Wow! I never thought I would give a 2-star review to a Chick fil A. The only reason it isn't 1-star is the food was hot and still tastes superior to any other fast food. That said let me begin with the drive through was extremely slow which even when the lines are long they usually move quickly. Second after the extended wait they forgot my wife's nuggets and I had to go in to get them. The girl proceeded to check the bag to verify the nuggets were not in the bag as if I were trying to get steal an extra order of nuggets. She retrieved the nuggets and apologized. I would never expect anything for free however literally every other Chick fil A would have given me a card for a free sandwich or something for the inconvenience. She offered nothing but an apology. Take my advice and drive to the next exit with a Chick fil A and avoid this one! read more

My wife picked up food from the drive thru this evening. The fries for my daughter's kid's meal were not included (half the meal). In speaking with the manager via telephone, I requested a driver drop them off as we live 5 minutes away. Though very polite, he cited policy and offered to make it right by offering a store pickup for the small fry good for 1 week. I am not surprised that imperfect people make mistakes. I get it. I am surprised that this location did little to right the situation. In this review, I gave two stars because the food we received was tasty. As a company of integrity I am perplexed with the apathy shown in wanting to correct the mistake. Needless to say this household is taking a break from Chick-fil-A for a while. read more

Awesome We stopped in for a quick bite before heading to a party. I ordered the spicy grilled chicken sandwich without realizing that it was a new and different one. I was pleasantly surprised with the taste. It is superb. Way better than the fried chicken sandwich. I don't usually say this but it was much better than any of the local places that offer a similar sandwich. The chicken pops in your mouth from the delicious spices and seasonings. During Thanksgiving week my family and I were driving from Houston to Mississippi. Along the way we stopped at this location for lunch. We decided to get it to-go since we were on a tight timeline. After ordering via the app, it prompted us to go inside and wait by the pickup area for our good. I'm used to ordering online, parking outside and having someone bring it out.. so it was inconveniencing to go inside, especially since it was PACKED but not a big deal. Regarding it being packed, we had to park in the back of the nearby Target parking lot because there were no spaces. Again, not a big deal but an inconvenience. When I arrived I walked inside and stood under the pickup sign as told. After waiting for 10 minutes I asked about the status of my order and the young lady told me it was done but didn't see it.. weird. She proceeded the hand me my drinks and left to go look for the order. As she's walking towards the kitchen I hear my name being yelled in the distance. For some reason, an employee is looking for me in the dining room area with my food. I wave to get their attention and as she's coming I ask if this didn't shop up as a pick up order? They just shrug and walk back to the kitchen. This was a semi-large order so I made sure to check everything. After looking in the bags we were missing all the sauces ordered, fork for the salad, salad dressing, fries, and both toys in the kids menu. I got someone's attention and they promptly got me everything but the kids toys. I asked again and they said they were out. I asked if they were going to tell me about it or just let me ride away without them. They, in turn and with a little attitude, told me the toy is just an "add on" and I actually don't pay for it with a kids meal. I then asked if I could instead get fruit or a cookie.. they said no, that I could only get an ice cream cone to replace it. I told them my kids were lactose intolerant and that's why we get the toy.. but since you're out, could we get something else? She again reminded me that I actually don't pay for the toy and it's an add-on and walked away. This was definitely the most annoying experience I've ever had at Chick-Fil-A. We've stopped here a few times while traveling across I-10 and can promise it will be our last. read more

Slowest location I've ever been to. Just as many employees as other locations that get you out in under 10 minutes with the same or even less amount of cars. This Chick-fil-a was popping, and the staff was on top of things. The drive thru line was out of the parking lot so we decided to go inside to place our order. There was hardly a line, so our wait was very brief. We placed our order, took a seat and our food was delivered very soon after. It was correct, our food was hot and fresh, and we were on our way in no time. Our chicken sandwiches were same as it ever was, and I gave the Mac and cheese a try on this visit. It was creamy, rich, and had that sort of crispy, browned cheese on the bottom. So good! Moral of my story is - if the drive thru line looks impossibly long, head inside and take a load off. read more

This restaurant is always the most crowded - and it seems like the staff always has a difficult time handling it. The ladies restroom was dirty - it smells like food and bodily fumes. The mouthwash dispenser is empty. The second stall toilet tissue is hard to pull. Haylee (cashier) looked scattered faces and dazed, she forgot to put our fries in the bag and even gave us fries that were covered in hairs and an abundance of salt. It was very disgusting! This is hands down the dirtiest chic-fil-a restaurant I have ever been to in my life. It's a pretty high volume store, especially the drive through I certainly get that some refuse can build up, but the amount of trash on the floor and piled up at the receptacles does not meet Cathy family standards. We drove back went inside to inform them they forgot the dressing then they wanted to charge me saying only 1 was included although online has 2 dressing. Fast friendly service. And they lives up to that. Stopped here at 9 am because we didn't want to go to that other burger joint next door. Unsure if they sold breakfast or if they'd be open we turned into the parking lot and to our joy, there were cars in the lot. We jumped into the store, joined the empty line and proceeded to order. I place my order for a chicken sandwich meal and chicken minis. My food was ready in about 3 minutes. Asked for Polynesian sauce and didn't have to pay anything extra to get it. Food was delicious and I was so happy that this place was recommended over the other. But I was still hungry from the chicken minis, so I order another set of 4 minis. Another stop on a looong road trip returning to Atl from Houston. We stopped here for breakfast and I had the 4 ct. minis combo. My food was hot and tasty and the service was great. However, I was a bit peeved because my chicken was ridiculously small. I've had the minis before and typically they are a decent size. I asked them to replace and they gave me the exact same size. It wasn't worth the hassle to try again, so I just ate them. This location's bathrooms are exceptionally nice as well. A good place to stop on a trip. But this location managed to ruin my appetite completely AND I was pretty hungry. My hash brows we totally over fried and all crumbled full of oil. I asked for fresh hash browns and what seemed to be the manager gave me an attitude. My chicken was so watery and full of skin I couldn't even eat half. It is 719 and we just left this Chickfila. I have been to chickfilas for over 10 years in Texas and Louisiana and this one tonight was by far the worst. Trash out of every trash can. Food and trash on the floor. Tables dirty. Trash piled outside around the trash cans. Not a manager in sight. A trash can was soo dirty that a customer was cleaning it. I guess a manager finally came out when my wife asked to see one. The employees said chase was sitting in the office. He argued with my wife, kept cutting her off, and gave the excuse that it was at the end of the month. Unbelievable!! We took pictures and will post. Never ended up posting pics.
