Visiting from out of town and had Whataburger. I got an avocado bacon burger meal from the breakfast menu and added a few jalapeños. The burger is on Texas toast with plenty of guacamole with onions, tomatoes and american cheese. It was good, I would get it again. read more

My last review was 5 months ago and I guess they either don't care and/or don't pay attention to their reviews. I asked for a burger with onions, pickles & mustard only. You would assume I would only get my requested items..wrong they decided to put cheese on it. I also asked for ketchup again and of course it wasn't it there. Seriously how hard is it to listen to your customers and get their orders correct? And then when you ask for the correct item(s) the employees get attitude. Very frustrating. read more

I mean it's Whataburger so you should know what to expect but if you've never been to one honestly the service isn't great but the food is. I normally get the triple meat burger which is served with a BIG drink. I really don't recommend the whata wings tho they were not good but everything else is I can't give them a perfect rating but the service is not great and I've been forgotten about more than once but overall it's a good burger at a decent price read more

They are the absolute slowest whataburger ever. Waited over 10 minutes for a single burger . And they got the order wrong !!

The service was slow paced and inconsiderate, I ordered my food around 10:43 am and never got it until 11:15 am. There were customers that came in after I ordered and still got their food before I did. The food was great and hot, appreciate that but I think the service needs to have better communication and faster pace. read more

Always good, consistent and usually pretty friendly, the sweet spicy burger never misses and love that they're open 24/7

i like whataburger. ive eaten at multiple wb locations. always had great, consistent experience until i tried the east side lawton ok location. buns were kind of stale and very dry interior way way too much mustard. i ate it but just barely. that was a couple of months ago tho so i am going to give the lawton wb another try. read more

The food was good but I could easily compare it to a McDonald's and the service was alright it took 30+ minutes to get the food it was very loud buance overall around 2-3 stars mid fr read more

Hands down the worst whataburger I've ever been to, being from Texas I guess you can say my standards for whataburger are high.... Well not a single thing from location was good not even my Dr. Pepper would give zero stars if I could read more

This particular WHATABURGER happen to be one of the best places that I like to get my food. They know actually how I want it. An they never go about looking to cheat the customer, of it food portion. Maybe it's what I order read more

I'm not usually inclined to review a fast food chain but the staff at this location were awesome. We stopped in on a road trip for a quick bite, we have two picky eaters who have very particular requests and our cashier Ericha and the cook were both very attentive to the order. The staff were all incredibly friendly and our kids ate the burgers so that's good too. :) read more

I always say I'm probably the only Texan that isn't a fan of Whataburger and hadn't been in years. But we had family visiting and stopped to get breakfast while out and about. We ordered right away and went to the window, where we stayed for about 10 minutes. The lady was counting her drawer, which is fine as it has to be done, but she could've communicated with us, or stopped to give us our food, which another employee had brought and placed near her. It literally took like the full 10 minutes for her to count her drawer. That should take a couple minutes tops. Anyway, the food wasn't really hot by the time we received it. It didn't taste terrible, it's just that it was lukewarm at best. I probably wouldn't go back. read more

There was nothing fast about this food. I Sat at the drive thru window for over 30 min waiting for my food while the line of cars piled up down the road. read more

Horrible experience waited 20 min at window for 2 sandwiches and large fry get home and fries were disgusting and soggy they got fed to my dogs along with part of sandwich which sucked ass as well. Will never visit this location again. At least the other one has good food even though their service sucks too read more

Best fast food burger spot in town. not even close !! staff is amazing! The GM is creating a great environment for his employees and for us guest!! They're not perfect but they are striving for excellence in all that they do. read more

Whataburger - Fast Food Near Me - Lawton, Oklahoma

I'll never go back to this location. I went in yesterday to have them fixed the order they messed up in the first place, got home and opened the bag only to have them fucked it up the second time (ordered to have my burger have GR onions, no pickles and no mustard)... Idk if they are incompetent or in a rush, either way these people don't have integrity as well as high standards. This is why in n out will always be superior to any whattaburger. Quality burgers and service doesn't seem to go to this location so bye. Oh did I mention that they are slow too if you go to the drive thru?? It took me about 30 mins to order and to receive my order. Maybe hire more people next time. This is Betty, the sad looking burger. read more

You deserve 0 out of 5 but I guess you can cheat people into giving you a star just as much as you can lie about when their food is supposed to be ready for pick up. Been waiting in line for an online order for almost 45 minutes now. Customer Service number said there was some long process to get my money reimbursed to my debit card. Will not be coming back. read more

Whataburger - The line of cars wrapped around the building. - Fast Food Near Me - Lawton, Oklahoma

Like any other WHATABURGER, food was great!! In my opinion they need to update the inside of the restaurant. That's why is 4 stars!!

