Worst chick Fil a I have ever been to people were rude didn't even say my pleasure or had any manners. I got the chicken minis my absolute favorite and they were cold and the chicken was very dry it was awful I also got the sausage burrito and it was also cold. I ordered a sweet tea and they forgot it. I will never walk into this location ever again read more

Great service ! Staff is so very courteous - and of course the food is so good , fastest drive thru ever!

I eat at this Chick-fil-a quite often and it is consistently on point when it comes to food, service and over all experience. They are always accommodating to our food needs and never give an attitude regarding special requests. I have been coming to this location for many years and the staff is always helpful and friendly. They are very busy during lunch and dinner rushes but the staff is always able to serve everyone in a very timely manner. I once saw a bus of at least 50-60 kids roll in and they were served and out the door within 10 to 15 mins. Things like this is what sets this location apart from other Chick-fil-a's. read more

Chick-fil-A - Fast Food Near Me - Mason, Ohio

After moving from Arkansas to Ohio I lamented the loss of a southern-favorite, Chick-fil-A. Fortunately for me, the folks at Chick-fil-A decided to expand to Ohio (the mall and airport locations don't count in my book, folks)! I patiently waited and collected coupons while this location was being built.. A freestanding Chick-fil-A just for me! OK, not just for me since I'm not even one of those people that camp out for the opening. This Chick-fil-A location has now been open for close to a year. I love the chicken nuggets and breakfast items. You can't go wrong with the Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich either. Totally tasty and one of the lowest fat and calorie fast food items period. 300 calories and 3g of fiber. Acknowledge the Chick-fil-A!!! read more

Chick-fil-A - Fast Food Near Me - Mason, Ohio

I used to go about 3xweek but the wait has been unreal. Today I waited 20 minutes in the parking lot for an online order. When I called to cancel, there was no apology or anything. I love that there are healthy options but I certainly don't have 20 minutes to wait at a fast food restaurant during a lunch break. read more

Every time I visit this Chick-fil-A I see very familiar, friendly faces. The workers here are great. You'd think a fast food place has steady turnover, but not this place. I always see the same people, week after week. It creates a feeling that these people must like working here and are happy to be here. Happy workers mean a happy restaurant, and that's where I want to be. I almost always order the spicy chicken sandwich with the pepper jack cheese. It's delicious. I like to pay for "upsizing" only the fries on a combo meal (which they let you do) because you can keep the drink at its regular size and get free refills. I hardly ever do the drive-thru here because it just seems faster to go in and order. They recently put a line divider in front of the registers, making it easier to know who is in line, who is waiting for food, and who is trying to get condiments. Smart move! read more

Today I went thru the drive thru to get breakfast. I paid for my food. The girl at the window was talking with the other staff and finally asked me to pull to the cones. I waited and waited and waited. 8 cars went thru the window and left. I find it hard to believe that none of those cars did not order the chicken minis or hashbrowns that. I was waiting to get. I had to leave to get to work on time. Sad. Maybe the money I paid for foos that I did not get can pay for training. I love chick fil a but will not be a customer to this location again. read more

Use to be have better service. Have received wrong order twice recently and food quality has declined. Just ok.

Worst chick fil a in the entire area. Why? Because they no longer offer carry out. They're the ONLY chick fil a in the area that doesn't offer it. How inconvenient. Not to mention how slow they are on a daily basis. read more

First they forgot our fries, then when we got our fries (larges) there was barley any in them, what a scam. they always do that, giving us the size of a small frie in a large box. don't recommend. need better staff read more

Like all Chick-fil-A restaurants, the food is always very good and consistent. Not sure what's going on with this location but there has been an ongoing water leak at this store for what seems like a year. Is it an ice machine leaking? Plumbing? There is literally a pool of water in front of and next to the ordering countering with associates constantly using a squeegee moving the water around. My son and I went in last week and didn't see the water...he slipped and fell and hit the hard ceramic tile floor. Luckily he's still young and bounced right back up but I was pretty upset we couldn't see the standing water on the floor. If an older person falls and gets hurt, this store may actually have to do something to address this issue. It's pretty unacceptable the water on the floor has been going on for so long. read more

