Slowest Chic-fill I've ever been to!!! Do better! I'm getting sick of waiting every damn time!!

They have messed up the past two mobile orders I've placed. Heaven knows I like my Chick-fil-A but this location doesn't seem to care anymore. What's the sense of mobile ordering and delivery if the orders are continuously wrong or they short change you on the food (waffle fries). I guess it doesn't matter to them because they think they don't have to deal with the customer in person. Just throw a free delivery their way and think it's all better. That's bad business and gets old after awhile. That is how businesses lose good business. I have a 30min lunch break to try and eat a messed order. Ridiculous. Chick Filet on 82nd Street Lawton. 3-28-2926. Waffle fries were cold, 2nd time for this. Solution would be, don't order the Waffle fries. ​

Ugh Chick-fil-A... the food is always good but I have to give a one star for the experience I just had because that trumps everything else. I got a free reward to use for delivery and was having a tough day so I decided to use it. I ordered a family meal. I got the notification that my order was delivered but there was no food. I double checked the address and called Chick-fil-A because there was no sign of my food. The manager goes "oh sorry my drivers pass expired I have someone else sending your food" no communication - nothing. I was like that's ok things happen, whatever! Anyways so the new lady shows up with the food without the fries. She acts suprised when I tell her they don't have the fries. We ended up just driving to Chick-fil-A to pick up the French fries for the order. I again called for the mistake on the order and I understand things happen but man they acted so annoyed that we were calling again. No offer to make up for their wrong doing which is not expected but would have been nice considering they literally failed at the thing they were adverting with poor communication and poor customer service. Anyways so my husband goes in to get the fries they ask for the receipt and all I have is a picture of the bag. Again no offer to make up for the fact that I used delivery and ended up driving to pick up our own order. Will not be using this Chick-fil-A again. This is probably one of the busiest fast food restaurants in town for a reason though of course. You can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A. The food is always fresh whenever I have to pick up food. The first few times I would do a mobile order and go through the drive-through, but I found that it is quicker to pick up in store! read more

Usually no issues and very satisfied. But, today the nuggets were so tiny!!! Two nuggets were the size of a normal nugget. We got a 30 count and two 8 piece meals. As well as a smaller nugget meal. So disappointed. read more

This was my second time ever having this food. I do not like the chicken sandwich but their chicken tenders are fire! Their Mac and cheese has been good both times. We came through the drive through which was really busy and it took less than 15 minutes. The ladies are standing outside ready to get your order in. In my opinion it was too hot for those babies to be standing out in that heat. Our food was good and the service was great. Make a canopy for those babies to stand under... it's too hot for all that! the chick fil a truck is often in duncan ok on fridays and i always get lunch when they are in town. food is consistently fresh and piping hot. food is as good or even better than a chick fil a store, probably because it is so fresh. . sometimes it takes up to 10 minutes to get the food and the menu is limited but food makes it so worthwhile. i am headed there now. kw read more

Friendly staffs and speedy services but every time I visit they forget to give me sauces. 3 stars because it's also my fault that I keep forgetting to check sauce before I leave because I was too weak for pressure to move quicker. And also foods were cold. Coming back to Lawton fall again and will definitely get the sauce for sure! read more

After ordering and paying cash for dining-in, we waited, waited, and waited. Unfortunately, 30 minutes later, there was no food. We see that all those who came after us received their food. (especially the white folks) We are not, so we didn't matter. When the manager did come, she was not apologetic, but instead made excuses about mobile ordering problen which we did not use. Nothing about our food being rushed or anything, probably gave our food our food to someone else. We finally asked for a refund and left. Wow, I watch how the white folks are serviced better. So much for a Christian based business. They will no longer get our business. read more

I ordered a #1 combo with an iced tea. The meal was decent, but the customer service is what threw me off. The person taking my order in the drive-thru area had a sour attitude. Stop rushing or if your going to rush then listen carefully. How is it that I want a salad and because I said no dressing you give me no fork . Incredibly clean, especially when this is such a busy location. Heed the warning of a previous reviewer... the one entrance is tricky to see from Cache Road if you're not paying close attention! Literally the worst nuggets Ive ever eaten at a chick fila. Either the grease was old, burnt or dirty or combination of all. I couldn't even taste the chick fila seasoning. The manager replaced them & the new nuggets had that same nasty burnt grease taste. read more

My family and I went through the drive through around 9:40pm on a Saturday. The experience was awful. The customer service was horrible and the girl that took our order was neither rude or friendly, just very bland and uninterested. She did not engage at all and it was a little uncomfortable to be honest and it felt like we were bothering her to do her job. When we arrived to the pick up window, our order was missing a drink and a sandwich. When we told the window employee, he did not take our word for it and appeared annoyed that we pointed out the mistake. Another employee walked to the window and asked to see the receipt that showed we paid for the missing items. Our receipt was on our bag full of fries so we didn't really find it appropriate to pass in back through to them but did anyway to prove it was paid for. The girl said to her coworker "They're saying we shorted them a sandwich and it's not in here." All while digging through our bag of fries that they later passed back to us after throwing in two already prepared(and cold) sandwiches. Both employees were frustrated and rude. Both seemed relieved to rid of us and closed the window after passing the bag back through. This was a first for all of us in experiencing bad service at chic-fil-a. This location was clearly the problem and is not one we would return to. Also, none of the employees stated "my pleasure." LOL read more

Breakfast only: I really enjoy grabbing a bite here for breakfast when I'm in town. The staff is very nice and seems to care how your meal is. My egg and cheese biscuit is always nice and hot and fresh. This location is always very clean with fresh flowers at the tables, a nice touch. Bathroom is always clean. Parking is sometimes a problem though because they are always busy, and the people in the drive thru have a tendency to not pay attention to pedestrians. Lunch time is a circus best to avoid. read more

This chick-fil-a is weirdly staffed with just females up front and at the drive-thru. I guess it's a good way to drum up business since the army post has trainees and other males recently deprived of female contact. The food is great as always and the service was fine - though I haven't dined-in here so I wouldn't be able to attest to their cleanliness of the seats like the other review claims.
