I visited this amazing location and I was very impressed with SANDRO who assisted me with making my selection. I like certain items on my salad and sometimes I will switch up salads because of the different types of salads they offer. I was having difficulty making changes and he was unware of how to make the changes. He reached out to a colleague for assistance and continued to make the best salad ever. I was trying to make a switch on the fixings not realizing the computer is designed to not allow you to swap certain things without a charge. Never can go wrong with CfA! The service is always consistent, the restaurants are super clean, and the food is terrific! I wish other places treated you like CfA. Disappointed! Breakfast ends at 10:30 so I placed my order for curbside pickup at 10:25. It confirmed my order and that they would start on it before i arrived. I pulled in at 10:33, typed in my parking spot # into the app, hit submit and it tells me it cannot complete the order because breakfast ended at 10:30. But that's why I placed the order before 10:30! and it was already confirmed. But it completely canceled my order. so I just decided I would spend my money elsewhere on breakfast. read more

I waited 23 minutes for my mobile order. I sat through 2 big rushes before I had to flag someone down. When the assistant manager came, I explained I checked in with the lady at the drive true and then proceeded to wait 20 minutes. He came back and brought out the food? I asked what happened he explained there was miscommunication, and it sort of got passed up. He said he would be able to offer a cookie for the inconvenience for my $18 dollar order that was for my kiddo before his nap. I explained how silly he sounds to offer a cookie for me waiting 23 minutes for my Mobile order, I told him to take the food back, that I wouldn't be supporting a business that would even offer something like that. I then called and spoke to the GM which he said, well we offered you the refund. Why would you offer a refund on something I gave back and didn't receive, of course I'm getting refunded. Stopped by to grab lunch and decided to dine in. Love the remodel and flow of the restaurant now. The food was good as always. I got the 8ct meal with a sunjoy aka Arnold palmer. What i loved about this visit is eventhough this is fast food I got waited on like I was in a full service restaurant. Someone served me my food and came to clean the table and offered to get us refills. I'm all about the drive-thru, but I just might drop in for a dine in experience more often. read more

Ordered curbside pick up on Friday morning around 8:35 AM. Waited at least 20 min and they haven't even started my order or gave it to the wrong car. I had to flag someone down and then my order was brought out. On top of that, one of the things I ordered was wrong. So we had to go park, go inside and wait for an additional 10-15 minutes for them to fix this mistake. I was told I'm able to keep the wrong sandwich that was given and a correct one will be made. I was fine with it. BUT They gave me ANOTHER wrong order, so I told them again and then an Asian lady by the Name of KIM was giving a huge attitude about it. She went into my bag, grabbed the 2 wrong sandwiches out, threw them away and I had to wait for a new one. And then she "compensated" me for the mistake by giving me a brownie? I was so annoyed and disappointed by this situation and will be contacting somebody about this. Went there a few days ago with my mom to work on a school assignment while having lunch. I think her name was Taylor but she was spectacular! We received grilled nuggets instead of fried by accident and she fixed the problem right away! She brought great energy and reassured that if we needed anything else to just ask her! I come to this location all the time and I'm pretty much always satisfied with the food and the workers are very nice. So I'm not from Katy, but I was in town to have lunch with my granddaughter for Grandparents Day and Chick-fil-a had a buy a kids meal, get a sandwich free. So nice! The one thing I didn't like was the line of waiting cars blocked cars trying to leave. Lunchtime traffic on Mason is ridiculous. This is the store that is closest to my home. I come here all of the time and I must say every time without fail the service has been excellent. The employees are always cheerful and upbeat. There variety if chicken type meals are unmatched in quality to anywhere else that I have gone. I also love their shakes, I get one every time I visit. They also have an app where you can order online. One thing I like is that they are closed every Sunday which is unheard of in the fast food industry. Its a great place to stop in to eat or roll through their drive through for pickup. read more

March 11th, Houston had a wind advisory, it was 47°F outside, and with the Highwinds and the weather feels even colder. And Chick-fil-A had its employees standing outside shivering just so they can take customer orders when they can take the customer orders at the machine. I spoke to one of the people that work there and they told me that their hands are freezing and I can see them shivering from the cold, and when I pulled up to the window the guy said that they keep rotating, when the person I spoke to told me they've been here for 45 minutes in the cold. For starters, I love chick fil a! This location though has lost my business. My wife and I care here on 2/17 at 8:00pm. We did the curbside pickup. We watched the little notifications go and go until it said they were delivering...15 minutes later still nothing except for the 12 vehicles that went through the drive thru. I went inside and asked the manager what was going on and he grabs my bag of cold food of the counter and says there was a "mixup". Gives me fresh new food and that's it...no sorry, my bad, nothing. Chick-Fil-A has to be one of my favorite fast food chains. I normally get the chicken sandwich meal or the chicken nuggets. The Polynesian sauce is the bomb. This past time I tried something different. I had the chicken cob salad. It has to be the best salad that I have had in a while. It was loaded with chopped chicken, bacon bits, cherry tomatoes and fresh lettuce. Be sure to get the avocado lime ranch dressing and the charred tomato crisp. It's not your average boring salad, this one is Outstanding!!! Drink of choice is half unsweetened ice tea and half lemonade. They have great tea here. This location is always packed, especially on Saturdays. You will often see the drive through line wrapped around the building backed up to Mason. I normally park in the Fiesta lot and walk in as it tends to be quicker. The employees are great. They walk around to see if you need anything and bring drink refills. This is the only locations that I have been to where they offer this kind of customer service. read more