I don't like to go to this Chick-Fil-A even though it's right in front of my office because they are always SLAMMED. Getting in and out of their parking lot is a nightmare that I'm never able to put myself through. However, this morning I got so hungry around 10am that I decided to make an exception. It's close enough to the building I work in that I was able to walk over, although it was such an off-time that I probably could have dealt with the parking lot problem-free. I walked right in and ordered an egg white chicken grill on a muffin. The girl that took was order seemed pretty nervous, and she told me it was her first day. But really, she did a great job and was very friendly and polite. The woman who appeared to be training her stepped in to let me know that if I upgraded meal, my side and drink we free. EVEN BETTER. So I wound up ordering the sandwich, a side of fruit and a large coffee. My order was bagged and walked around the counter and handed directly to me, which was wonderful. The service at Chick-Fil-A has never let me down. The thing that lost the one star for me was the food. The sandwich did not seem fresh, as the English muffin and chicken were chewy (maybe coming outside peak hours backfired). The fruit cup was more than half apples (ugh), and really, their coffee is just OK. Nothing was straight-up bad, just not as phenomenal as I'm used to getting from CFA. read more

Worst chick fil a experience ever had. I work at a chick fil a myself and have been to many. Felt like a poor unorganized McDonald's experience. Orders were as slow as typical fast food. Order was messed up. And workers were ignorant and rude. Disrespect for the franchise. read more

So after people telling me forever and ever how good Chick-fil-A was, I finally went. Firstly, I was amused that there were single roses in vases on the table at a fast food chicken sandwich place. I have no idea what the deal was with that. Perhaps it's a midwest thing....? Anyway, we got a standard chicken sandwich and fries. The fries were waffle cut, crispy, and delicious. The sandwich was a fast food chicken sandwich. Given, it was tasty. And it was better than any other fast food chicken sandwich I have had. But nonetheless, a rose is a rose is a rose. If I happen to have a hangover and be somewhere that Chick-fil-A operates, I might get one. But based on their conservative Christian political/religious views about how wrong gay marriage is (http://news.change.org/stories/gay-college-students-vs-chick-fil-a), I might just have to boycott them and make a sammy at home myself, instead. My curiosity is satisfied. It's still a sandwich. A tasty, gay-bashing sandwich. read more

Chicken NUGS! Pros + Fast + Friendly + Yummy spicy chicken + Help yourself to condiments right outside (no need to keep asking for ketchup and feel like a loser, especially when you need 10 ketchup packs to finish your chicken) + Afterwards, you can stop at Dunkin' Donuts, (like really close), and get your iced caffeine for the day. Cons - They stop serving Breakfast even before McD's stops! What the armpit? - They are closed on Sundays. Hmm..I know I am going to get grief for listing this as a con, but I am a fan of 24Hr places. read more

I may not 100% agree with every political stand Chick-fil-A takes, but they make a fantastic sandwich. The chicken in their sandwiches not pressed meat but rather breaded chicken breast- which makes a huge difference for taste and texture. The fries and coffee are pretty good here. The service at this location is fantastic. Employees are always very friendly and professional. As a plus they have treats for puppies riding in cars going through the drive through :) Chick-fil-A is a very friendly stop. read more

Come on everyone & anyone who has ever had a Chicken sandwhich here will no longer be able to live without it. It is the juiciest thing ever!! All meat little breading, buttery bun... Well you name it. But WHY A 5 STAR??? Well its the service ofcourse!! In such a busy avenue like Mason Montgomery you would think that a 20 cars line would take 20 mins (at least). But it doesnt. They are ready with 2 (sometimes 3) drive thru lanes & kids running with your orders. I bet it is crazy for them but for the customers we are just happy to have our meal hot & in less than 3 minutes. Ohhh & the cherry on top? It has an indoor park that my kiddo loves. Rainy day? Bored? Lets hit the indoor park for free!!! read more

There are few things in live as good as Chick-fil-a nuggets. That's right...very few indeed. So, very few things, that I have never had anything else at this restaurant. Just chicken nuggets and delicious waffle fries. YES! WAFFLE FRIES!!!!! No one has waffle fries! I've been to a few different locations of Chick-fil-a, but I've never experienced servies as good as I did at this one. The people that work there seem to actually enjoy it. Or, they fake it really well. The girl who served me was smiley and sweet and knew that I NEEDED my nuggests as quickly as possible, otherwise, I might have gone into a nugget rage! I love you Chick-fil-a. You bring me the most tasties (That's right, I said, Most tastiest) chicken in the biz. EAT MORE CHICKEN! read more

