Chick-Fil-A has to be one of my favorite fast food chains. I normally get the chicken sandwich meal or the chicken nuggets. The Polynesian sauce is the bomb. This past time I tried something different. I had the chicken cob salad. It has to be the best salad that I have had in a while. It was loaded with chopped chicken, bacon bits, cherry tomatoes and fresh lettuce. Be sure to get the avocado lime ranch dressing and the charred tomato crisp. It's not your average boring salad, this one is Outstanding!!! Drink of choice is half unsweetened ice tea and half lemonade. They have great tea here. This location is always packed, especially on Saturdays. You will often see the drive through line wrapped around the building backed up to Mason. I normally park in the Fiesta lot and walk in as it tends to be quicker. The employees are great. They walk around to see if you need anything and bring drink refills. This is the only locations that I have been to where they offer this kind of customer service. read more

Love this place. We stopped by right when breakfast was ending and they still had a few items. My wife really wanted me to try the chicken biscuits so I obliged. Our cashier was Carolyn and she had a wonderful attitude and was very helpful and accommodating to our order. She went above and beyond with her service. So This has been MY chik fil a in katy for going on 3 years. My husband and I go atleast 3 times a week and Me sometimes during lunch. Today, they messed up my order which doesn't happen too often. I barely got back to work due to my tires almost blowing out due to needing new tires immediately. when I called and spoke to a manager, they came and delivered me the corrected order and a free fruit cup all within 10 minutes. I honestly can't catch a break with this CFA. I live close to it so it's my go to store but whether my fries aren't fresh or it's the lack of condiments/proper plastic ware, it's literally always something. I got a curbside order today & while I was on my phone watching something the worker just stood there (not sure how long) before I looked up & realized she was there. Not sure why she didn't just tap on the window, not like it would break if she obviously saw that she didn't have my attention. Overall it's one of the worst CFA's in the area. Hands down the best fast food customer service in Katy. Everyone here is always overly friendly, greet you with a warm smile and leave you with the desire to come back. The food goes without saying, always dang good! My only complaint would be the parking area. At lunch time it's incredibly hectic with the drive-thru lines wrapping around the restaurant so it's difficult to get out your parking space without upsetting someone. Probably won't receive a response, but have to try. I am in construction, so I travel in many different areas across the HOUSTON area. Usually in same location 6 to 10 months than on to the next. This location is the only one I have ever been to that does not give military discounts. Why? Every other location I have been to does, usually 50% actually. With me it's not about the money. It's the respect that comes with that discount. So if you are the owner, please let me know why you choose not to offer this courtesy to your military veterans and service men or women? After all, it is up to the owners discretion. And today on Veterans Day, nothing. Not even a thank you written on a tiny sign. Let's get serious here - does anyone really need to write a review for Chick-fil-a? I think the long lines in almost every Chick-fil-a drive-thru at random times during the day is a testament to their popularity. I'm not even sure what I could possibly say about this one? It's faster sometimes to go in than to wait in the drive-thru. I've never gotten waffles fries here that have obviously been sitting under a heat lamp for the last 10 to 20 minutes. They have diet lemonade that tastes wonderful and has bits of pulp floating in it. There are always plenty of cashiers around to help you no matter when you go. Their salads are good. So the negatives of this chick-fil-a? The parking lot is too small. Their play area is in the back of the store where the nicer seating is - which means that if you want a nice, cushiony booth you may have to put up with kids running around. I'm sure that is okay for some, but not for me. read more

I will personally drive out of the way to come to this Chick-Fil-A because they are the best when it comes to getting you in and out of the drive thru. I love chick fil a but I swear I always run into problems at this location . Last time I asked for extra sauces the girl at the window gave me attitude and only gave me one extra one. But I'm not worried about that today. I had my relative go pick me up chick fil a And whenever I was eating the fries I found a HAIR between the fries...like how does that even happen. And when I called and let the manager know, he was so monotone and just said I could come back and replace it. What do I look like driving ten minutes for some fries, that's just inconvenient. I love chick fil a and eat there religiously, never thought I'd give a negative review to them. Guess this is a sign I need to give up fast food. I love CFA so much. I could live off of it forever. Closest one to my house (8min drive) and I love coming here. Everyone is always super sweet and ALWAYS get my food quick, never more than 5 minutes in the drive through. The zesty buffalo sauce is #1 in my heart, especially with the spicy chicken sandwich. The customer service at this location has left a bad taste in my mouth. I had a shift manager at this location tell me that cold food was not an issue, after I informed her about my food being cold and my chicken noodle soup being flipped and spilled all over my bad and some of my food. She only wanted to address the spilled soup rather than the whole situation and food. She was extremely rude, challenging, and very harsh with her tone. After having called corporate over four times to speak to the owner I have yet received a call or email from him. Chick Fil A is a brand that is built upon having exceptional customer service and this location has stirred me away from Chick Fil A. I am also appalled by the unprofessionalism of the shift manager and owner, I will December 15, 2018 I still have not been emailed or spoke to since this post. Super fast drive-thru! Most of the time their food is hot and good. There has been a few times where the chicken nuggets are rubbery. Not sure what that's about. Otherwise, it's fine. Good lemonades and the new Mac & Cheese is really good. However, I went to Minute Maid Park and they wanted me to pay $6 for a bottle of water from a Chik-Fil-A stand. I get that things are expensive at venues like this but it was shocking to see the huge price increase from a company that preaches Godliness, it was a riooff.
