An all-stop food place I'm not going to say it's the perfect place but, it's really good. They have nice hamburgers. You're not gonna get something for you're gonna say where is the beef and other words nice toppings on them. They have very many different types of hamburgers six, seven, or eight. They have free drink refills, which is starting to get hard if you read what's going on, a lot of them are getting rid of those They also have salads, etc. you can get off the menu and they serve breakfast which many people don't realize The restaurants are clean. And of course, they have what they're known for-- ice cream They have freezes and milkshakes and all the different types of sundae you can want, and if they don't have exactly what you want on the menu, you can make it up and they'll fix it And I'd like to say something about their milk if you have a slight milk allergy like I do they have what it's called A2 milk They have bread all of a certain type of en out of their milks to where it's just all A2 now it is wonderful I can drink it. I don't get sick anymore from milk. My allergy was the type that when I get up in the morning if I have milk, I feel nauseous. However, later in the day sometime 2 o'clock, maybe even a little later if I drink, it is not too bad I think it's after I've eaten and have food in my stomach that it's easier to handle Also, in their little store, you could buy fresh meat, vegetables, orange juice, some fruits, three rows of different types of ice cream premium the regular diet. They're no sugar added there yogurts there... You get the idea. Definitely place to go and try out at least once or twice, so you could try their hamburgers and their chicken fingers or their salads and find out how much she liked them they do specials on hamburgers, burger, or something like that if you look or ask them about it, they'll tell you about it. You can also find it on their site. They also have a breakfast thing like that. I think so many biscuits and eggs or I don't know exactly what but I remember but so I would definitely check that out as well if you have a big family If you're home would be burgers and have lettuce, tomatoes cut, cut up and just plop those burgers down and fix them how you want This is Restaurant is regionally owned. Its main office is in Tuttle, Oklahoma they have stores in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma may be a few in northern Texas and eastern Arkansas. Let's be real: I went to a fast food place during the lunch rush. So I knew they where gonna be busy. I'm not tripping out over waiting 6 minutes for a meal that was full cooked and delicious as can be. The tables needed attending to but all employees where serving customers or making food. I spent 15 minutes waiting next to the doors because they want to make it seem like they provide some sort of "fast food" service. I ordered 2 sundaes, I had to wait in the parking lot smelling what smelled like hot garbage or sewage and then eventually get out of my car to speak to an assistant manager who did nothing to comp me for a nearly 25 minute wait for 2 sundaes without toppings.. they should have let me know they didn't have strawberry topping to go on my strawberry shortcake sundae before they took my money to pay for it. Next time a fast food resturant askes me to pull forward from the window to wait for someone to bring me what I ordered I'm going to tell them NO! They can just give me my money back. Nobody is going ahead of me in line so they can waste my time, gas, and money not bringing me what I ordered. I like the concept of Braum's, however, most of their employees suck.. and their assistant manager at this location is a big part of the reason I'll not stop there again anytime soon. His job is to correct his co-workers/employees mistakes. In the future I'll go the the one on Gore instead. I won't spend another dime at the location on Cache. Loved this place for a little dessert after dinner! We opted to drive thru, so I can't comment on the ambiance or service inside, but the drive thru experience was excellent and our ice cream was perfection. I got a mint chocolate chip scoop in a waffle cone and devoured it. Others in our group got single dips (scoops) of strawberry, a rocky road, and a chocolate and they all loved it too. Another got a candy mix (think blizzard) and he said it was excellent. I highly recommend Braun's ice cream! Next visit we're gonna get dinner & ice cream versus just dessert :) read more

The people working at the Sheridan Road store in Lawton do not know what's on the menu, apparently. When I tried to order HAND PACKED PINTS one day I could get them. Other days? Nope. No such thing. You must come into the store. WTH? They order taker says there is no such thing and just wanted to move on with the order today. People just do not care or do not want to help you. I came home and called the manager. He told me I was correct in that I COULD get these HAND PACKED PINTS thru the drive-thru. I went back and was stern in that I was speaking loudly, articulately. She then accused me of yelling. Again, she just wanted to move on with the order. Let me submit to you that I was not yelling but did not show her the difference. I never used bad language and neither did the order taker. To all potential customers, make sure the order taker READS BACK your order. When they try to give you the "... well, it's a new store and all." So what. They do so many things well but the rules change from day to day as to what you can order thru the drive-thru. This is unfortunate. I complained to corporate and they called me back in one day (good) to reassure me that the employees know NOW that I can buy those HAND PACKED PINTS. Here it is two days later and I went back today