We order 3 appetizers the fridge pickle and cheese balls was a tad over cooked but tasted amazing. The Cadillac margarita was amazing. Strong exactly how I love it. The appetizers were delicious as well. The teaser wrap was really good. read more

Went there yesterday and the Porker was perfect and the slayer fries were too. Doug was great.

Avoid this place! Wife's birthday lunch, party of six. Arrived at 2:30...got drinks and waited 30 minutes and finally tracked down a waitress and informed her we had been waiting over 30 minutes for any of our orders, said she would ask the kitchen to accelerate our order as we had iMax tickets soon. Waited another 30 minutes and went to the kitchen and only 2 of our orders were ready. Understand that multiple parties of 4 came after us and all were served and some had already ate and left. We finally left and the staff offered zero apology or reason why we were not served. They blew a $150+ order. Never going back, horrible customer service read more

Absolutely amazing service and amazing food! The hamburgers were extremely delicious. Our server Brittney was wonderful! We were in town for my sons graduating from basic training and saw this spot and went in on a whim and very impressed. Super cool music vibe inside too! went today , we usually love it here . today my mom ordered chicken tenders and we all ordered our food waitress came back after a bit 10 or so minutes and says what would you like on your tenders my mom says plain girl goes back a few minutes later all our food comes out except for my moms ... waitress said she forgot to put it in ... like how? you wrote it down and came back and confirmed what she wanted on it ???? then about 20 minutes later she finally got her chicken that was so overcooked she couldn't even eat it , and charged full price .. waitress said 33 times how sorry she was and honestly that's just insulting ! we won't be back read more

The food is really fresh! The beef burgers were amazing and the buns seemed homemade (unsure if they are). Our server was very friendly and attentive to us, and we had a good 1st experience and will be back. read more

The food was good and the service was fine. I got the new Beeftie Boy and it could have been better, I will go with a cheese burger next time. Everyone enjoyed their meals, service could have been better. We got there when it wasn't busy and as soon as we were seated it started to get crowded. It took a while for them to take our order and people seated after us already were getting served. read more

The place was clean, the food was great and our waitress, Emilie, was spot on throughout the visit. Thank you for a great meal!

I've been going there for many years. The food is always excellent. But I've noticed a change in their procedures. Whoever is training the wait staff, you are not an award winning psychologist or an intel analysts running a psyop. When I tell you I don't want fries, no means no. You don't harass me by asking 3-4 more time "just to be sure". I was sure the first time I answered. When I say no fries, the correct response is "yes sir", then SHUT UP! Other than that everything went well. read more

The food was way to salty we could not every eat it we won't go back i we recommend you do the same

Food was so great. Good beers. Love the atmosphere and the people that work here. I will be back.

Great place enjoyed eating there and the food and beer is great highly recommended for large groups as well as two people.

Pretty disappointed about this. Used to love this place. Burgers, fries, drinks, everything was great for years. We went today and everything was terrible. Waiting staff was slow and never knew anything about the issues, food was served overcooked and cold, and it seemed they were out of many items from the menu. My kids ordered the Mac n cheese, which was cold, hard, and somehow flavorless. I ordered the avocado ranch turkey burger. They didn't have the turkey paddies so I said beef was fine. The burger they brought out was overcooked and dry. The avocado was a very small amount and it was already browning. No ranch on the burger to speak of. When the waiter finally came around we had already discovered the other meals were also pretty terrible and we just wanted to get out of there. It's sad, but we won't be going back. It's too expensive there to roll the dice on if it'll be a meal we eat or not. read more

Stop by on a whim and it was their all day happy hour! Service wasn't the best, but it seems like they're doing the best they can! Lot of good throwback music playing, retro vibes in my opinion. There is a good selection of food on their menu, but everything could use some extra seasoning. Overall, I'd go back and try another burger and drink from the bar. read more

From the moment we walked in the service was great. Our server was fantastic, food was good great place to sit and watch the games while still enjoying your time with friends and family. Only complaint is the fact that it was a bit hot inside the restaurant. read more

Favorite burger place in town, hands down. Have tried many things on the menu, and not once have I been let down. This is always where I bring friends and family who are visiting from out of town! Phenomenal food, great atmosphere (love the music), and the service is always good too. Highly recommend! read more

Terrible service. My boyfriend and I waited 35 minutes before walking out with no food OR appetizers. Mind you our appetizer was CHIPS AND SALSA. Never heard from our server even once after we ordered, and when we asked another server to check on our food, we gave him a few minutes to at least come back and let us know the status of our order considering the kitchen was 5 feet from our table, but he never did. No sense of hospitality whatsoever. Definitely ruined this restaurant experience for us. read more

family had burgers tonight. very good sliders and the sweet potato fries are excellent. wait staff very pleasant.

