I enjoy the food here when all of the ingredients are available and today they were, so my food was fine but the service was definetly not. I placed an order through the app for pickup and drove through the pickup line to get it. I had just had a laser treatment on my face and didn't want to get out of the car, otherwise I would have simply gone inside to order and pick up. When I got to the window, I was told "You ordered pickup you need to park and pick it up on the table inside" This was my first time using the app, so I didn't realize there was a difference between picking up inside and picking up thru the drive thru. Instead of explaining this at all, the interaction came across as rude and dismissive. I couldn't help but think what if this was an elderly person who had trouble walking or something. I like the food here and would hope management can address the way situations like this are handled so customers have a better experience bc there is really no sense in someone acting like that. This happened today, a little after 11. The girl I spoke with in the drive thru had bright red box dye hair but tbh the guy at the register inside wasn't much better. I just don't get it. Every time I've ordered the food is good. Too bad the service is not. The first time I went the young man was annoyed that I didn't know how everything worked & I added something to my order. He huffed & didn't even talk. The 2nd time was a little better. The 3rd time was today & i clicked yes for a bag & utensils & it was pouring down raining & the young man hands me my food bowl through the window. I had to ask for a bag got no utensils. the staff an the food are incredible. Everything is so fresh and amazing. Honestly for the price you get a pretty amazing deal. I had a bowl that was full and if you get regular chicken it is only 11:83, which is wayyyyy cheaper than what i get at chipotle, and i didnt get food poisoning ever. this place is a must go. read more

I got a bowl with the glazed salmon, my rice is hard and crunchy. You can tell this location doesn't have good management. The lobby is very dirty, the counter tops are nasty, and all of the employees are playing in the back when there's customers in line waiting to be helped. I can see this closing down soon. read more

Wife ordered a Pita and I had a Greek bowl. We also ordered some hummus. Overall we were very disappointed with the food quality. The meat in my Greek bowl was supposed to be grilled chicken. It was some other type of meat and the main issue was it was too gristly. My wife didn't like her pita and took 3 bites at most. We were split on the hummus. She didn't like their hummus while I did. I also liked the red pepper hummus and crazy feta. Glad we tried something new, but doubt we'll ever go back and just stick to Zeus from now on. read more

While a little spicy for me, that is saying very little. The service and the food were very good. I asked for one option for last nights dinner and one to take home for breakfast. I greatly enjoyed both and they recommended not putting some items on the take home portion, so it would be better in the morning. All went as suggested. Great and friendly staff! The portion sizes have decreased dramatically since opening. The staff in the drive-through window is never really friendly, either. Popular toppings also seem to be out of stock and unavailable as well. My ice was melted in my drinks today too and I was on-time to obtain my order which was ready 10 minutes early per the text notification. I got there shortly after the text as I work nearby. I have never been impressed by the customer service, but figured it was because this was a new restaurant. However, I do not find my experiences to be improving, and now my bowls are half what they were previously. read more

Got in a long line at 11:30 AM. Soon the line was literally out the door. Got my order a minute or two before noon. Staff members were fine. My wife had a bowl and drink, I had a wrap and drink. The cost was $33. Everything was ok but nothing jumped out at me...my wife was happy with her choice. I have no strong feelings about the place but think there are lots of nearby places I'd rather eat. If you like Mediterranean food and are not averse to a fairly long wait in line, there's no reason not to give it a try. read more

first of all, it was my first time going there and I was hoping that I can get some help from the lady behind the counter but they didn't seem to want to help me and I just told her I wanted to order a bowl. I had no idea that you had to sit there and tell her what to put in the bowl they did not tell me anything. they weren't very friendly and I ordered an avocado bowl and they didn't tell me they were out of avocado until at the end I would not have ordered the bowl, so I thought it wasn't very good customer service. The restaurant was not very clean. The trash was piled high. Nobody was taking the trash out, and I had to wipe the table off myself. read more

Ordered To-Go at around 3:15, said it was going to be ready for 5:15. Didn't have time to wait two hours so I asked them if I should wait in line or wait by the Togo for my food. The staff member told us that the to-go was delayed and that it shouldn't take that long. After waiting 20 mins and getting out of line, as the staff member told us to do, my food still wasn't ready. Asked again, said she was going to check on it. Never got back. Asked again with a more assertive manner after waiting an hour, and then proceeded to tell me she didn't know when my food will be ready and told me to hop back in line. Why make me hop back in line if you told me to get out? Why would you assume I have time to wait in line if I ordered to-go? And why is the to-go option available if the restaurant is not able to keep up with orders. Nobody is waiting 2 hours for Cava. Do better. This was my first time coming and I did not have a good experience. read more