to give them another chance. I wished I hadn't. Terrible. Not again, EVER. First, the order taker acted like they didn't know what I was talking about and someone else corrected them and so the order was then actually placed, letting me know once again that not everyone taking orders SHOULD BE. I then was asked to pull up and wait for the HAND PACKED PINTS. I waited for four minutes and went in. They man that said he would bring them out didn't. I asked him if they had forgotten and he said, "No, someone just tried to deliver them to your vehicle and he just missed you." It's always some sort of fight and am finished (once again) with Braum's. Back in 2008, I tried to order gift certificates through the drive-thru and the order taker said to drive-thru. After waiting for three cars I was told that they do NOT sell gift certificates through the drive-thru. So, as a result, I didn't gave Braum's my business for 18 years. I decided to give them another chance today with the NEW store that is near my house. I will not be going back. Hey, Braum's, if you don't want me to buy something then don't tell me it's available! Everytime my husband and I eat here, there is terrible service. Employees are next to never happy to serve you. I know it's work, but it's better for everyone if you act and work positively. The aura and atmosphere are the worst. They don't smile and when you try to order, they just get to it. They definitely no not wait for special orders or requests. It is one place where you need to write the order down and hope they follow it. The tables are always dirty and the food, especially the chicken sandwiches are just bad. It is in my opinion, overpriced for what it is. The ice creams are good when they do it right. It has now been 2 weeks since my wife and I returned to California, and hardly a day has passed where we haven't considered hopping on a plane to Oklahoma, just to enjoy Braum's one more time. We have only had the ice cream, but this is easily the best ice cream that either my wife or I have ever had. You can truly appreciate the freshness of the ingredients. When we were staying in Lawton (5 days but only 3 full days) we came here twice, and both times they were offering 2 scoops for $1.79. This is an unbelievable value, and we would have easily paid $3.50-$4.00 and still considered it to be worthwhile. If we had more time in Oklahoma, I would have loved to visit their farm in Tuttle and take the tour. Love it! My son always gets the birthday cake ice cream. I always get a double scoop waffle cone; the flavors usually vary since I love ice cream! Food is good too. Burgers aren't outstanding but deff better than something off a value meal. The place is usually manned by a bunch of teenagers but haven't had a order messed up. Yet. I really do like Braums but almost every time I go through the drive thru I have to ask them to fill up my large fries. I didn't do that today and I'm upset with myself because I didn't. I get home to see the fries barely half way full. It's to the point where I feel like I should just buy 2 large fries so I don't need to keep asking them for more. We came here 2 days in a row (same location). First day, they had a new employee (couldn't have been older than 16) working the register. I have a very high tolerance for new employees because I know how intimidating a new job can be. She was a little slow at understanding our order but somehow....managed to read it back correctly but put it in wrong. My boyfriend asked for mayo and cheese only on his burger and she was having trouble putting it into the computer. Her supervisor was at the next register NOT HELPING ANY ONE and didn't help her at all. Once she read back our order and I paid for it, I looked over the receipt and noticed a few mistakes. I told her the mistakes and her supervisor chimes in "well then she'll just have to refund it. And since you paid with your card, it's gonna be a while until you get your money back." I told her that was fine. She rolled her eyes and said again "well she'll have to refund it". I got a little upset that they messed up and were making a big deal about fixing their mistake and said never mind. I can fix the burger when I get it. She said "ok" and went back to what she was doing. This isn't a complaint on the girl, it's a complaint on her "leadership". Day 2. Kept it simple. 2 candy bar sundaes. I tell the Assistant Manager I want a double dip candy bar sundae. He says "alright" then turns around. He brings back a bowl with vanilla ice cream and I say "I wanted a different type of ice cream" he just pauses and looks at me for a second and says "oh". And throws it away. I am taking a star away for the customer service. If the intercom is hard to hear people placing orders they need a new system. When you pull forward and the person taking your order is frustrated and gives you attitude, its time you need a new speaker system. Stopped by for ice cream and there were a few people in line ahead of us. All the employees looked upset and frustrated. The manager was extremely rude to the young man trying to help us and we then informed him that the people before us hadn't been helped yet. He rolled his eyes and rudely asked the people what they wanted then slammed a scoop and walked to the back. We then noticed a customer at the checkout asking a question about his order and receipt. The manager walked over and without even letting him say anything said that her employee was right. The customer tried to explain to her as she walked away so she turned back around, grabbed his ice cream, added a scoop, handed it back to him and rolled her eyes. We then witnessed her grab a carton from an employee trying to empty strawberries and do the same thing he was already doing.