Yeah I know, fast food is fast food. However, on a recent visit with my 2 year old and 9 month old, the employee behind the counter offered to take the food to our table and later another employee came to our table and refilled our drinks for us. It's little things like this that go a long way in my book. Especially when you have kids with you. read more

We went to Chick-fil-a for the first time and really liked it. They don't have these on the West coast so we we're excited to try it. We ordered the original chicken sandwich and it came with waffle fries. The fries were really crispy and delicious. The chicken sandwich really hit the spot. You get a whole breast fried really crispy in peanut oil served on a bun with lettuce and tomatoes. The chicken is super juicy and tender which is surprising for a fried chicken breast. We have since been back to Chick-fil-a 3-4 times but each time we go the food seems to vary. Our first visit was excellent but now it seems the food quality varies depending on how busy they are. Oh and they are closed on Sundays. read more

Hands down, this is my favorite fast food on the planet... or at least tied in first with Penn Station. I have never, ever been disappointed in Chick-fil-A, and I love this location. Actually, my kids love this location because of the fun play area. Chick-fil-A defines the quintessential chicken sandwich. A crispy filet of breast meat, juicy, with just the right amount of crispy breading straight from the pressure fryer. Add a pickle on that on a bun, wrapped up in a foil packet... you've got yourself Truett Cathy's signature entree' that put him on the map. Yeah, they've got other goodies too... nuggets, spicy chicken, a chicken deluxe... and of course, who can resist the cross-cut waffle fries slathered in ketchup? Boom shaka lacka... perfect, affordable, tasty, quick, and not grody like a lot of other fast food joints. read more

I love this particular Chick-fil-A for the indoor playland that my 2 boys (ages 1 & 4) can enjoy while we're there for lunch. I've loved Chick-fil-A since I was a teenager and 9 times out of ten I'm getting my favorite, chicken strips and beloved waffle fries and ALWAYS large sweet tea. Their sweet tea is truly southern sweet tea and I would know since I am a Georgia peach. I think Chick-fil-A stands out due to their juicy, well-seasoned chicken and their secret ingredients, marinating their chicken in pickle juice (bet you didn't know that) and frying in peanut oil. If you're in the mood for quick, delicious, succulent chicken but only have time for fast food, stop by Chick-fil-A and you won't be disappointed! read more

Excellent service. Very kind & friendly, food was outstanding. The only minus was the food was a bit oily the first time around but just fine on the second. Aside from that, I love this establishment overall, the food alone gets a 5 but the establishment is ran very well. Aside from that I'm joyful for its Christian founder who held their ground when persecution came. read more

I might not like Chick-fil-A's politics but I love their food. This location is consistent with others. I have only had drive-through so can't comment on the interior or face-to-face customer service. read more

Chick-fil-A - #2 Deluxe Chicken Sandwich combo - Fast Food Near Me - Mason, Ohio

I have to say, this Chick-Fil-A ROCKS! This location is always super duper friendly and treats everyone with such kindness, it's really quite amazing. I stop in here every now and then for lunch, because I just love their nuggets, and well the sandwiches, and okay...the lemonade too. I see the same faces when I am going through the drive through - which is always busy - but moves very quickly and you don't see a lot of turn over here, which is nice. But seriously, the service is fantastic! I love this location!! read more

This was my first time out to this area of Ohio and everyone kept telling me to try chick-fil-A; so i had to. My expectations were actually too high and of course this is a junk food type of place. Nevertheless, the chicken tastes great! Especially after the processed chicken sandwiches we're used to at McDonalds or BK; this is the real stuff! I won't say I'd have it every day for lunch, but I enjoyed it a lot. read more

Customer service at this location has fallen off a cliff since the renovation, to the point where my recent horrible experience has put me off spending another cent here. Ordered a deluxe sandwich with no cheese from the drive-thru (which coincidentally is still as long as ever despite the dual lanes), got home, magically find that the sandwich has cheese despite the box sticker saying no cheese. I head to the store to get a replacement or a refund, give the sandwich to one of the workers and explain the situation and get met with a vacant stare and no apology. Naturally, I'm expecting to get the correct sandwich that I actually ordered as a replacement. Wait 5 minutes. 10 minutes. 15 minutes. No replacement sandwich, no explanation, no communication. This has literally never happened to me at any restaurant in my life. Ever. After fifteen minutes, I basically gave up and marched out of the store, still hungry and lighter in the wallet. Still love the brand overall, but franchisees like this one really give the big brand a bad name. Guess I'll be trudging up to the VOA location for my chicken sandwich needs, because this one isn't getting another cent from me. read more

There is quests a long line at the location , but it goes pretty quick. Friendly staff and delicious food.

