My last review was 5 months ago and I guess they either don't care and/or don't pay attention to their reviews. I asked for a burger with onions, pickles & mustard only. You would assume I would only get my requested items..wrong they decided to put cheese on it. I also asked for ketchup again and of course it wasn't it there. Seriously how hard is it to listen to your customers and get their orders correct? And then when you ask for the correct item(s) the employees get attitude. Very frustrating. read more

Visiting from out of town and had Whataburger. I got an avocado bacon burger meal from the breakfast menu and added a few jalapeños. The burger is on Texas toast with plenty of guacamole with onions, tomatoes and american cheese. It was good, I would get it again. read more

The service was slow paced and inconsiderate, I ordered my food around 10:43 am and never got it until 11:15 am. There were customers that came in after I ordered and still got their food before I did. I mean it's Whataburger so you should know what to expect but if you've never been to one honestly the service isn't great but the food is. I normally get the triple meat burger which is served with a BIG drink. I really don't recommend the whata wings tho they were not good but everything else is I can't give them a perfect rating but the service is not great and I've been forgotten about more than once but overall it's a good burger at a decent price read more

I'm not usually inclined to review a fast food chain but the staff at this location were awesome. We stopped in on a road trip for a quick bite, we have two picky eaters who have very particular requests and our cashier Ericha and the cook were both very attentive to the order. I always say I'm probably the only Texan that isn't a fan of Whataburger and hadn't been in years. But we had family visiting and stopped to get breakfast while out and about. We ordered right away and went to the window, where we stayed for about 10 minutes. The lady was counting her drawer, which is fine as it has to be done, but she could've communicated with us, or stopped to give us our food, which another employee had brought and placed near her. It literally took like the full 10 minutes for her to count her drawer. That should take a couple minutes tops. Anyway, the food wasn't really hot by the time we received it. I went in yesterday to have them fixed the order they messed up in the first place, got home and opened the bag only to have them fucked it up the second time (ordered to have my burger have GR onions, no pickles and no mustard)... Idk if they are incompetent or in a rush, either way these people don't have integrity as well as high standards. This is why in n out will always be superior to any whattaburger. Quality burgers and service doesn't seem to go to this location so bye. Oh did I mention that they are slow too if you go to the drive thru?? This place has the best grilled chicken salad with apples and cranberry that I've ever had!! You definitely get your money's worth! Order curbside delivery at 1608 from 22nd/Cache location in Lawton, to be ready for curbside pickup between 1612-1618. Got there like a minute later and checked in. Another customer came AFTER me, pulled in and was brought his stuff after a couple minutes. 20 minutes after I ordered I went inside to see what the problem was. My order was sitting on the counter, getting cold, with no drinks. Employee Brooke has the worst attitude ever for a CUSTOMER SERVICE position. The manager on duty made sure to tell everyone it was not her store, that she was only helping out. Believe me, they needs TONS of help, starting with how to treat others without copping an attitude. To make even worse, the order wasn't even right! Missing 2 orders of onions rings, substituted 1 cold, soggy order of fries, and no dressing for the salad. This Whataburger is without a doubt in my mind the worst I have ever been to and will ever go to. I've only been twice (I felt bad and figured everyone deserves a second chance) and have only been disappointed. The drive thru cashier always has an attitude, you wait 20 min on a fast day for the food, they always forget to give you something in your order or they charge you for something you didn't order despite them repeating your order back to you and finally the food is never fresh. Would not recommend this Whataburger just go to the 6702 NW Cache instead, that one is superior. read more

One car ahead of us took 25 minutes to get their order; the one ahead of it took 15. With almost a dozen cars in line you can imagine how long your wait's gonna be. So if you're low on gas or have to pee you're shit out of luck here. And don't bother to check if your order's correct when you finally do get your food. It's almost guaranteed to be screwed up so just drive away and be thankful you learned stuff today. They should re-name it Whataslowassburger. read more