My wife got home with our food and I had the chicken strip basket but there was no chicken in the box. So she took it back for the chicken when she got home there was no gravy in the box. How brain dead do you have to be to get the same order wrong twice. I guess it's a job requirement to be stupid. They didn't even apologize for the mistake but they giggled about it. I'll never go back to this place. read more

Good for fast food, I gave 5 stars because it is more old style and different than all the same big chains. Also the sizes of the burgers are pretty good. The chicken bites are ok, meat is good but was a little dry. read more

Taking forever for food in drive thru and homeless people walking around cars Employees not very friendly either read more

Was there yesterday & was very impressed. I always have good food when I go the drive through but today the line was forever. So I went inside & was so impressed with how clean it was & everyone was getting orders quickly. The cashier Melanie was very friendly & the perfect person for the front of your store. Maybe the next door busy chain could get some pointers from her. read more

Food is made when you order. So it isn't instant. But it's good. The patty melt is my favorite--until I found out it's 1000 calories. So now I leave that to the teens. That's a huge caloric intake They are opened 24 hours and reasonably priced. That makes them popular. And the good food. Been going here 20 years. Will keep going because it's not some huge corporation read more

This whataburger has gone way downhill. Twice in two visits they given me the wrong order and treated me like it was my problem when I brought it back read more

Whataburger - Hamburger - Fast Food Near Me - Lawton, Oklahoma

This place has the best grilled chicken salad with apples and cranberry that I've ever had!! You definitely get your money's worth! No other fast food place comes close to not only the taste but the value! It's at least twice as big as any fast food salad you get at the competitors!! Way to go Whataburger!! read more

Order curbside delivery at 1608 from 22nd/Cache location in Lawton, to be ready for curbside pickup between 1612-1618. Got there like a minute later and checked in. Another customer came AFTER me, pulled in and was brought his stuff after a couple minutes. 20 minutes after I ordered I went inside to see what the problem was. My order was sitting on the counter, getting cold, with no drinks. Employee Brooke has the worst attitude ever for a CUSTOMER SERVICE position. The manager on duty made sure to tell everyone it was not her store, that she was only helping out. Believe me, they needs TONS of help, starting with how to treat others without copping an attitude. To make even worse, the order wasn't even right! Missing 2 orders of onions rings, substituted 1 cold, soggy order of fries, and no dressing for the salad. ALL of which was on the order taped to the front of the bag! Save yourself the frustration and don't eat here. read more

This Whataburger is without a doubt in my mind the worst I have ever been to and will ever go to. I've only been twice (I felt bad and figured everyone deserves a second chance) and have only been disappointed. The drive thru cashier always has an attitude, you wait 20 min on a fast day for the food, they always forget to give you something in your order or they charge you for something you didn't order despite them repeating your order back to you and finally the food is never fresh. Would not recommend this Whataburger just go to the 6702 NW Cache instead, that one is superior. read more

Love the food and the service is good as well. I think the food could be better and the ambiance does kinda lack in there but other wise it's all out okay. read more

My visit today was very atrocious. They refused to honor a first responder discount even though we had firm proof of our eligibility. The manager on duty was Grenada and she was very rude, and was even stand offish. We are never going to come back to this location again and would advise others to refrain from doing so as well. read more

I'm sorry but they take WAY TO LONG! I don't have time before work at 4 in the morning to sit in line for 35 minutes just for them to serve one person. Unacceptable. It's an EVERYDAY THING. You are the only fast food place open before 5/6 am and you have at least 4 people on the floor. One of which was in the restroom for 15 minutes and came out with their phone. FIX YOURSELF read more

Straight up got my entire order wrong on door dash, got two meals and they got everything backwards as well as missing items and items that were not asked for. Their employees can't read simple Instructions so there's that. 0/10 would not recommend ordering on door dash from this location. read more

If you go through the drive-thru, stop by the gas station first to top off your tank and go to the bathroom. This is the slowest drive-thru ever. One car ahead of us took 25 minutes to get their order; the one ahead of it took 15. With almost a dozen cars in line you can imagine how long your wait's gonna be. So if you're low on gas or have to pee you're shit out of luck here. And don't bother to check if your order's correct when you finally do get your food. It's almost guaranteed to be screwed up so just drive away and be thankful you learned stuff today. They should re-name it Whataslowassburger. read more

Whataburger - If you want some slow-ass burgers this is the place for you - Fast Food Near Me - Lawton, Oklahoma

Plain burger with a mediocre shake. While we stopped here purely as a substitute for McDonalds or another such larger chain, it seemed that this chain is similar... Just a couple years behind in technology. Things that could have been improved: fries were relatively tasteless, burger was exceptionally plain, speed of service Things that were excellent: staff helpfulness and friendliness, easy access, seems like a very popular place to eat in this part of the world. read more

Night shift here is terrible. They were rude and my food was not even made correctly. My fries were cold, my honey butter biscuit was disgusting. We asked if breakfast was serving and the manager out of all people got an attitude and rudely said yes... I am very upset.