Always a reliable stop for your 80s music video fix, the best Bloody Mary in town, and delicious burgers - for vegetarians, vegans, and carnivores alike. We've come here for years and always love it. Fun ambiance if you're Gen X like we are. Excellent little cocktail list as well as craft draught beers to boot. We love all the burger options, plus they have good salads, unique appetizers, and chicken options too. They're known for their milkshakes which sound incredible, we are always too full for one so haven't ever tried one. Boozy milkshakes too! Table service is always friendly and efficient. Solid stop for a fun and inexpensive lunch or dinner! read more

I enjoyed our late lunch. The service was very good, and the food was quality. The fries were soo good! However, my milk shake was brought out 15 minutes before my hamburger. I was surprised at that. And our burgers were more rare than medium, by our standards. All in all, it was a good experience. read more

Black and Blue burger was great and their chicken tenders were so good! We will definitely be back again!

Best burgers we've had in Lawton so far, chill vibe, kid friendly, fast and good customer service!

Get the Mile High nachos and substitute the tortilla chips for fries. Trust me on that.

We haven't been here in a while. But we were reminded of where to get the best burger. The customer service was outstanding too. Go try it. They wont disappoint! read more

I rarely write reviews but I feel like I need too because I can't praise the last few times I went in and the service was amazing and the burgers were amazing, I mean the were literally on point in every sense of the word. The restaurant was clean our waitress, Keyonte, was hands down amazing, she remembered what we had previously and made sure our drinks were always full. She was completely delightful! I got the Fire burger because it was the special on Friday, the first bite was an out of body experience every ingredient was placed and cooked to perfection - it was the burger I always wanted! I have had problems years ago but recently S&B has been on point. Highly recommend. read more

Our go to burger joint when in Lawton. Can't miss it in the old A frame IHOP building. We like the burger selection, solid kids menu, adult shakes, and offering of local craft beers. Can't beat the vibe and music inside either. read more

We gave the Burger Joint a try on a Saturday evening around dinner time. It wasn't crowded and we were seated immediately. The place look kinda "divey" both outside and inside but we pressed on with ordering dinner. I guess the "dive" look is part of their appeal. Anyway, we started with the Loaded Wedges (Crispy potato wedges smothered with queso, bacon, green onion & sour cream) as an appetizer, since the burgers don't come with fries. They weren't terrible, but the queso was a little runny and we thought the fries could have used a little more seasoning and more generous toppings. And the queso was all on the bottom...we had to fish for it. Could've been better. However, the 4 stars I'm giving are for the really great burgers we received. My wife ordered The Bleu (A bacon-wrapped burger stuffed with bleu cheese and topped with grilled red onions & balsamic bleu cheese dressing) and I got the Sir Bac-A-Lot (Burger with melted Swiss & sharp cheddar cheese on a brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, bacon jam & smoky burger sauce). The taste was awesome, but the grease and juiciness caused the burger to disintegrate towards the last few bites. Messy, but yummy..... We each added sides as well. My wife for the house made potato chips and I ordered the fried Pepper Jack Cheese Cubes. Both were different....and tasty. I'm sure we'll be back. read more

This place could be so cool in Lawton, due to the variety of cool music they play, but there are some management problems. I have driven by several nights and though they say they close at 9pm, the open sign is off at 8:30....So I keep on driving to a different place read more

The food was AMAZING!!! service not so great. My family and I were 1 out of 3 table they had. Both tables left by the time we paid. Server seemed ok, but could really care less. LOL Wish I had taken some pictures. It really was good; we had one like a breakfast burger, burger with all the fixings and a grilled chicken. The fried are good. I also had the sweet potato fries. Really good!! read more

