I've loved this location for years, but lately, with the mobile app lane, I've noticed longer lines and several incorrect drive-thru orders. Tonight, I ordered a kids' 5-count meal with ice cream in a cup and sweet tea, a #3 meal with lemonade, and chicken tortilla soup. When I got home, I realized I had only received the kids' meal with 8 nuggets and the chicken soup. I had to make another trip back to pick up my missing items, and I didn't order chicken soup. The staff was friendly, but it seems like they don't care much about accuracy anymore. The location is great for business, but I believe the service quality needs more attention. I will definitely check my bag before pulling off. read more

We stopped by today for lunch right after breakfast and they told us they had left overs from breakfast and asked if we wanted something. They ended up giving us 2 biscuits and hash browns for free! Such a nice thing to do instead of just throwing the food out! The food is always hot and delicious at this location. 10/10 recommend! read more

Unfortunately this Chick-fil-a has gone downhill!! The last two times I have been there, I used the app to order my food. I was asked to go to the mobile order line. I waited longer to get my food than customer that were in the regular drive through line. Today, same thing happened. Ordered through the app, and had to pull forward to wait for my food as a car that came behind me in the regular drive through line hit their food and left. I literally ordered a nugget meal and Diet Coke. How hard was that to prepare? When I asked why the mobile order line takes longer than the regular line, I was told they were still working on their "processes" and if I had any suggestions they would be glad to hear. Well I am here to give suggestions. Send your drives through team to the Grove location and get some training. Have a manager there that out of college and knows how to lead and train. Will not be back to this location. I suggest that you don't either. read more

Same Chick-fil-A service you've come to expect at all their locations. Relatively easy to get into and out of the parking lot and/or the drive-thru. This seems to be a newer configuration a lot of the CFAs going to with a slightly smaller dining area and a much more efficient drive-thru area. This CFA is situated on a busy intersection, so I'm sure it will stay busy consistently during open hours. read more

When I called to see what could be done phone took extremely long for them to answer and they refused to deliver the food forgotten from the order to me and only solution I was given is I can come all the way back. So let's get real for a moment - I have a problem - all chick-fil- a restaurants are not created equal. I frequent a lot of different locations and unfortunately I have to say this one needs some fine tuning. This is the second time is 2 weeks that I have waited a while for my order and it was missing items both times. On this occasion they never gave us drinks and condiments and silverware. I wanted to give this location a chance to get going and into a rhythm. So after approximately 10 or so visits and roughly spending $300 dollars I have made my decision to post a review for this location. I am not only very dissatisfied but I am no longer going to patronize them. There is a total lack of energy and willingness to please the customer and give them their order correctly and completely. I have been given nothing but poor unsatisfactory service from the very first visit. Every time I have been I was lacking something from my order whether it was a drink or a brownie or even the chicken that goes in between the sandwich. Not receiving utensils to eat with or napkins for clean up I mean just ridiculous mistakes that have been ongoing. I have given this location the benefit of speaking to management regarding these errors on numerous occasions. But today was the last straw. Chic fil a has become a low grade fast food service restaurant! The experience is awful and extremely disappointing!!! Chic fil a has gone by the wayside and the cost to patronize is no longer worth it. Love that this CFA is less than 5 minutes from where I live. I almost always use the mobile ordering feature on the app and I love being able to use my points for free treats! Everyone has been very friendly here and efficient. One of the better CFA's I've been to. read more

Make sure you have a full tank of gas before visiting the drive thru here. Spent 45 minutes in line only to receive cold food and poor service on 5/4/21. By far the worst "fast" food service I've ever experienced. Typically CFA is outstanding, but this location needs some work. read more

Do you want chicken minis that the bread is so old/overcooked that it will break a tooth then this is the location for you!! Want your order to always be wrong/missing something? Every time I go to this Chik Fil A I'm reminded of why I don't go there very often. Something is always missing from my order, it's the wrong order or I have to wait an unacceptable amount of time. Employees in the drive thru are terribly inneficient. Whichever line you get in, you'll end up waiting while people in the other lane pass you by.
