I have got in this restaurant four times in the last couple months. Every time I go in, there's nobody there.. I stood at the door 3 to 5 minutes each time and each time no one has come to get me. Upon entering, the smell of the carpet was horrible. You can smell everything that was spilled on it and more making it distracting. We started with drinks but the sweet tea tasted funny in a bad way. We order 2 all you can eat and A lotta bacon burger. It took awhile for the food to come out considering there was only 5 tables of costumers. Our fries were cold but the fried shrimp was hot and the riblet was smothered with bbq sauce which was ok. Other than cold fries, the burger was fine. Second order of shrimps took about 15 min. It was half order and hot. Next plate of riblets was cold so i ordered last plate of shrimps. Overall, if you have the time and like to eat several plates, then the AYCE is ok. However, to receive cold food items when they should be warm to hot makes me not want to return here. So we were ok with that and had a seat. 5 people came in then 2 people came in and they seat them then came to us and stated it would be 20 minutes. One of our party got there first and was served drinks. I asked for an alcoholic mixed drink ( mixed with soda) and a water. I was brought a soda only. After the server's mistake they corrected it, but never brought my water. We were all there by 5:00, a party of 3. However, all the people around us who arrived after us were served their food first. We ordered way before them. It took forever for our food to come out. One of our party's food had a black hair in it. One of the young staff who walked by us several times had body odor so bad it made us sick. Many of the servers' clothes were not neat and gave an unprofessional look. I would not in anyway suggest going to this restaurant. Me and my friends (party of 4) went for the all you can eat boneless wings/rib-lets and shrimp. We wait over 45 minutes for our first order and they are incorrect. 1 time is understandable due to there being 4 people but on my second order of wings they are once again wrong and than an order of my friends wings came out as riblets. The waiter did not write anything down but acting surprised when the orders were wrong and management did not give an apology of any kind but actually acted more as a peer to the waiter than trying too please the consumer. Bad experience. I try to give the benefit of the doubt and last time I went it was only so so. But evidently this waitress didn't like us. I offered to take my daughter and dil to lunch with the three grandkids and the waitress looked like she'd had sour grapes from the start. I thought well maybe it was just me. We have two special needs kids though they were doing pretty darn good... And then I watched and heard the difference between how she treated us and treated the other table she was waiting on. By th end it was pathetic. I heard her telling them to be sure and enter the review and give her a wow and on and on....I got a baked potato loaded that had no butter three pieces of grated cheese and four bacon bits. Sour cream on it. And it was warm. Not hot. The soup was actually steak cut up on top and no soup underneath. I had to ask got more tea. And butter. I got it after she went to fawn all over the other tables and bring them other things--but that didn't really bother me since I like to see people get good service. But really? I had a baby fussing who was cutting teeth. We were giving him Tylenol and he calmed down in the time it took her to get the butter back to me. How very sad. 61.00 for that. And I finally paid at the table because she never came back. I cleaned the table. Stacked all the dishes. Made sure it was all tidy--I always do if I take my grandchildren. Will I go back? Nope. I ordered the all the you can eat boneless chicken wings. I have seen it a few times over the past year or so, so I wanted to give it a try. It has been a few years since I visited. Overall, it was okay. I initially ordered the extra hot buffalo sauce wings. I wanted to try a couple of the other varieties. It was by far the best but it was "grossly" overcooked. They were "extremely" hard. Probably triple breaded. Out of the 4 different flavors I tried, it was the best. The garlic parmesan was good but too rich. The Asian sweet chili was horrible. The regular buffalo was good. The refill nuggets were about half the size of the original order and basically more breading than chicken. The fries were excellent. Their House Ranch was excellent. I ordered each refill, at the same time I got my food. I knew it would take awhile but damn, not that long! That is exactly why I ordered them when I did. Refills, half the size and they play the waiting game, that is utter bullshit. The last refill, I ordered, DOUBLE fries, because they offered ENDLESS FRIES and I got a regular order of fries. Which really pissed me off. I am not sure I will ever visit them again but if I do, I will not PLAY YOUR GD GAME! I waited a week to post this.
