Hands down the best Raising Cane's restaurant that I've been to yet. The chicken was fresh, juicy, and full of flavor, and every part of the meal exceeded my expectations. Beyond the great food, I was especially impressed by the leadership. The manager led the team with professionalism, respect, and a positive attitude, which was reflected in the excellent customer service and teamwork. The staff was welcoming, efficient, and made every guest feel valued. Strong leadership truly makes a difference, and it shows here. After leaving the Freedom Festival at Fort Sill around 11 PM on a Saturday night, we expected a long wait everywhere--but Raising Cane's completely exceeded our expectations! The line moved incredibly fast, our food came out almost immediately, and everything was fresh and delicious. The crew stayed friendly, efficient, and upbeat even during such a busy rush. Shrink inflation strikes again. Raising Cane's used to be one of my favorite places because I felt like I actually got what I paid for now it feels like they cut their chicken strips in half and serve you half the food for this double the price. The 9 dollar caneniac is now $16 and you get Half the amount of chicken that you normally would get with the Caney, both of days fold. This is why every time I eat here I am thoroughly disappointed, and I try to bring myself to liking it, but the fact is it went downhill off for the sake of profit. read more

for me the cane fingers arent bad, and they dont taste good either. they simply have no taste at all. sure the sauce helps but when restaurant relies on a packaged sauce to provide taste then something is wrong with the core product. . they should at least provide an additional taste provider---say bbqq and/or in particular a franks or tabasco hot sauce. for the bland taste and cost i am not a fan/ they are just ok and to provide flavor without a sauce they could soak chick in buttermilk and/or add some flavoring to the breading. the tender itself tho is juicy but they have so much more potential read more

Man, was in Baton Rouge when they started and forgot how good they were. I was one of the first in line and have my first of 100 shirt. Looong wait but oh so worth it. My three year old grandson wholly approved, wolfing down the fries and chicken. The people were all grace under pressure. The food was hot. We came back for dinner. Still full of people. Food still hot You only get two things here. Chicken strips. Chicken strips on a sandwich. And that's it. The boxes come with fries crinkle cut--and a piece of Texas toast. You all get a small side of mayo coleslaw which is beyond delish and Canes sauce which is a bit salty. I think it's probably May, ketchup, etc. very simply made. Sweet tea (and for you northerners unsweet WEAK tea ) but everyone else. Oh yum!!!! They have lemonade. And carbonated drinks. But who wants that. Pure cane sweet tea. Only way to go. I love chicken so my boyfriend and I ordered 3 piece chicken strip box combo and the 4 piece chicken strip combo. Chicken was crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. The fries were fresh and hot plus the toast was hot as well. Oh my goodnesss the cherry on top was definitely the Cane's sauce, we ordered 2 extra just in case, lol. It was sooo stinking good. This evening I spent 50.48 I asked for fresh hot French fries for all the orders and I got home 3 minutes away with french fries that gave been sitting and cold !! Just a backgrounder. I'm from MD and we dont have Raising Canes. Well that's good, coz Popeyes and Chickfila will go out of business. Their product and is simple but how they cook it and the flavor is there. Not dry but juicy and the sauce is awesome. The bread itself is nice. The fries is way better than the leading burger chain. I'd like to see this resto to develop a chicken sandwich that can rival Popeyes coz they got the bread and the chicken flavor is great. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. I actually used to work here and honestly I wouldn't go near this place after I found out how it's ran with a ten foot pole. First of all, the manager Regina (when I was there that's who the manager was. It may have changed since then) would over buy supplies like seasoning and chicken to the point where we had an entire rack of chicken strips go rotten and no one noticed until they opened them. Employees were paid the minimum wage and expected to go above and beyond even though they were only scheduled for maybe two or three days a week. Employees would be screamed at either over the phone or in person in the back to the point where everyone in the store could hear it. Also pretty sure that I had pneumonia and was forced to go in anyways because she claimed she was short on staff and yet when I got there, there were so many of us that she had to start sending people home early. read more

Very simple menu. I would compare it to the "in-n-out"'s fried chicken twin. The menu is very easy to go off of. I like the flow of traffic. During lunch hour you get in and out pretty quickly. I like their traditional sauce and the texture of their french fries. I do enjoy the lemonade as well but still a bit too sweet for my palate. Their food goes all well together the slaw, chicken, and fries. I don't care much for the texas toast. But will continue to go here with my coworkers during lunch. Great Restaurant. read more

What's going on with this location? Back in the summer this place was amazing. The food was hot, fresh and delicious and the staff was great. In the last month and a half it is not even worth it. The last time I went here I got the big box (cant remember the name...but it's the expensive one) and added a toast, coleslaw and 2 toasts to share w my granddaughter. Sadly, the chicken was half the size it has previously been ( not exaggerating here), the fries and chicken were cold and lots of grease and they didn't have Coke connected to the machine. They also didn't put ketchup or utensils or napkins in the bag. I went today for the box combo and paid for an extra sauce. I got a container with one pump of sauce. The staff isn't upbeat, energetic or happy anymore but at least everything wasn't cold and saturated in grease. Whatever you have changed...it's not good!!! read more

It's just.... nothing special. The sauce that is raved about is nothing compared to other sauces or even a gravy. Everything came out quickly and was fresh, but the chicken had an almost over cooked taste to the breading. The slaw was okay. The fries are crinkle cut and again, nothing to write home about.
