Service can sometimes be a bit slow since there aren't usually many waitstaff working, but the food makes up for it, especially the bread. The hot, soft, fresh from the oven pita bread is so delicious it's hard to remember to save room for the food. As to the food, I haven't tried anything I didn't like. The grape leaves are large and delicious. The hummus is some of the best around. The kebobs are flavorful and presented beautifully. The clay oven menu items are presented with fire, which is always fun. When the kids order a pizza, they get to make it themselves in the kitchen with the friendly, kind staff. Oh, and the salad that comes with many of the entrees is deliciously garlicky and full of feta. We always leave full and with too many leftovers.

The waiters were attentive, helped with the menu, and kept things light with jokes throughout the evening. They start you off with warm pita bread and two sauces, one olive oil based and one tomato based. Both were fresh and flavorful. I ordered the Red Velvet Chicken and it was brought to the table flaming which was an impressive presentation. The chicken was tender, seasoned well, and came with a crisp salad on the side. The moment that really stood out was watching the staff go above and beyond for the family at the table next to us. They let a young boy go behind the counter to make his own pizza and his face lit up the whole place. That is the kind of personal touch that makes a restaurant special. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lively, and the service was outstanding.

We ordered the three-meat sandwich, the kebab sandwich (daily special), and a side of grape leaves. Everything on the three-meat sub was delicious and well-seasoned, a nice medley of lamb, spinach, tomatoes, and chopped chicken and beef. Although both sandwiches had similar flavor profiles, the daily special was also super tasty. The shop also carries a nice assortment of spices, hot sauces, sweets and canned goods from the Middle East. Counter service was also super friendly and the cheapest sandwich was just under $10. I placed an order through the app for pickup and drove through the pickup line to get it. I had just had a laser treatment on my face and didn't want to get out of the car, otherwise I would have simply gone inside to order and pick up. When I got to the window, I was told "You ordered pickup you need to park and pick it up on the table inside" This was my first time using the app, so I didn't realize there was a difference between picking up inside and picking up thru the drive thru. Instead of explaining this at all, the interaction came across as rude and dismissive. I couldn't help but think what if this was an elderly person who had trouble walking or something. I like the food here and would hope management can address the way situations like this are handled so customers have a better experience bc there is really no sense in someone acting like that. This happened today, a little after 11. The girl I spoke with in the drive thru had bright red box dye hair but tbh the guy at the register inside wasn't much better. I just don't get it. Like I said in my last review, I hope they get it figured out bc people do like the food.
