the staff an the food are incredible. Everything is so fresh and amazing. Honestly for the price you get a pretty amazing deal. I had a bowl that was full and if you get regular chicken it is only 11:83, which is wayyyyy cheaper than what i get at chipotle, and i didnt get food poisoning ever. this place is a must go. read more

I enjoy the food here when all of the ingredients are available and today they were, so my food was fine but the service was definetly not. I placed an order through the app for pickup and drove through the pickup line to get it. I had just had a laser treatment on my face and didn't want to get out of the car, otherwise I would have simply gone inside to order and pick up. When I got to the window, I was told "You ordered pickup you need to park and pick it up on the table inside" This was my first time using the app, so I didn't realize there was a difference between picking up inside and picking up thru the drive thru. Instead of explaining this at all, the interaction came across as rude and dismissive. I couldn't help but think what if this was an elderly person who had trouble walking or something. I like the food here and would hope management can address the way situations like this are handled so customers have a better experience bc there is really no sense in someone acting like that. This happened today, a little after 11. The girl I spoke with in the drive thru had bright red box dye hair but tbh the guy at the register inside wasn't much better. I just don't get it. Like I said in my last review, I hope they get it figured out bc people do like the food. read more

Every time I've ordered the food is good. Too bad the service is not. The first time I went the young man was annoyed that I didn't know how everything worked & I added something to my order. He huffed & didn't even talk. The 2nd time was a little better. The 3rd time was today & i clicked yes for a bag & utensils & it was pouring down raining & the young man hands me my food bowl through the window. I had to ask for a bag got no utensils. Probably my last visit here. read more

Ate there for the third time tonight and as with previous visits, I was not terribly impressed. Here is my assessment. Pros: service was friendly, nice decor, food had decent flavor. Cons: My wife and I each got a bowl - hers was Greek chicken and rice, mine the lamb meatball and avocado bowl. Immediately noticed portion size is small, barely comes up to top edge of bowl, domed lid not necessary. Web site shows the bowls piled high with ingredients, but that is not what you get. Scoops of red pepper humus and Feta were about the size of a cherry tomato. 5 lamb meatballs about the same size, avocado portion was a LITTLE bit bigger, about 3 tablespoons full. Lentils were more plentiful but not fully cooked - some were so hard they shattered when you bit. Best I can say is the meatballs were flavorful. On the web site I had seen you could order a "side" pita, and they picture a whole pita bread. You pay extra for this pita and then find out they cut a whole pita into quarters and you get a 1/4 slice. Well, at least you won't run out of humus before the pita is gone. And drinks - they have about 8 specialty drinks (different lemonade and limeade drinks, strawberry this, all with sugar and loads of calories, If you want sodas, they are an off brand too, If you want a diet drink, your choices are Mexican diet cola, tea, or water. For the price ($36 for two bowls, one small drink and two pita wedges) there are LOTS of better options in the area including multiple solid Greek restaurants. read more

My 5th time at Cana today was not good. I've ordered the Falafel Crunch bowl before & it was delicious & Ive had similar in the child's portion but today it was mostly lentils & undercooked rice, no sauce & very few vegetables. Lesson learned, do not order pick up after the lunch rush has ended. read more

Wife ordered a Pita and I had a Greek bowl. We also ordered some hummus. Overall we were very disappointed with the food quality. The meat in my Greek bowl was supposed to be grilled chicken. It was some other type of meat and the main issue was it was too gristly. My wife didn't like her pita and took 3 bites at most. We were split on the hummus. She didn't like their hummus while I did. I also liked the red pepper hummus and crazy feta. Glad we tried something new, but doubt we'll ever go back and just stick to Zeus from now on. read more

I got a bowl with the glazed salmon, my rice is hard and crunchy. You can tell this location doesn't have good management. The lobby is very dirty, the counter tops are nasty, and all of the employees are playing in the back when there's customers in line waiting to be helped. I can see this closing down soon. read more

Had the opportunity to eat lunch here. Line was out the door. Food was excellent. Good value, fresh ingredients. I got the steak bowl, ordered ahead of time. Clean restaurant, located next to Popeye's- oh the irony. Ha! I recommend. read more

Got it for a group lunch delivery. I loved their wrap. It was absolutely delicious! Their blueberry drink was amazing as well.