Finally gave this place a try. Someone lured me in with their recent talk of "Garlic Fries". First impressions ... I love the motif once you walk in the front door. I had no clue I was walking into that and would easily give that 5 stars! Rock 'n' Roll artwork on every square foot of the walls in this place and 8 big screen TV's playing music videos and the sound system to back them up. I LOVE IT!!! Finally something for the Rocker instead of the crap country music they bombast your brain with at all the brand name restaurants. So it was realllllly nice to sit and mentally jam to the tunes this night. The menu looked great, several choices available. For my first I went with their signature burger, The Fatty, the double meat of course. I had my eye on The Frenchman (Mushroom & Swiss) or Hot Lips (Korean BBQ) but, I digressed from eating my usual faves for the next visit. Meal took about 20-30 minutes from the time of order to arrive and that was with a very small crowd of about 10 customers present. I was easily distracted by the big screens though. The Garlic Fries could have used some more garlic to my liking and a lot less parmesan. I didn't know they had parmesan or would have opted its removal. They were still yummy! Just note to self for next visit to add garlic, remove parmesan. :-) The Fatty looked good upon arrival. Meat cooked exactly as I prefer. I love grilled onions on a burger and will request extra be added next time. The bread was really good too. A delicious burger overall and I can see why everyone loves the place. The place was clean. Servers were awesome! Will definitely be returning to try a couple more choices. I can't comment on the alcohol selections, as I don't drink. read more

Mother of God!! Why didn't I bother to visit this place sooner?! I mean, I drive by it every other day (as they are just up the street from Jimmy's Egg). It's only a shame I will be leaving Lawton in a week, if ONLY for this place alone! They easily make the best burgers Lawton has to offer. Which, considering this town, is saying a lot! First, the decorum: I love it! It reminded me of an 80s diner. Maybe it was just the choice of music videos playing on the 40 something inch flat screens at the time but...let's just say I instantly felt nostalgically at home. Second, I was served by one of the most energetic, inspired, informative and CUTE waitresses ever! Seriously, if you ever decide to dine in at this place, just ask for the server named "Latashi". You will be well taken care of! She was attentive, prompt, empathetic as all hell AND...knew the menu inside and out. Honestly, I must have been sitting there for a good five minutes as she described the menu to me in great detail. I recall thinking, "damn...enough already!". But it wasn't even a big deal because she was SO sweet! It's a trait rarely seen exhibited in servers anymore. This was a refreshing change of pace. Third, the food: my GOD! The burger...was amazing! And you're probably wondering...how good could a burger be when we're talking about something so simple. Well, that's the thing. A burger in and of itself is simple. But this place nails it in every way that counts. When I order a burger, I'm not really looking for much to begin with. I just want beef that's perfectly cooked at the prescribed temperature per my personal palate, with all the ingredients I asked for in tact on a toasted bun because I find soggy buns absolutely deplorable. I got all that AND a bag of chips with this order (ok, I'm kidding. i had fries). Speaking of fries, they were OK. I prefer mine a different style though. But honestly, the burger stole the show! I ordered mine with cheddar cheese and...imagine my surprise when I found they use sharp white cheddar. I was expecting yellow. Although neither would have mattered more to me really. I only wish their infamous garlic fries had been in season this time around. Ah well. Next time, I guess. I don't know what this place does to their burgers that's so special. Perhaps it's the fact that you can literally put ANYTHING you want on your burger. Seriously, check out their menu. NOTHING is off limits when it comes to ingredients...even if there are certain condiments I would never put on my own burger, even if I were held at gun point. Anyway, there you go. The ONLY other place in Lawton, aside from Jimmy's Egg, which I would ever give a five star rating. Because they earned their bones tonight! Oh yeah....the Cabernet was exquisite as well. read more

So frustrated. When we moved back here I couldnt wait to eat here again. I read a lot of the poor reviews and though, "man, people are terrible." But then we ate here. In 2015 this restaurant was my favorite burger joint and probably top 2 restaurants in Lawton. Fast forward to 2022 post COVID and wow, just pathetic how terrible the service and overall experience is. Hot beer, terrible attitudes, food...blah, and just absolutely rude when you call them on their service (olitely might I add). Just go somewhere else. McKenzie's Garage is a great substitute and has become our go to. I hope they get this turned around but man, it's bad. Make S&B Great Again! read more

Very disappointed. Was told that the old IHOP was turned into a good burger joint so I had to try it out. My first meal was the brisket nachos and must I say blah. Very dry old and stale, my wife's burger was good so she convinced me to give it another try. This go around I did get a burger and I had more bun than burger. The prices are steep seeing how your just paying for a burger without and sides. The oreo milkshake tasted as if the softserve had gone bad. I did give it the stars because of the wonderful staff. read more

The burgers and fries and shake are delicious BUT I can't stand dealing with these waitresses. They are not nice, they are very short with you, I always get an attitude, and they never come by to refill our drinks. The waitress was told today. Table of 8 or more and I was first to show up. She acted like I lied to her and didn't even try to put a table together. With only two menus out on the table because someone placed them before I came in. I'm honestly angry with this place and will only be doing take out. read more
