Yes! A Chick-Fil-A near Costco lol. Came here on the weekend and noticed that a Chick-Fil-A opened here. Obviously it's clean and bright inside with friendly staff and incredible food. Their utensil and sauce station is always filled up and neat! Similar to other Chick-Fil-A restaurants, the staff deliver your food to your table. And at this particular time, they were quick and the food tasted like it was freshly made so awesome customer service! There's plenty of seating area (booth, regular tables, high chairs) and there's even a playground for the kids! An excellent touch is the fresh REAL flowers on each table. It's clean, it's amazing food, it's at an awesome location with tons of retail stores and it's a great place to eat! Highly recommend. read more

I've eaten here a couple times. The food is the same no matter which franchise location I go to but the service changes. This is the second time I've had Ben as my server and he is nothing short of amazing. Make sure to show him appreciation as he deserves it. This is by far the worst location around. Every single time we order drinks they hand us the drinks all wet with soda, lemonade etc on the outside of the cup. This location NEVER gives straws. I even argued with the girl that there was no straws and she insisted they were in the bag. Thank goodness we keep spare straws from Starbucks in the car! Also, I agree with the other reviewer that states that they do not fill up their french fry boxes. Stopped in for breakfast. Like most other CFA locations, they have everything down to a science and hardly ever mess up an order. Food quality is several levels higher than comparable fast-food chains. Their chicken/egg/cheese biscuit is incredible given that it is mass produced. And in my experience, if CFA ever messes up an order, you can reach out to them and they will credit you a meal on your CFA app. read more

Awesome location! So glad they opened a Chick Fil A over here! The interior is awesome! It's very classy with a mix of modern! Definitely one of the nicest Chick Fil A I've seen. It's is quite smaller than the Azusa and Campus location. But it's perfect for this area. They do have a playplace for the children, it's hidden behind a corner wall. I like it that way so you still feel like your dining somewhere without the noise of the children. The table, of course, has fresh flowers, but it's not just one carnation. It's a mini bouquet! Too cute! Customer service was on point and the manager (Daniel) was super friendly. Definitely check out this new location! read more

The food is good most of the times, they are friendly to customers. They treat their workers like shit, though. They treat the drive thru workers like they are peasants. They are always in a hurry and sometimes they look frustrated. They wear a headset and it seems they hear their manager telling them to be super friendly and to speed up the line. I heard a couple of them complain about how they are overworked and how the person in charge expects a lot from them even they are already going above and beyond.. I've seen workers with grey shirts on their phones instead of helping their fellow workers. read more

Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten at chick fila. I went this morning with my girlfriend to get breakfast and the sandwich I got was not fresh. The bread was hard and the chicken was dry. I didn't make much of it. I went back around through the drive through & politely asked if I can get it replaced. The manager took it out of the wrapper to touch it and see if the bread was hard, and she told me all sandwiches are like this and tried to give it back to me. I asked for a fresh one, she rolled her eyes and closed the window and came back with an even worse sandwich. The cheese was still cold & chicken was completely dry; and it was smaller than the egg. I've gotten chick fila breakfast multiple times when we take out daughter to school in the morning and I've never received an old sandwich. I also let her know the hash browns were tasted burnt but were not fresh either. They seemed microwaved. She didn't want to replace those and threw them back in the microwave and stated that those were "fresh" hash brown. Fresh hash browns are steaming hot and are golden brown. These were dark orange and not warm at all. Very disappointed from the service, especially at a place that's supposed to be know for the "best & polite service" in fast food. read more

I have been coming here a few days a week for over 2 years. I always get the spicy chicken. The best part about Chick-fil-a is the food is always fresh it seems due to how busy they are. However I noticed recently that the chicken has been sitting in the bun for some time. It's happen 3 times in the last 2 weeks. The breading is not crunchy instead it is soggy and twice I noticed that a portion of the chicken tasted fowl. Now I think I am going I have to look at my sandwich before I drive away. Ordered curbside, didn't get curbside, waited 40 mins in the same curbside spot until I decide to go in and there is the food sitting on the shelf. They weren't even busy inside and there were a few irritated people as it was waiting for their orders. First visit on a Wed at 12:30. We went inside. Maybe 4-5 couples in front of us, but the line went fast. The guy who took our order was very happy, fast, and knowledgeable. It was packed but there were still a couple tables to choose from. The food came out quickly to our table...How DID they know who we were?! FOOD: Market salad was fresh, chicken tenders were good and the shakes were very good. Overall, was happy with everything except I think they need to clean the restrooms more often. 4.8 stars for my local near-to-work Chick-Fil-A! Food is always on point with flavor, temperature, quality! Service is speedy and friendly. They make you feel like it's genuinely their pleasure to serve (hard to believe but likely true!). This Glendora CFA is always hosting community events like a back to school drive/night, pajama parties, AND they sponsor many events for the local school district where I work (bonus points for that for sure). Parking is easy and plentiful as it's also near a guitar center with lots of parking. Overall, this CFA falls in line with the quality CFA brand and does not disappoint! read more

I came in at 10:29am for the breakfast menu. There was one person ahead of me ordering food, and the other girl was on the phone helping someone else. When it was my turn in line, it was 10:34, I asked if they still had the breakfast menu available. The guy helping was polite and said their breakfast ended at 10:30. I told them I got here at 10:29 and was waiting in line. The guy said he can ask the kitchen if they can make it still. The lady was nice enough to ask for me if there's anymore leftovers made breakfast. But Mr.Director at this location, Tyler, kept whispering to all of them including the kitchen staff like I couldn't hear or something saying we didn't get here at 10:29. Did not get 12 piece nugget but got 2 pieces with 2 pieces of bread cut in half. Did not get ranch dressing but got what I guess is some kind of catsup, mayonnaise, relish mixture. WAY TOO FAR to come back for the correct order, so now it is WAY TOO FAR to go to chump-foul-a for food ever again! Tried calling but got hung up on twice.
