We stopped in on a road trip for a quick bite, we have two picky eaters who have very particular requests and our cashier Ericha and the cook were both very attentive to the order. I always say I'm probably the only Texan that isn't a fan of Whataburger and hadn't been in years. But we had family visiting and stopped to get breakfast while out and about. We ordered right away and went to the window, where we stayed for about 10 minutes. The lady was counting her drawer, which is fine as it has to be done, but she could've communicated with us, or stopped to give us our food, which another employee had brought and placed near her. It literally took like the full 10 minutes for her to count her drawer. That should take a couple minutes tops. Anyway, the food wasn't really hot by the time we received it. I went in yesterday to have them fixed the order they messed up in the first place, got home and opened the bag only to have them fucked it up the second time (ordered to have my burger have GR onions, no pickles and no mustard)... Idk if they are incompetent or in a rush, either way these people don't have integrity as well as high standards. This is why in n out will always be superior to any whattaburger. Quality burgers and service doesn't seem to go to this location so bye. Oh did I mention that they are slow too if you go to the drive thru?? Order curbside delivery at 1608 from 22nd/Cache location in Lawton, to be ready for curbside pickup between 1612-1618. Got there like a minute later and checked in. Another customer came AFTER me, pulled in and was brought his stuff after a couple minutes. 20 minutes after I ordered I went inside to see what the problem was. My order was sitting on the counter, getting cold, with no drinks. Employee Brooke has the worst attitude ever for a CUSTOMER SERVICE position. The manager on duty made sure to tell everyone it was not her store, that she was only helping out. Believe me, they needs TONS of help, starting with how to treat others without copping an attitude. To make even worse, the order wasn't even right! Missing 2 orders of onions rings, substituted 1 cold, soggy order of fries, and no dressing for the salad. This Whataburger is without a doubt in my mind the worst I have ever been to and will ever go to. I've only been twice (I felt bad and figured everyone deserves a second chance) and have only been disappointed. The drive thru cashier always has an attitude, you wait 20 min on a fast day for the food, they always forget to give you something in your order or they charge you for something you didn't order despite them repeating your order back to you and finally the food is never fresh. One car ahead of us took 25 minutes to get their order; the one ahead of it took 15. With almost a dozen cars in line you can imagine how long your wait's gonna be. So if you're low on gas or have to pee you're shit out of luck here. And don't bother to check if your order's correct when you finally do get your food.
