The customer service here is usually very good, but over the past week I've had to wait in the drive-through line for more than five minutes before anyone takes my order. Today, I arrived around 10:25 or 10:26 a.m., which was at least five minutes before breakfast ended. However, no one came out to take orders until about 10:35. When the employee finally came outside, I asked if that meant I now had to order from the lunch menu. He apologized and said yes. I don't understand why orders weren't being taken from inside the building in the meantime. We were sitting at the drive-through menu with no one speaking over the intercom, and the employee outside helped the cars in the far-left lane first rather than the right lane. As a result, several of us who arrived before breakfast ended were forced to order from the lunch menu. read more

As of today, I REFUSE to return to this location ever following today's events. I placed a mobile order for a convenient pick up while on a work break. My job is about 5 mins away. I enter the drive-thru/mobile order line. The line was fairly long but not surprising due to the time of day (3:00 pm). While in line, I noticed the mobile scan was not available. I spoke with a team member who stated that the line is for both drive-thru and mobile orders. After 10 minutes of looking at the other drive thru line moving, I notice a customer get out of her car to inquire about our line being held up. The team members expressed confusion as well. After another 10 mins, I asked a team member to speak with a manager. The team member Valerie stated she would inform the manager. However, no manager came, and I sat in line for an additional 15 minutes. I also attempted to reach a manager via phone but was only able to leave a message. Total I spent 35 minutes in a drive-thru line for a mobile order!!! My chicken nuggets were cold!! Not to mentioned the other line continued to flow with no issue. I understand it's a busy time. However, simple courtesy and communication to your customers go a long way. As a loyal customer, I pride Chick-fil-A on its efficiency of service, so I'm truly disgusted by today's experience. I went there this morning and got a free card to get a breakfast sandwich and when I got to open it, it was burnt but normally I wouldn't mind, but I took a bite and it wasn't good at all. My milkshake was half full when handed to me and with no whip cream, they said they were out when I asked, but then proceeded to bring out a brand new whip cream and didn't even care to add the cherry it comes with. But today i am Leaving 2 stars because usually my order is correct and service is good; however, at my last visit i did a mobile order and went thru drive thru to pick it up. I had prepaid for 2 meals and a drink and i received someone else's order. The order i got was a bowl of eggs with cheese and fried nuggets in it. I'm allergic to cheese so i had to throw this order away. I then sent in a feedback email through the app where i ordered and received a response the next day and all they gave me was a free chicken sandwich coupon... seriously? So I'm on this personal goal to visit each and every location of CFA in the greater city of Houston and test out their consistency in service standards. So far, the 14 locations I have visited have been on point with their service standards. This location was no different. I went to dine in and ordered my favorite King n Queen special. King is what I call their spicy chicken sandwich combo and Queen is the original chicken sandwich. Both sandwiches came with a nice hefty chicken breast and plenty of seasoning. Their waffle fries and golden, crisp, hot and had to be devoured immediately. I do customize my sandwiches, and my order was fulfilled to perfection. The line was efficient and I was at the order booth in no time. Employee had a smile and thanked me for my business. They had another employee servicing the tables and helping out with refills.