Nice to have fast food with friends when I am trying to eat healthy and have a tasty option. The grilled chicken nuggets are delicious. The fruit cup option is always ice cold and fresh. Not only can I make a healthy choice but don't sit looking at other people's meals wishing I could eat theirs instead. The chick-fil-a sauce is yummy too read more

Have stopped here many times and it never disappoints. Staff is always friendly and food is always good. Plenty of dining room area too (and an outdoor patio). It was "my pleasure" to stop here once again. read more

I always love chick fil a and this one is no different. The drive through line is crazy at lunchtime, but the wait inside is manageable. My go-to meal is the spicy chicken sandwich. I love that it is obviously a whole chicken breast, good breading, and the perfect amount of kick for me. Service is always fast and friendly. read more

Always great service no matter how busy. Love all that you do! Thanks for the special events and freebie texts.

I was going to call but it got too late. Order grilled chicken and large Diet. They can not help if short of help. That I understand. Never got grilled before. I wanted to tell them I am 69 years old and never saw sandwich like this. It looked like someone took two bites out of chicken. Bun was normal size. At first I thought it have been burned but it was straight line. The filet had two chunks out of it shaped like a bite taken out of it. The bun half empty. We go here all the time and order thru Drive Thru. Again bun half empty. Weird chunks taken out of chicken. Would have taken picture do not know how. read more

Dining room is always closed. They don't even let you order inside you have to use the app which is insanely annoying because even if you give them a 15 minute head start you still have to sit an wait for your order read more

What is going on Chick-fil-A Mason?? The past two times I've gotten carry out I've waited a minimum of 20 minutes. Today no one is taking orders excepted the kiosk. Won't be back until you work out your issues! read more

On Saturday evening, went to Chick-fil-A in Mason, OH around 9:30 pm. When I reached the speaker at 10:01 pm, I was told "I'm sorry, but our kitchen closed at 10:00." I proceeded to tell her that I've been sitting in line since 9:30. The only response she said after that was " I'm sorry were are short-staffed." As a customer, who's been waiting in line for 30 minutes, and can't get out of line, doesn't want to hear that. To say I was pissed is an understatement! I had 5 cars behind me that I'm sure the customers was as livid as I was. If you cannot accommodate your customers after 10, and you know ya'll are busy af, then you should close the drive thru lines early. You should have taken care of the last of the cars in line. read more

Chick-fil-a is always delicious and always a good choice. Period. I've gone to many other locations that were located deeper into the south. It seems the further down the eastern coast you go, the more that "southern hospitality" shines. This Ohio location lacked the same quality customer service. I'm not saying the cashier was the worst, but she definitely could've been a bit nicer. We did have a group of six ordering - some who had never been there before - which can be frustrating, sure. STILL... there was also zero line at the time - absolutely nobody else waiting. A couple of the orders had minor screw ups. Pickles on an order that had requested for none. That juice seeps into the bun and can really screw with the taste if you don't like sour green juice everywhere. Other than that, the dining room was clean and stocked. The food was hot and they were moderately quick to get it out. However, we weren't asked if we wanted any sauces, so we didn't get that famous chick-fil-a sauce for the waffle fries :( Obviously I'll be going back though, because I can't stay away from those chicken sandwiches. I'll just hopefully never have to go to this one I'm Ohio again. read more

I've been to several different ChikFila's and this is by far my favorite. The staff here is AWESOME. They are the friendliest staff I have ever come across and I know walking in I will be made to feel at home. I'd never been to a fast food restaurant where they have someone going around asking if you need a free refill. The chicken, of course, is great. It's never gristly or fatty and the portions on the sandwich are always a good size. Recently Mcdonald's came out with their own version of their chicken sandwich and it doesn't even come close. Also, other people must know how much better this location is.. This place is Always packed for lunch. It's faster to order inside than go through the drive thru. read more
