The wife and I had to rush out to Alexandria around 9am on Saturday morning and we didn't have time to eat breakfast so we decided to hit up the Chick-Fil-A since it was on the way. Boy, were we sure glad we did! Service - If only I could be this friendly, nice, and efficient at 9am, especially on a Saturday. When was the last time you were in a drive thru and after placing your order were told, "I hope you have a wonderful weekend!"? And no, there were no [sarcasm] brackets around that. What a wonderful way to start off the day! Food - I usually get the chicken biscuit meal ($4) w/ OJ + tots. The biscuit is crisp and slightly buttery on the outside; soft and chewy on the inside. The chicken breast is slightly smaller than those they serve at lunch/dinner but it's perfectly fried and incredibly tasty. I ordered it w/ an egg this time but I totally shouldn't have - it's liquid egg product and it's so thin, it looks like a slice of cheese. Ask for the honey roasted BBQ sauce b/c it is such a perfect fit w/ the sandwich. The tots are similar to Burger King's tot coins. My wife got the breakfast burrito w/ chicken ($4) w/ a fruit cup ($1) and OJ - she liked it a lot and it was very easy to eat in the car. You can also get a sausage biscuit or burrito - odd considering you have a giant cow just above you telling you to Eat Mor Chikin! If you're in a hurry and need some breakfast, this is THE Chick-Fil-A to go to! Note: Breakfast is served until 10:30a.m. daily. And per Chick-Fil-A policy, they are closed on Sundays. read more

I never knew service at Fast Food could be this good. The people taking the orders cleared the lines real fast. When i sat down, a lady came over to introduce herself as my server and would refill my drink when I needed. Wha'ts great also is that Chick fil a offers a wide range of sauces to go with the chicken. Wonderful place to eat. Just a pity that they don't open on Sundays. read more

Clean, polite and fast! The service was typical Chick-fil-a, top notch and I was greeted with a smile. My food was hot, fresh and delivered right to the table. Restrooms were clean, well stocked and well lit. The lobby was constantly being cleaned by two very sweet Spanish ladies and they were doing a great job. I love Chick-Fil-a, the brand and the food. Long long slow drive through great food but I'm inpatient when I come for fast food I expect FAST food...,

My husband had Chick-fil-a on his mind for Friday night dinner. I was all in!!!! Ordering through the app is a MUST! Cuts your wait time down tremendously! Very busy place anytime we go. Unfortunately, the small amount of space the restaurant is allotted makes for awkward drive thru lines. It would be nice if they added a crosswalk for customers who park in the larger parking lot. Once my hubby arrived home with "his" fries that were still hot, we dug in. Delish as always. I ordered the original chicken sandwich deluxe with pepper jack and BACON, added the roasted bbq sauce, yummy until the end. That smoky bacon was a great last minute add, I never order it. So this review is mostly for Chick Fil A as much as it is the Laurel location. I recently moved down to the DMV from Boston where there is no Chick Fil A. I've had it before and enjoyed it, but was really looking forward to the gastro goodness that is fast food outside of New England. CFA doesn't dissapoint. My #1 value sized was delightful. I had the Chick Fil A sauce on my sandwich along with lettuce tomato and provolone. God it was good. And the waffle fries are incredible. I am glad that places like this exist, but also glad that I don't live near one because I would be fat. Like take down wall of my house to get me to the hospital fat. And the location was clean, large and had incredible service. It amazes me that they still don't open on Sundays. Don't get me wrong, I'm fine with it. I just think its admirable that they don't bend to the corporate pressures of another day of revenue. Must be privately owned. read more

This gets the best marks possible for fast food. The chicken is moist and flavorful, the spicy is not nearly spicy enough - but you can't get spicy at any restaurant in this area. The place is always clean and they close on Sundays. Eat more chiken!! read more

Ingredients: lemon (real lemons) - not that 10% juice stuff, but simply lemons, water & sugar. Buy a jug, crush some ice and mix in some fresh strawberries, mint, fruit of choice or even basil. Atmophere-- The atmosphere here is welcoming to everyone. Very family and kid friendly. The staff ensures the restaurant is clean and one of the staff members comes by your table when they see you're near the end of your meal and offer a mint and to take your trash. What's better than that. Quality of Food-- The food is always amazing at this location. I have never received the wrong meal. I went there for dinner and it was not a good choice. My Food was cold, they never offered me sauce, and it was not a warm welcoming feeling. When I got my food, I had to go back up to get sauce. No employee talks to me. About 7 people looked at me and kept moving. Nobody asked me if they could help me. So when someone finally wants to talk to me, they roll there eyes when I ask them for my sauce. So I went back to get more food for a friend and the lady at the register said " ohh it's you again". This was the most impressive Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. And I've been to one in almost every state! I was driving through the area and stopped in real quick to get Starbucks next door. At the last minute my wife and I decided to do a mobile order. I hit send as I backed out of the Starbucks literally next door, drove to a closer spot; walked in and it was ready and accurate! I called customer service and they were supposed to forward the information over .then they sent me an email asking me the same questions all over again. I still didn't receive a refund. then I spoke to a supervisor who said the manager at this location would get back to me they never did . their thieves! read more

The worst experience I have ever had at Chick-fil-A! Not sure if it was because there was an excess of young people and what looked to be no one over the age of 18. I tried this Chick-Fil-A for the first time, and its was meh. I ordered the wrap sandwich meal. Can't described the taste(Bland), it was like a food that just got out of fridge. I know, its fast food, but it sure is delicious! I've been here twice this week in my quest to put on weight without feeling like a weighed down bloated mess. The great thing about chick-fil-a is that their char grilled chicken sandwich isn't full of fat and calories. Their side salad is pretty descent for what it is and they have fat free honey mustard (which is really yummy). To top it all off, they now offer their mildhsakes in a small! If you've never had a cookies & cream milkshake from here, you need one. I was in heaven! I'm thinking of making it my usual stop after the gym. You know sweat it off and indulge guilt free. This place is always pretty up to par according to my standards. I just wish that I wouldn't have to wait to get past the cars in the drive thru blocking the entrance to the parking lot. I would much rather go in. I liked that a very nice woman offered samples of the frosted coffee while I stood in line. I was only disappointed with how I felt rushed during my order. You all should remind the employees to exercise better listening skills. I had to repeat myself more than once and the order was still wrong. I ordered two club sandwich meals (and they did not come with any of the signature sauce) and three milkshakes. I also believe that it doesn't make sense to have wait for milkshakes after the meal has been handed to you. It defeats the purpose of fast and fresh food. read more
