Every visit seems to come with a new excuse, whether it's the fryers being down because they were damaged by an inexperienced cook or managers being rude and unprofessional. Long waits can happen occasionally, but when it's a recurring problem every time I visit, it points to poor management rather than bad luck. The food was cold, and support gave me the runaround, asking for photo proof I couldn't provide (how do you photograph something that isn't there?!). I responded multiple times with receipts, details, and patience. They ignored everything and said the delivery "matched" the order. It didn't. They lost a customer over a $6 mistake and their refusal to accept responsibility. The malt I ordered? The only good part-- Do better, or don't expect loyalty. The customer service was amazing though, they will give you their opinion on certain items and the food was hot like it was made to order. The double cheese burger was so big that I knew halfway through that it would be tough to finish. It had great flavor, it was juicy, and the bacon was crispy. The fries were good as well. Top tier burger place especially for this area!
