Decided I wanted something different to eat, while travelling. So I stopped here & went inside to order. Found ordering inside is 10 times better than ordering at drive thru. I ordered my meal, was made perfect. Just the right amount of lettuce & mayo on my chicken sandwich. Loved the fries too. Not over cooked. Not all limpy & cold either. Definitely will stop at this location again. read more

The wait time was excellent. I didn't wait long at all which makes me happy. The food was nice and hot, steam still coming off the sandwich and nuggets. We were given napkins and our drink. Everything was perfect but one thing. We asked for sauce. I was distraught when I realized the barbecue sauce and ranch was not given to us. I wasn't mad I just wish I had the sauce. It was okay though. read more

I love this place but am not thrilled with their reduction of filling in their wraps. I order these most of the time and have noticed over the past months how they have gotten thinner and smaller...for the same price of course. Basically u are paying for a tortilla and not the chicken. Don't punish the ones who want a healthy option by shorting us the same amount of chicken if we were to have purchased a grilled chicken sandwich. read more

Food was great. Staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean including the play area, which surprised me considering all the little ones that play in it. read more

It's pretty much par for the course as far as Chick-fil-A goes. The staff is always a pleasure, pardon the stereotype. They were quick even during a peak time of day, and the restaurant was noticeably tidy. I think the drivethrough at meal times is the toughest part. They get the job done, but there's only so much possible with lines like that. read more

I like to start out by saying please stop coming to this Chickfila. Serious when the line for the drive thru reaches Montgomery rd it is time to rethink lunch. I know the Spicy Chicken Sandwich is awesome and may be the best in the city. The waffle fries are really good. The fresh lemonade cool and refreshing. But seriously you can not get into the place at lunch time. Please stop killing with the love read more

When going through the drive thru sometimes they have a person taking orders In a separate line. Never do this because its never faster in fact quite the opposite. Its annoying when like 6-8 cars behind me get their food before me bc they chose a different line! read more

Got the chicken salad yesterday made me sick!! Not fresh ate half the sandwich and it came back up!! I can only say just stick with the regular chicken sandwich. read more

Awesome service that is fast and friendly. For fast food, the quality is outstanding!

I was disappointed in the service at this chick-fil-a. We waited a good 20 minutes on our order. I have never waited so long at a chick-fil-a. I know it's poor management, since I've never had to wait this long before at chick-fil-a before. read more

i got to the window and i gave the girl a $50 bill, she then accused me of not giving her money when it was literally sitting right on the cash register. she had given us some money but it was actually the price of the meal which was 12.04. she told the manager we didn't pay. read more

Haven't ever been a huge fan of Chik Fil A, but this location does an amazing job during the lunch rush. There's hardly ever a line to order, and the food is usually ready by the time you pay. Super fresh food, and friendly staff. read more

Since they changed the setup the drive through is horrible. It's like playing the lottery. I sat in one lane waiting to order while they took three orders in the other lane. They then cramb to lanes into one. The setup is terrible. Couple that with the slowness of filling orders and it becomes the worse drive through experience. Unless you have 30 minutes to wait you should avoid during any busy time. It may be their pleasure it sure isn't mine. read more

Excellent food, awesome customer service. Quick service despite always being crowded.

Eddie was extremely helpful in catering our company's breakfast. Everything was fresh and exactly how we ordered it. On time and very friendly service. Rare these days. read more

Always fantastic service!! They truly have gone above and beyond for me many times! We come so often that they know us. My favorites are Alice and Barbara. Alice is one of the most intuitive, service-oriented employees and goes out of her way to meet our needs (before we even know we have them). She is amazing! Barbara is the sweetest too and has always been so kind. I know that when they are on duty, I never have to worry about getting my food to my table or getting refills. The service is beyond what most sit-down restaurants offer. I love to eat almost everything here. My go-to drink is an Arnold Palmer (with unsweet tea) and, let's face it, I could eat their chicken about any time of the day. I wish breakfast was served all day because I could go for their egg bagel all day. This place is my second home. read more

Its chick fil a. This restaurant maintains the quality held by most locations.

Very good. But like any fast food place take in moderation unless you do the grilled chicken with fruit and no fries. Very family and religious orientated business. I'll be back. read more

Very quick and courteous service. Anytime the line is wrapped around the building it doesn't last long. I love this particular location over the others. read more

Love Chick-fil-A and I believe there are very serious about providing great service to the customers. Chick-fil-A has been a huge supporter of local schools and helping with supplies. read more

Chick-Fil-A is my go-to place for lunch. Don't let the lines keep you away, they are great at prompt service and fast delivery. If I am driving - 8 piece nuggets with waffle fries and lemonade. Sit-down I like the chicken sandwich or spicy chicken. read more

This is the cleanest fast food restaurant I have ever been in anywhere in the world. I only get decaf coffee and occasionally a breakfast biscuit. The staff is friendly, the place is extraordinarily clean. What more could ask for? read more

Love Chicken strips and coke, fries are better than any other fast food

Love this place. The food is consistently good and the service is excellent! Chick fil-a is doing it right! I just wish they still had the carrot raisin side! read more

The reason I give this place a 4/5 is because A.) the parking lot is way to small to hold all these cars and have 2 drive-thrus...B.) it took a long time for my food to come out :( other then that the place was very good! Good atmosphere, friendly workers, night lighting and seats. Just fix the two problems with the thing and this place is gold! read more

Always a favorite. Staff is always happy to help and absolutely amazing no matter what chik fila you go to. Super clean.

