the drive through is horrible. It's like playing the lottery. I sat in one lane waiting to order while they took three orders in the other lane. They then cramb to lanes into one. The setup is terrible. Couple that with the slowness of filling orders and it becomes the worse drive through experience. Unless you have 30 minutes to wait you should avoid during any busy time. It may be their pleasure it sure isn't mine. read more

When going through the drive thru sometimes they have a person taking orders In a separate line. Never do this because its never faster in fact quite the opposite. Its annoying when like 6-8 cars behind me get their food before me bc they chose a different line! read more

Chick-Fil-A is my go-to place for lunch. Don't let the lines keep you away, they are great at prompt service and fast delivery. If I am driving - 8 piece nuggets with waffle fries and lemonade. Sit-down I like the chicken sandwich or spicy chicken. read more

The reason I give this place a 4/5 is because A.) the parking lot is way to small to hold all these cars and have 2 drive-thrus...B.) it took a long time for my food to come out :( other then that the place was very good! So I was just minding my own business in line ordering some food with my friend Roberto and this male signals us to lane 2, we duck so we aren't detected, but he insists. We shrug and go on with lane 2. This man proceeds to take our order, he not only asks for our order once but in fact 4 times and still can't work the iPad with the life proof case. He then gets the first order right but takes rounded up to 16 times to swipe the card. Now it's time for my food, he proceeds to take 6 minutes to figure out where the avocado ranch condiment button is. After he finally gets the order correct ( I thought) he says "my pleasure" before we could even say thank you. We then pulled up to the window to pay in cash for my order and the man drops my change before he can hand it to me, then I opened my bag to be quite surprised that my order was in tact (I thought again). BUT NO HE DID NOT PUT CHICK FIL A SAUCE IN MY BAG THAT I ASKED FOR 4 TIMES SPECIFICALLY!!! I HAVE NEVER FELT SO MUCH RAGE I PULLED OVER THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND SAT THERE ASKING WHAT I DID WRONG TO DESERVE FRIES WITHOUT CHICK FIL A SAUCE. ~ consuela xoxo read more

Food is good but this particular location cannot seem to get an order correct. THREE times in a row the drive-thru order was wrong This problem has been recent (past 3 months) so there is probably a management problem. Each time I go to the drive through the order taker is more focused on laughing and joking with co-workers than making sure you get what you ordered. Horrible service. read more

Best fast food in Mason! Excellent friendly teenage staff. Everyone's so polite and helpful here. They always redeem coupons, even if passed expiration. They have so many chances throughout the year for free food (coupons, specials, events etc) that you come out ahead. It is extremely kid friendly and very clean. Food always tastes freshly made and not sitting under a heat lamp like most fast food places. Great place for the family! read more

The workers here are okay not as friendly as the Chick Fil A's I am used to in the South but this restaurant is near my sister's house so I eat here a lot. Food makes up for the so so service. Not so great. Got the Grilled Chicken Club. Went inside to carry out. There were 4 teenage workers in the front with one at a register. One young lady seemed to be walking around with a plastic cup looking bewildered and amused that she was bewildered, and I'm not totally sure what the other two were doing but it was NOT helping customers in the growing line behind me. They were getting pretty busy for 3 pm. After the confused young man behind the register finished taking the single order of the guy in front of me after 4 minutes, my turn. I ordered my sandwich and he entered a meal. As I don't like waffle fries I had him change it. More tortured minutes. I also ordered mayo and honey mustard for my sandwich. Order came up pretty quickly. Got home and there was no mayo or honey mustard. I was also thinking that the chicken was seasoned a little oddly, but my lack of stars is strictly for the service. I will say that I have had outstanding service during breakfast in the drive-thru previously. read more
