I've been meaning to leave a post from when I went to Ft. Sill for a weekend vacation to visit family in August, so sorry for this delay hopefully the service has changed from then. This is the first time ever to Whataburger and I ordered the patty melt with fries and a drink. It was extremely delicious so that was about the only plus side to going there. Once I got in line it literally took me from the time I pulled into the drive thru line until I got my order and was heading out a good 35 mins!! Now granted they make the food fresh which is also a plus my food was hot and hot fries so I didn't mind the wait, but if you have somewhere you need to be in a hurry this is definitely NOT the place for a quick stop. Once I got to the speaker to order the worker on the mic was horrible. Don't get me wrong he wasn't mean he just spoke with slang and was so unprofessional that I felt like I was back in Long Beach or Compton, California again. He kept having me repeat my order and took forever to punch in the register what I wanted and while waiting at the window for my food he constantly was talking to the other workers with the window closed and never acknowledged that I was sitting there waiting. If you go here for breakfast you will have to stand at the counter and wait even if you are the only one in line. Yes, they see you waiting but are in no hurry to give good service. If you want hot coffee better stop somewhere else and bring it in with you. The coffee sits in unheated container and is almost never hot at 7am. You tell them they will bring you a hot coffee but the cold coffee stays put for another 2 hours according to the tag on the coffee container. Yuck!!! However, food is generally good. read more

I haven't tried every fast food chain out there, but of the ones I have tried Whataburger is my favorite. I do not know exactly what they do to their burgers that makes me enjoy them more than other places, but I do. As for this particular Whataburger, the food tastes the same as any other, so no issues one way or the other. The people working there are always smiling and friendly, above and beyond what I experience at other fast food chains and even some restaurants in the area. They always seems so happy to be there and to help you, something you don't see often. Sometimes it seems a little dirty in there, but not enough to detract from eating there. Its also open 24 hours a day so whenever I am craving it, I get it. Whenever I want fast food, this is the place I go to. read more

I know, 5 stars for a fast food joint?? Well if this is the first and last time I ever give a fast food place a 5 star then so be it, but this place deserves it. We came in with my brother and my 9 other family members for dinner after my brothers graduation from Army basic training. We walked in and I noticed it was super clean and did not have that greasy smell most fast food places have. We all ordered and the service was very friendly and patient since this was our first time and we had questions. We all customized our burgers and were on our way to get our drinks just as a bus of about 20 people pulled up. The staff handled it amazingly! They had all the customers through the line in 5 minutes. Our food came out and every order was correct. Everything was hot, fresh, and very delicious. I observed as they brought out the orders for the bus customers within 10 minutes of ordering. It was incredible! Overall, this was the best fast food dining experience I've ever had. They have strawberry Fanta, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the restaurant is clean. What more could you ask for? read more

I ordered a double Whataburger and received a single. Asked for avocado, bacon, and jalapeño and only received cheese. Very disappointed. Let me start off by saying I've been to 3 different locations all where the same. All locations got my order wrong, all had your typical teenage friendly staff and all where a huge disappointment. I've been to one in Lawton,OK. Tucson ,AZ. and El Paso, TX...... I grew up in LA now live in Las Vegas , everyone I know who come from the south rave about Whataburger , give me "In n Out or Five Guys" any day. Whataburger"s fries are ok not bad not great , but the burgers are bland and not worth the price or the time. The burgers are on par with Del tacos bacon cheeseburger.... the only good thing they have is their " spicy ketchup ". I'm a West-Coaster. In this area, compared to McDonald's, Burger King and Carl's Junior, this is absolutely my first choice. Their fries are very thin and crispy, and their burger tastes real. I think their smashed-looking bun kinda adds to the whole experience of Whataburger, as too many condiments make this bun slide all over the place. My kids like it, because the buns are thin and the whole thing fits in their hands. Careful, their standard condiment is Mustard, so, if you don't like Mustard, get ready to say something. They dice their onions, and their iceberg lettuce is chunked. Their tomatoes are slices almost see-through, and add a nice flavor since they're so thin. Everything tastes pretty fresh, MUCH better than your standard Clown and King joints. No nonsense approach to taking your order, and they bring your food to your table, along with napkins, ketchup and other condiments, which keeps their aisles clear. The only thing better than their burger, is their Honey Chicken Biscuit at breakfast time. Get one for each hand. Whataburger has definitely made me a believer. CHEERS!!! read more

Came here with a 20 person team. Extremely slow in comparison to other restaurants accommodating us. We chose to come here because we thought it would be decently quick so we could get back on the road but boy we were wrong. It's usually pretty good but today it's horrible. I ordered our food and milkshakes. We got our food in about ten minutes and our shakes in about 20 after asking for them. The brought our shakes out and they were chocolate, not vanilla. Oh and they never brought the requested condiments.. bad service happens sometimes but this was really bad.