Great service with great food. Food was fresh and the workers were very patient with my order.

Definately a great place to get a quick lunch. I got a Lamb and Avocado bowl. It was very flavorful. The long line went quickly. All modifications were given without extra cost. read more

Pricey and slow service....might be the timing but in line and when I paid out it was almost 30 minutes.....my spouse left and went next door to Popeyes.....I'm still in line, she returns and sits down to eat....she was almost through eating time I got to the table.....food decent, but not for the price or the wait....lets see after the newest wears off if they stay in business at those prices....over $16 and I had water.....don't recommend read more

While a little spicy for me, that is saying very little. The service and the food were very good. I asked for one option for last nights dinner and one to take home for breakfast. I greatly enjoyed both and they recommended not putting some items on the take home portion, so it would be better in the morning. All went as suggested. Great and friendly staff! Patient and knowledgeable! read more

the workers were extremely rude to me and my sister because we are two teenage girls and we both were very kind and respectful and they rolled their eyes when placing a very basic order!!!!! EXTREMELY RUDE WORKERS!!! read more

Food is fantastic but the service is maybe the slowest I've ever experienced at a QSR. The staff are functioning retards. I hope a manager reads this and you guys get your shit together soon. read more

The portion sizes have decreased dramatically since opening. The staff in the drive-through window is never really friendly, either. Popular toppings also seem to be out of stock and unavailable as well. My ice was melted in my drinks today too and I was on-time to obtain my order which was ready 10 minutes early per the text notification. I got there shortly after the text as I work nearby. I have never been impressed by the customer service, but figured it was because this was a new restaurant. However, I do not find my experiences to be improving, and now my bowls are half what they were previously. read more

Very unique place in a busy city. The food is booming with flavor. The place is very nice inside and the outdoor seating makes this a great place to eat. Also for all of the options they offer the service is pretty fast. read more

CAVA - Hot Harissa and Braised Lamb Grains Bowl - Mediterranean Near Me - Lafayette, Louisiana

The food is AMAZING but the digital drive through needs work. You order and pay ahead online and pick up your order at the selected time. So then why does it take 15 minutes to wait in line? If someone's order is not ready please have them drive around. This process needs some work to be sped up. read more

Got in a long line at 11:30 AM. Soon the line was literally out the door. Got my order a minute or two before noon. Staff members were fine. My wife had a bowl and drink, I had a wrap and drink. The cost was $33. Everything was ok but nothing jumped out at me...my wife was happy with her choice. I have no strong feelings about the place but think there are lots of nearby places I'd rather eat. If you like Mediterranean food and are not averse to a fairly long wait in line, there's no reason not to give it a try. read more

first of all, it was my first time going there and I was hoping that I can get some help from the lady behind the counter but they didn't seem to want to help me and I just told her I wanted to order a bowl. I had no idea that you had to sit there and tell her what to put in the bowl they did not tell me anything. they weren't very friendly and I ordered an avocado bowl and they didn't tell me they were out of avocado until at the end I would not have ordered the bowl, so I thought it wasn't very good customer service. The restaurant was not very clean. The trash was piled high. Nobody was taking the trash out, and I had to wipe the table off myself. read more

Ordered To-Go at around 3:15, said it was going to be ready for 5:15. Didn't have time to wait two hours so I asked them if I should wait in line or wait by the Togo for my food. The staff member told us that the to-go was delayed and that it shouldn't take that long. After waiting 20 mins and getting out of line, as the staff member told us to do, my food still wasn't ready. Asked again, said she was going to check on it. Never got back. Asked again with a more assertive manner after waiting an hour, and then proceeded to tell me she didn't know when my food will be ready and told me to hop back in line. Why make me hop back in line if you told me to get out? Why would you assume I have time to wait in line if I ordered to-go? And why is the to-go option available if the restaurant is not able to keep up with orders. Nobody is waiting 2 hours for Cava. Do better. This was my first time coming and I did not have a good experience. read more