I ask for no pickles and boom there's pickles! Chick-fil-A normally has good customer service, but not this one. Had to wait about thirty minutes just to have them get my order wrong. read more

Great food and extremely fast service! Staff is very respectful and service with a smile! You all are awesome! It's always my pleasure to dine with you! read more

Always a great experience regardless of how far the line goes! Tends to get slammed around traditional busy periods, so skip them if you can. Try the spicy southwest salad! It's a favorite of mine and is just fantastic! read more

Best fast food in Mason! Excellent friendly teenage staff. Everyone's so polite and helpful here. They always redeem coupons, even if passed expiration. They have so many chances throughout the year for free food (coupons, specials, events etc) that you come out ahead. It is extremely kid friendly and very clean. Food always tastes freshly made and not sitting under a heat lamp like most fast food places. Great place for the family! read more

So I was just minding my own business in line ordering some food with my friend Roberto and this male signals us to lane 2, we duck so we aren't detected, but he insists. We shrug and go on with lane 2. This man proceeds to take our order, he not only asks for our order once but in fact 4 times and still can't work the iPad with the life proof case. He then gets the first order right but takes rounded up to 16 times to swipe the card. Now it's time for my food, he proceeds to take 6 minutes to figure out where the avocado ranch condiment button is. After he finally gets the order correct ( I thought) he says "my pleasure" before we could even say thank you. We then pulled up to the window to pay in cash for my order and the man drops my change before he can hand it to me, then I opened my bag to be quite surprised that my order was in tact (I thought again). BUT NO HE DID NOT PUT CHICK FIL A SAUCE IN MY BAG THAT I ASKED FOR 4 TIMES SPECIFICALLY!!! I HAVE NEVER FELT SO MUCH RAGE I PULLED OVER THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND SAT THERE ASKING WHAT I DID WRONG TO DESERVE FRIES WITHOUT CHICK FIL A SAUCE. ~ consuela xoxo read more

It's a Chick Fil A of course it is going to be off the chain. Chick Fil A is one of the best fast food chains in the USA. The workers here are okay not as friendly as the Chick Fil A's I am used to in the South but this restaurant is near my sister's house so I eat here a lot. Food makes up for the so so service. The waffle fries with the Chick Fil A are always right on point read more

Food is good but this particular location cannot seem to get an order correct. THREE times in a row the drive-thru order was wrong This problem has been recent (past 3 months) so there is probably a management problem. Each time I go to the drive through the order taker is more focused on laughing and joking with co-workers than making sure you get what you ordered. Horrible service. read more

Very nice workers but I almost left because.. they didn't have buns. Like what is chick-fil-a without buns? I always get the spicy chicken sandwich and I had to stick with mediocre, at best, nuggets. I would expect them to have noticed the issue and gotten buns from a nearby chick-fil-a store. read more

Not so great. Got the Grilled Chicken Club. Went inside to carry out. There were 4 teenage workers in the front with one at a register. One young lady seemed to be walking around with a plastic cup looking bewildered and amused that she was bewildered, and I'm not totally sure what the other two were doing but it was NOT helping customers in the growing line behind me. They were getting pretty busy for 3 pm. After the confused young man behind the register finished taking the single order of the guy in front of me after 4 minutes, my turn. I ordered my sandwich and he entered a meal. As I don't like waffle fries I had him change it. More tortured minutes. I also ordered mayo and honey mustard for my sandwich. Order came up pretty quickly. Got home and there was no mayo or honey mustard. I was also thinking that the chicken was seasoned a little oddly, but my lack of stars is strictly for the service. I will say that I have had outstanding service during breakfast in the drive-thru previously. read more

Love the food here but today I could not order anything at drive thru due to the closure of my lane. I was informed by a young man that the second lane for drive thru was being closed. He told us to go back out and come back in and get in the first lane that was of course very backed up. Now, I sat in the second lane for 20 plus minutes. I was on my lunch hour. How can they run a business like this with this customer service. I called into the store and spoke with a woman named Elizabeth that said she was a supervisor and all she did was apologize for my inconvenience and then I said why are you treating customers this way and this was not a way to do business. She said to me what do you want me to do for you. I told her never let this level of service happen again. So many customers in line were so angry. I called the franchise owner to notify him of this bad service action and lack of care from the store supervisor I called. My lunch hour was ruined. No lunch for me today. read more
